MGM Signature

Very nice condo, very very secure from the public, security gates with guards and to access feo. The casino you need your key to swipe for access. The only drawback is it is a bit of a walk fron MGM Grand but it is connected with a sky bridge. Just follow the signs. Bring food drinks , go to the store you got a mini fridge microwave and small electric stove , you can keep meals pretty darn cheap or pay the exorbitant food prices on the strip , your choice. I will definitely stay here again it is cheaper rates on here than going through the front desk. Which we had to do since our flights got canceled due to severe weather at home, had to book 2 extra nights and the hotel staff was very gracious amd helpful.

The pool & lazy river was fantastic, providing a great place to relax and enjoy the sun. The room was impeccably clean, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, this was an excellent stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

I asked for a nice room and was immediately cut off saying the rooms are already pre picked and cannot be changed as they are like air and b.. belonging to a person and they rent it out … lucky the room I had was good and was happy… very roomy, clean and comfortable. They don’t have self parking and spent more than 60 dollars in tips for a couple of days .. also having to wait 10 to 20 min for my car every time. On the last night, they ran out of valet space and told me to park at rhe mgm self parking about 20 min walk from the place … parking situation was a 2 out of 10

I liked the property itself, it was really nice. We stayed in the owner 1 bed suite. The room was pretty roomy, with a kitchenette and jetted tub.It had a great view of the strip as well. I didn't like that the only option for parking was valet and your guests couldn't park at your hotel. They only allowed one car per unit on the property. The valet wait times were very long which was upsetting. The pool hours were also not great, one of the pools didn't open until 10am. Also when I needed more towels, I called the concierge desk and was told since I booked through a third party, they couldn't help me and told me call another number. So I probably woudn't stay here again, there were too many inconvenieces.

This property was dirty, dusty, outdated furniture, terrible bed, and valet over sold the parking, so we had to park off site and walk a mile plus to and from our hotel to car. The elevator wasn't working for more than half the time.

The property could use some upgrades and at least provide guests with free water. There are also limited food options in the main building; you need to go to other hotels or places to find food.

Check-in staff was rude. Coffee provided in room didn’t work for the type of pot provided. Pool1 wasn’t open. No beverage service at pool. Only 3 clothes hangers in closet. Hallways are outdated.

The valet parking service was excellent. The staff was quick and efficient, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. It made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend using this service!

Our room was spotless and offered a stunning view of the Las Vegas Strip. We could even see the Sphere from our balcony, which made the experience even more special. My stay at Signature was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in easy. The room was very clean and had a great view. The amenities were excellent, especially the pool. Overall, Signature provided an amazing experience and I highly recommend it.

We booked a room for our family of four, including two children, expecting a comfortable stay in a unit with a king bed and a sofa bed. Unfortunately, the experience was far from acceptable. When we arrived, the room was not prepared at all. The sofa bed was not made up, and there was no bedding provided for our kids. Even worse, the room was clearly not cleaned properly — the toilet was dirty, and the bed sheets had visible blood stains. Absolutely unacceptable. The safe in the room was broken due to dead batteries, and despite notifying the staff, it was never fixed. The most frustrating part was MGM's complete lack of responsibility. We were shocked to learn that MGM does not manage or maintain the unit we were given. The unit apparently belongs to a private owner, who was unreachable, and no housekeeping support was available. MGM refused to take any responsibility and did not even provide basic bedding for our children. For a property carrying the MGM name, this level of service and accountability is appalling. We would never stay here again and strongly advise others — especially families — to stay away.

Nice but there was a sewage smell in the master bathroom and the front door didn’t fully close without help so could have easily been left open. The deposit is high considering the cost of the suite. But great view and location . Lived it except the smell .

I’m over all satisfied I’ll stay again but the room I got was privately owned I found hair in the bed and in the shower and tub. I didn’t have bottled water in the room or coffee cups for Togo. But the room was nice view was nice

Overall, our stay here was delightful. The view from our room was absolutely stunning, a perfect 10/10. Every staff member we encountered was kind and always ready to assist. The valet parking added great convenience to our trip, and the room was spotless. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

I just checked out and have to give this hotel a perfect score! The balcony was amazing with stunning views of Las Vegas Boulevard and the Sphere. The room was spotlessly clean, the service was exceptional, and the bedding was extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable Las Vegas experience!

Close enough from the strip with luxurious room. Two full bathrooms were definitely a plus. The shower door handle was broken but other than that the room was absolutely perfect!

The room was bigger than i expected with full shower and bath

Great hotel, easy to navigate. Bed was comfy, tub was great. Thermostat was broken and the shower door came off. But besides that it was a good 2 night stay.

I had a wonderful stay from The front desk staff was welcoming and professional, The room was clean, The highlight was the balcony with a fantastic view of the Sphere and the Strip. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Vegas and would definitely stay again!

I wanted to express how much I enjoyed my stay. Our company hosts its annual meeting in Vegas every year, and it's rare to find a hotel with balconies offering such breathtaking views. The convenient location, top-notch facilities, and exceptionally friendly staff made the experience even better.

I’ve always been a fan of this hotel in fact this was the second time I’ve stayed there within the last 30 days. However, This last experience just set me over the edge and I don’t think I’ll go back. Upon checking in the front desk person was like what time is your check in time and to which I say well isn’t it typically 3pm at this hotel? Shouldn’t you tell me what time it is? Then she says well this isn’t managed by us so we don’t know. Which caught me off guard but whatever we got checked in and all was fine until it was bedtime and I found the extra bedding for my kids for the pull out sofa. We found it crinkled up in the closet and on it is a white crust all over it!!! So we call down to the front desk and ask for a fresh blanket to which she rudely said no! It’s not managed by us. Talk to the owner. Well I booked this through Expedia not Airbnb I have no owner contact info! On the Expedia email it says to direct any questions to the signature staff. I had no idea it was not managed by them. All I knew is that I booked the signature. I went down and tried to talk to them in person and the lady was so incredibly rude it was unbelievable. So I had to give my blanket to my kids and I was so uncomfortable all night due to not having a blanket.

Check-in process could have been a little better. We arrived at 2:30PM, but weren't allowed to actually go in to the room until 3PM. I was told it wasn't under MGM management since I booked through Expedia, so I had to reach out to the owner of this particular suite. I didn't want to go through the hassle since it was only 30 minutes, so I just waited. The room itself was great. Full kitchen with utensils and cookware. Living room with a sofa bed and full restroom with a shower near the kitchen area for my 2 daughters. My wife and I had a completely separate bedroom and another restroom with shower and jacuzzi tub. Perfect for my small family of 4. We had reservations for July 6th - 9th. On the morning of the 8th while we were getting ready to make our way down to the lazy river (around 9AM) our power went out. When my wife called the Front Desk, we were told that the owner probably didn't pay their light bill since they hadn't received any calls on that floor. We were told we had to reach out to the host since the room was not under MGM management. It is almost impossible to find a contact number and navigating through the Expedia contact number is brutal. Long story short, I was on the line for over 90 minutes with Expedia to find me another suite, but unfortunately it was smaller. No separate bedroom. My wife and I spent another 90+minutes packing all our belongings and moving them to our new room, all while we left our daughters at the lazy river. Brutal experience.

We didn’t receive house keeping throughout our stay. We called for house keeping, personally spoke to cleaning staff but didn’t receive any attention with that matter. I spoke with front desk personnel but said they took no responsibility as it was through a 3rd party which was very disappointed as I have booked stays in Las Vegas with other properties and received that assistance. Also with the valet service for the majority of the time they couldn’t get our car to turn on so we had to walk over to the car garage to retrieve our vehicle from the parking garage

Never forgettable experience, security guy knocked my door at 1am with very rude attitude because of he received noise complaint and insist us open door to talk to him. So wired. When we asked him he heard any noice when he stand by at our door, he said "NO". We even never turned on our TV, if he didn't hear anything why he knocked my door at 1am and need us to open the door and talk to him in person, so so so Stupid and made us nightmare. In our life, we traveled quite a long , half of the time we spent in hotels for business. And this is the first time we experienced like this, Speakless.

FANTASTIC STAFF and SUPERIOR SERVICE!! From the moment we arrived up to loading our luggage into the Uber for departure we were astonished with the above and beyond customer service provided by the staff at The Signature Suites at MGM. Definitely would book again!

We weren’t treated nice because we booked from hotels.com they literally told us that. We stood there 3 nights and we couldn’t get more towels the next day or toilet paper because we didn’t book straight from them. Every time we will call for something they told us the same thing that they couldn’t help us because we booked from a hotels.com We stood 3 nights we paid a lot of money we should of been treated like everyone else.

It’s a safe and quiet property and I really liked it. But It has the issue that you can’t check in before 3pm and can’t stay after 11. They are not flexible like other hotels where you can check in early and leave late, also if you are casino guys and like to walk on strip. It’s far away from that activities. You would need to walk around 10 or 15 minutes to get to MGM grand. The other problem I had was that they kept only one small soap for me for two nights. I had to take it to shower and bring back to the sink, otherwise every thing was fine.

Easy walk to downtown Vegas strip. The only bummer was we ran out of towels. The staff couldn't supply us with fresh ones. We made the best of it. Still had a great time!

WILL NOT RETURN HERE. NO SERVICES OF A HOTEL. ROOMS ARE WAY TO FAR FROM THE STRIP AND THE AUTOMATED WALKWAYS DO NOT ALWAYS FUNCTION. IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES AT ALL WALKING YOU WILL ALSO BE UPSET. THESE ROOMS ARE OWNED AND RENTED BY INDIVIDUAL PERSONS THEY ARE NOT PART OF THE MGM HOTEL

This Location in Expedia was not managed by The Signature MGM so I had some communication issues when I had questions. Being a part of the MGM Grand campus is a bonus and the local on premise cafe - Delights - had excellent friendly service.

Staying at The Signature at MGM was an incredible experience. From the free valet service and ice machines to the jetted bathtub, fridge, and microwave, everything was perfect. The view was breathtaking, with all the casinos and hotels lit up at night. Opening the sliding glass door to that stunning sight was unforgettable. I loved it so much that I plan to come back for my birthday. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality! ❤️❤️❤️❤️💯👍👍

no room service-the room smelled-it was dirty-we were left there alone and there was no body to talk to-zero service

The soap dispensers did not display what they were in the shower also there was no cream for my coffee I asked the front desk for cream and they had to go find out through other channels to see if that was a provided item because we ordered through hotels.com it seemed like they did not like renting through there also the carpet was dirty so if I had stains.

Nothing listed on site was on property it was at the grand mgm… no room service, tv wasn’t working they told me to call the 3rd party person I booked the stay with to resolve the issue.. which didn’t have a number for me to speak with an agent.. I wouldn’t stay here again
