The room next to us was playing some magic mushrooms all night and we could not sleep. Tried to call reception but no-one pick up. Kitchen is provided but there’s not a single thing to use it with.

For the price we payed for a week , no breakfast , crack heads living in the back of hotel - no water pressure to have a shower and it would turn off if someone upstairs flushed the toilet - limited access to clean towels - pillows were so flat you might as well yours a backpack for a pillow And roaches roaches everywhere they were living behind the desk and the pictures on the wall Good fridge space but the flat top stoves don’t work People live there, like single mother or families which is fine but kids running down the hallway in diapers and their underwear They allow pets to dog piss in the elevators Oh to make it worse !!!!!!! Only one person can use the Wi-Fi in the room :( Overall I give it a 1 star was not clean at all

Didn’t stay, the full kitchen was only usable if you bought the pans and utensils ( to what throw them away after? . Also did not disclose the deposit required. Shane uses my points and they were never refunded.

The outside grounds were kept clean.The inside of the building smelled. The elevator got stuck on the 3rd floor when I arrived. My room wasn't clean up on check in, The AC on my room was not working so they switched rooms for me.

Vending machines and first floor bathroom was out of order. Prior visits to other sites had paper towels, Kleenex, dishwasher soap, cookware and eating utensils available in the room without request or purchase. Overall it was an okay stay

The internet usage is one device ONLY, and goes out frequently. The customer service is decent but not friendly. The hot water went out twice but was fixed within 24 hours. The rooms are well used and the walls are THIN! There are several people who live here year round and many of them yell and fight. Workers are quick to respond. So are the police.

Not crowded, quiet, the staff is very friendly, parking is free, only issues I had were the wifi was awful unless you paid extra and there was no free breakfast. If there was, and I didn’t see it, then it must’ve been the kind where they give you an apple and a water in a bag. Besides that, awesome hotel to stay in.

We were issued a room when we first checked in but we couldn’t access the room because the door wouldn’t open. We went downstairs to let the receptionist know. They issued another room to us and the same thing happened. Then come to find out the key fob weren’t working but they didn’t tell us that until afterwards. I was fed up of going up and downstairs that we left. We asked for a refund and left.

The most disgusting thing ever very disappointed at this place. They also had cockroaches. A really bad place to stay. I check in at 6:30pm and check out at 8:30 next day.

This place was hands down one of the dirtiest and disgusting hotels I’ve ever had the displeasure to stay at. Property is dirty,the room was disgusting. Had to mop the floor three times just to get rid of the stickiness. Mold in the bathroom,mold in the ceiling and cockroaches coming out of the drains and walls. The front desk shrugged off the complaints and were extremely rude. They charge for housekeeping,linens and even trash bags. My disabled sister was also informed that housekeeping doesn’t take out the trash,guests have to walk it to the outside dumpster themselves. We booked for a week,when I reported my complaints to hotel.com they contacted the property. Property then canceled our remaining days and kicked us out. Worst hotel I’ve Ever stayed in!!!

The pictures are misleading. The place is a DUMP. Nasty showers l, grease in the sinks and zero accommodations. The place smelled and reeked of weed. There were actual families living here. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The hotel has several permanent residents. Lots of activity throughout the night. Halls smell horrible. Visible cockroaches in room. Over priced for the conditions. Not a good place to stay or to get rest.

Rooms are nice, i come every weekend to stay 1 night to be close to the hospital where my mom is. Excellent staff, very friendly, welcoming. My only downside was the AC in the room was on, but my room stayed hot throughout the night. It may have just been the room i was in as the last time i stayed it was cool and working good.

We had problems with our room toilet wouldn’t flush and tv screen was just blue but with swift actions the hotel clerk had us in a new room with everything in order I liked the action they took of our problem I didn’t like that rooms should be like this could be maintenance issues but overall average stay :)

Hotel is horrible. Location is next to the freeway and the noise is too much. The smell of cigarettes and marijuana perfumes the entire building inside and outside. Not a place to be with your family. During our stay, sound of loud screaming adults having disagreements and children crying. I am so disappointed because the location did not have competent management to resolve our issues. We felt unsafe during our stay. I was ready to walk away from the cost of the reservation but we had 2 other families staying here with us. We elected to stay but was a horrible place.

The service at the front desk was very poor! The room was dirty urine was on the toilet seat in the room. It was me and my husband staying in the room and they had only one towel so I had went down to the front desk and ask for another one the person ask me why did I need another towel. I replied to him that there was only one towel. I used my husband credit card for the deposit so that we can get it back when we checked out and we ended up getting it days later due to them releasing it to late.

Check in was such a breeze. The gentleman who received us was extremely friendly and welcoming. We appreciated that because most hosts just ask for ID, credit card and give out room keys. We had left at night and when we drove back in a car followed us. I told the night shift host of what was going on. She was able to look at cameras and told me to park my car near the entrance so she can keep and eye on my vehicle. She made me feel like I can trust her and the manager. Over all worth the stay. I appreciated everything they did for me that night. Definitely went the extra mile.

The general manager JP was on site today and as we were waiting for our room he was very delightful and friendly. He was very nice and talkative and made waiting for our room quick. I would definitely be coming back when I’m in this area.

I decided to stay in this hotel for a wedding. I booked it about a month before the wedding requesting a room with two beds. Finally at arrival when I spoke to the front desk person told me they had no rooms available for me. I had my wife and kids with me so as you Can Imagine I had to find another place as an emergency. Everything was booked with the exception of One bed, one bedroom at the Hilton next-door. Which by the way, I have not gotten my money back for it so I will make a formal complaint about it because they said that’s the least they could do to return my money. Worst experience ever in this hotel.

We arrive to check in and the receptionist was very rude. We requested extra pillows and they said we had to wait for them to wash them. We requested a hair blow dryer and she said no we had to wait until they found one. We purchase thru Expedia and she said we had to pay an extra 100. Made no sense the halls were super dirty the a/c didn’t work. Our cards wouldn’t open the doors. Just don’t stay here for being a new place it’s terrible.

The area doesn’t seem safe. The cleaning solution used for the floors had a strong smell that didn’t go away. There were roaches in the bedrooms. Very loud. Next to the freeway and train.

There was confusion regarding the room type I reserved, so we had to be moved to a second room. Returning from dinner, we realized that the TV didnt work, so we ultimately had to move to a third room. Having said that the staff all were very nice , particularly the young man who dealt with the TV issue. He found us a new room and brought a cart and he moved all of our stuff to the new room. The TV was already on as was the air conditioning. The hotel sits out on a big lot by itself but food and stores are just a couple of blocks away along with gas and freeway access. Its a no frills hotel but we found it clean, safe, convenient.
