Absolutely disappointing stay. We arrived to find that there was no available on-site parking, despite parking being listed as an amenity in the hotel’s description. After driving around without success, I went inside and politely explained that I would either like a guaranteed parking space on the property (not on the side streets) or a refund. I was understandably frustrated, but I never raised my voice or used inappropriate language. The front desk employee’s response was shocking. They told me, “I can’t deal with you. You can wait for the next person.” That level of unprofessionalism set the tone for the rest of our stay. Unfortunately, the room itself was also disappointing. There was hair in the shower upon arrival, the shower had almost no water pressure and the water never got hotter than lukewarm, and the refrigerator barely cooled anything. Overall, the hotel felt more like a budget motel than the price would suggest. Between the lack of parking, poor customer service, and cleanliness and maintenance issues, I would not stay here again. We spent our final night at a Best Western instead and had a significantly better experience.
