Great place, highly recommended. When we were there the lift was out, but they had a gentleman carry our bags up for us. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The suite was comfortable, clean, and modern and we all enjoyed staying there. We also did the breakfast one morning and it was excellent.

Really great, nothing really that you cd need as it was so well thought out and laid out. Even supplied ear plugs as the noise through the old windows could get pretty loud at times being on the road side. Very clean, tidy, little extras like the lounge and washer/dryers that I just didn't expect. And buttons for everything, and interactive room and service and tablet! We stayed in the boulevard apartment Would loved to have seen the other apartments. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Beautiful apartment hotel. We had the standard room for two people and just the right size. Loved having a kitchenette though plenty of food options around and walkable distance to all attractions in Edinburgh. Communal washer dryer a bonus for doing laundry. And the coffee machine and complimentary pastries a daily bonus! Loved the soft elegant decor in the hotel. Easy check in and check out.

The residence was beautiful, very clean and comfortable and well stocked and the location was ideal. The only problem was that the lift was having issues and maintenance during our stay which was a little inconvenient when the maintenance supervisor was not on the premises. When he was there and the lift was out of use, he went out of his way to offer to help us with our bags if needed. We only had one floor of steps to climb, but it would have been challenging for us if we had been on a higher floor.

Absolutely stunning property. Fantastic location, that is close to many of the popular sites. Just be aware there is no front desk, you will need to check in and out, on the screens provided on level 1... but for those who are self-sufficient this is a very fast method. Super friendly staff keep the location tidy. Complimentary coffee and pastries were delicious and super convenient! We were pretty disappointed to receive a smaller size bed, even though the city apartments are listed with a king bed on Expedia. :o(

This is a beautiful apartment, very comfortable and centrally located in Edinburgh. Unfortunately there were some of the previous guests things left under the bed which is why we have marked the cleanliness down. Otherwise we loved the apartment.

Righ was lovely. Very Clean, great location. The staff was extremely helpful. They held on to our luggage while we went on a 4 day tour to the Highlands. I would highly recommend if you want a luxurious experience!

We stayed for two nights at the RIGH hotel on George Street. I was a little nervous about the check in process since we were arriving late. however everything went very smoothly. our room was very comfortable, immaculately clean and had everything you needed for a short or long term stay. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I'm ever back in the area

A delightful stay at the Boulevard Room. The decor and facilities are luxurious and very detailed and well thought. From the under the bed storage to the little flip reading light at the side of the bed, absolutely perfect. Love the bathroom, although smallish but very well designed and luxurious and I think there is floor heating in the bathroom, excellent idea. The kitchenette, another nice touch, although not really necessary but it is there if you need it. One small thing, the gap between the left hand side of the bed and the window is a little narrow. Honestly, we love the decor, the design and the facilities of the whole building. Everything is well thought out. If we ever in Edinburgh again, will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We loved the decor which made us feel at home. It was a joy to come “home” to the apartment each night. The towels were large and fluffy and didn’t feel like typical hotel towels. We ran out of toilet paper and tissues and a staff member brought them to our room. It would be nice to have extras already in the room. The bathroom garbage pail could have been larger and got full rather quickly. The one thing we recommend updating is the pillows. They were hard and very uncomfortable which interrupted our sleep. We plan to stay here for future trips but hoping the pillows have been changed by then! Overall a lovely stay!

Staff was very responsive with communication before our stay and was willing to store our bags in advance of us checking in, and even had them waiting in our room once we checked in. Very convenient location. Only downside was that it was fairly loud- we were in the first level and could hear entire conversations of people speaking on the street, which made sleep more challenging. Not much soundproofing in the windows. Would stay again.

Great location - close to Waverly and a short walk to the main sights while being far enough away to be quiet. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the surrounding blocks as well as a Boots for any quick pick up needs. The hotel was beautiful, well equipped, and the staff were very helpful. We will definitely stay again if we are in Edinburgh.

We found the hotel to be clean and Tidy and a good location, The only issue we found was the room was cold and the heating didn't seem to work, we messaged on the iPad but didn't get a reply/Response.

The staff was incredible. Our penthouse was very, very beautiful. It felt like home away from home. I’ll definitely be recommending to my friends and family.

We had a great stay at RIGH Residences. Our experience started even before we checked in with great communication from the property. While the automated check-in process was not as expected because the key cards would not print, the on-site property staff was very quick to assist and provide the necessary cards. Once inside we were treated with sweets and a very thoughtful, congratulatory note from the staff as we were celebrating our anniversary during our stay. The apartment was new, very clean, and the kitchenette provided more than the necessities for us to make a quick breakfast each morning. Everything worked well but it did take a little time to figure out the lighting and window blinds. It was quite a bonus to have the lounge on the same floor where we could get espresso and cappuccino anytime and could also enjoy a morning or afternoon sweet. We heard a small amount of street noise initially but it was certainly not disturbing and it did not keep us up at night. The room was also quiet internally as we didn't hear any conversation or noise from other apartments or travelers checking in. We would certainly stay again! Thank you Nina and Team RÌGH!

We've had the most amazing stay here. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The whole building is beautiful. Theres a lounge you can relax in if you are here early or after check out and there's tea, coffee and water. You can also leave luggage which is handy. The location is perfect on George Street. Accommodation is next level and the style is gorgeous.

Great location - close to Waverly and a short walk to the main sights while being far enough away to be quiet. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the surrounding blocks as well as a Boots for any quick pick up needs. The hotel was beautiful, well equipped, and the staff were very helpful. We will definitely stay again if we are in Edinburgh.

Truly a great location — just a 15-minute walk from the train station and very central to everything! It’s also about 15 minutes to the Royal Mile and Old Town. The accommodations were lovely: very clean, bright, and modern. The heated bathroom floors were such a nice touch. The lounge offered coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and pastries, which made for a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The room itself was small but comfortable, with water and soda stocked in the fridge and a handy mini-kitchen. Amenities like a hair dryer, straightener, shampoo, conditioner, and an iron were all provided. The only thing missing was decaf tea — but overall, a fantastic stay!

Great location, with a Coop supermarket in the immediate vicinity. Prices Street is a hub for all other connections and is very close and within walking distance. Only 30 minutes' walk to Arthur's Seat (highly recommended). Staff are always friendly and very accommodating when it comes to questions and extra services. Cleaning staff are also very tidy and nice. The rooms are equipped with everything you need and more - modern and clean.

Absolutely gorgeous little flat with spectacular views. Amazing private lounge with cakes and coffee availble at all times made the trip extra special. Fantastic location not far walk from Waverley train station. The street a bit noisy but double glazed windows, black out blinds and central air conditioning made sure that wasnt an issue. Shower was fantastic too. Staff/hotel very communicative over text and email. Kirsty was fantastic getting us checked in late!

Beautiful apartment hotel. We had the standard room for two people and just the right size. Loved having a kitchenette though plenty of food options around and walkable distance to all attractions in Edinburgh. Communal washer dryer a bonus for doing laundry. And the coffee machine and complimentary pastries a daily bonus! Loved the soft elegant decor in the hotel. Easy check in and check out.

The bed is incredibly comfortable. The rooms are clean and very quaint. The area around there is perfect in the sense that it is quiet, but there’s outstanding dining and you could walk to the older part of town. The only confusing part is that you need to check in by the iPad. This is easily figured out, but it does add a wrinkle after your transatlantic flight. I would definitely stay here again. It is a bit pricey, but I thought it was worth it. I really like the lounge where they have great coffee and croissants and pastries in the morning.

I couldn’t believe how beautiful this property is and the attention to detail was impeccable. Even the lounge area with cappuccino, latte, pastries, etc. were a pleasant surprise. It’s in the perfect location too, we walked everywhere without any problems.

Probably the best location in the city!! Gorgeous building, lovely suite—had everything you need in the kitchenette, very comfy bed, warmed bathroom flooring. The Côte restaurant had a great breakfast! The concierge was very accommodating and I had everything I needed for my week long stay. Would highly recommend!!

But when travelling and with international phone plans/spotty coverage, it's easy to overlook. Fortunately, someone was exiting the property when we were trying to enter and they let us in. And we did the same for another couple. Not difficult, just different. Especially if you're exhausted from travel. Plan ahead and you will have a great stay. Once inside, it was perfect.
