Due to construction at the site we had to park around the corner and walk back to the hotel. When checking in at the front desk it took forever and the printer was acting up and wouldn't print out the QR code to use it at the parking garage so that was an inconvenience.

Th hotel is a very nice place to stay with clean rooms, breakfast, etc. However, the parking situation is problematic as there is no onsite parking with the construction going on. Allow PLENTY of time for the valet as the text system they use to get your car does not work well. Otherwise this is a great hotel.

It was an overnight stay to drop of the child to school. Parking is far away due to construction and the pool does not work. They should let people know at time of booking. Hotels by Costco in another town is closer to campus.

Sheelet who worked at the front desk was great! The computers had gone down and she handled it professionally and as swiftly as possible. I really like the breakfast, my room, the wine & beer self serve bar and the lobby.

When we turned over the comforter on the bed, it had multiple spots/stains (blood or other material). We called the front desk and they asked if we wanted fresh linen which we requested, Fresh linen was sent up and we changed the linen. When we checked out, the manager was notified. He appreciated our concerns.

Nice hotel except a light bulb was burned out and maintenance could not be found on site. There was ants crawling around in the bathroom and around the bed. Notified front desk and they gave us a new room where the lights worked but there was still ants in the bathroom but none around the bed. Holiday weekend so hotel was full.

Upon check-in, I stood in line for a solid 10 minutes while 2 employees stood behind the counter talking. Only when I said "can someone check us in?" did they then do so. Quite odd, as the hotel is very nice. HOWEVER... STAY AWAY!!! The hotel is built with some BS energy savings safeguards. The TV, AC unit and overall power goes off in the room if you're not constantly moving around in it. I kid you not!!! The front desk confirmed it. You cannot watch TV in bed nor use the AC or heat while sleeping!!!

Mattress was not comfortable. Rooms were clean breakfast was great but liked the sausage yesterday than the patties this morning. Valet service was great. Needed a night stand for both beds. No safe in the room. Elevators were great. Staff were great. Needed bottles of water in the room.

Staff were super curteous and helped with all the questions I had. My only issue is the air conditioner unit in my room sometimes blew really cold and sometimes just pushed air, like it was having a hard time maintaining a constant temperature. I didnt even touch the thermostat.

Overall it’s your typical Hampton inn. The front and rooms were ok, kinda standard. The main complaint was where I was located and how odd it was. No communication whatsoever about the noise. However on the 2nd floor corner room you are placed right above from the outside appears to a a sub sandwich place(?). Never went in to check it out. However the noise level is ridiculous. They place a pair of earplugs on the night stand, gee thanks. No mention of the fact your room will be above loud music, nothing. Just here’s your earplugs. Also the lady at the desk on the second night needs a personality instead of acting all snotty. Not a fan.

No parking, forced valet service. Poor communication in retrieval of car, for a lot of us this am. Breakfast at 715am, food was cold and insufficiently stocked. Very loud ac unit, and street noises even being on 6th floor.

Good evening, I had stayed 1 night here to take my kids to the Christmas light show and turned out to be a very disappointing night. We were woken up constantly; 9pm, 11pm 2am, etc. my kids and I felt very unsafe we payed for a nice experience. There were people partying ALL night next to us. We contacted local staff to address the issue and it occurred all night till the next morning. People were fighting in the hallways & noisy all night. This was a very dissatisfying experience for us especially with my kids being very young. Staff did not take any measures on the safety of our stay and we would like to pass this along.

Wow we were very surprised that we had no room service for the 4 days we had stayed there When we asked for room to be clean by phone or in person (at FRONT desk) they responded as sure but ..... we had to give them 24 hour notice .... we were ok with that Guess what they NEVER cleaned our room WOW NEVER AGAIN WILL WE STAY THERE! At the front desk we asked about our service before we left n checked out There response was we never ask for a 24 hr. request The left hand and the right hand don;t communicate at this place wow never make any reservation at the Hampton as we visit our family more then 3 times a year!

The entire experience was the worst I have ever had when lodging, the hotel booked another person in my very room, we were sleeping when they opened the door! this place is not safe, nor is the security agents. I called police to file report as we did not feel safe. Avoid this property at all cost.

The Manager and Staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best! Well it was the most Awesome Stay ever, so clean, comfortable and quiet, very quick on anything we needed. Manager was so friendly, made you feel very welcomed. We will definitely stay there when we go back to Riverside ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect for any plans near downtown. Right next door to the famous Riverside food plaza, forgot the name. Across from the Mission Inn. Coffee and beer machines as you walk in. Clean and modern. great view of the mountains. Felt cozy and safe. I was alone with my daughter. The free breakfast is a plus.

Limited parking, you have to park in a parking garage which is a short walk from the hotel but not super convenient. Market street on which the hotel resides is quite loud on Friday and Saturday nights, including 2 AM motorcycle races that echoed off the buildings. The room we stayed in needed some cosmetic improvements, particularly in the bathroom. The homeless population around the hotel is a consideration, not necessarily a concern.

Roomy lobby with plenty of seating accommodated our extended family from out of town. Very nice updated decor, separate outdoor patio with additional tables & grill. Great breakfast setup with plenty of food options. Will definitely return.

Great location, with lots of walkable attractions and dining. Hotel was quiet and room was spacious. Mattress was a bit on the springy side but we got a decent night's sleep. Breakfast was good but missing fresh fruit, and they closed at 9am, which seems a bit early. We only stayed 2 nights, so I can't comment on housekeeping, which needs to be scheduled 24 hours in advance.
