Great rooms, super clean and nice. Really good lobby area. One of the nicest places I've stayed. Only slight negative was breakfast that was a little bit limited in selection, but overall, highly recommended place to stay in Brussels.

This is a fantastic new hotel and the staff and service were exemplary. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the HVAC system worked well to keep us cool on a hot summer's day. The hotel was clean and filled with nice touches, like Tashen books and lovely decor. Parking was worth the fee as the spots are in the same building and it is a quick elevator ride from the garage to the room The lounge is a great place to unwind after a busy day. There is a small gym to workout as well. They pampered our pet with a welcoming blanket and feeding bowls and the staff was always eager to meet furry visitors and offer treats. I will definitely recommend this hotel and welcome the opportunity to stay again. My one feedback is the it would be nice to have a small bottle of dishwashing liquid in the kitchen area. Coming back after a long day and needing to wash dishes and discovering there is nothing available in the room was a let down.

A gem of a hotel right on the renowned Ave Louise opposite the Blue Tower. Prime location with hotel parking available or metered parking on the street or behind the hotel on the rue Jourdan (via the app "Seety" or Parkin meters). Hotel has every amenity, excellent food and a bar and fitness center and an outside terrace with sun exposure. Staff is courteous, friendly and professional and exceeds expectations. They anticipate your every need. Have stayed at many hotels in the city before--both chains and boutiques--and this is it for me! Tram stop is right at the corner on Ave Vleurgat with quick options into the city and there are pharmacies, a carrefour, a bakery and a nice selection of restaurants within walking distance. Go! Go! Go!

Wir hatten eine Junior Suite. Das Hotel befindet sich in der Avenue Luise, etwas unterhalb des Brüsseler Stadtzentrums. Die Gegend ist belebt, mit vielen guten Restaurants und vielen Geschäften. Mit der Strassenbahn geht es recht zügig ins Stadtzentrum. Schon der erste Eindruck war super: Eine freundliche Dame empfing uns unten, am Eingang, erklärte uns vieles, beschrieb den Zugang zum Parkhaus (21,- die Nacht), nahm unsere Koffer entgegen und brachte uns zur eigentlichen Rezeption im 1. Stock. An der Rezeption ging alles schnell und ausgesprochen freundlich. Das Personal ist unglaublich nett. Unsere Junior Suite war zugleich ein kleines Studio mit Küchenzeile. Dort war wirklich alles vorhanden: Kaffeemaschine, Spüle, Herd, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Geschirr etc. Und diese Küchenzeile gliederte sich bestens ins Zimmer ein, sodass sie nicht den Raum dominierte. Sehr modern und wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer mit gemütlichem Sofa und Wohnzimmertisch. Kleine Büronische. Balkon zur Rückseite, also kein Strassenlärm. Ruhig. Grosses, modernes, sauberes Bad. Sehr breites und bequemes Bett. Viel Platz. Einfach super! Frühstück im 1. OG wo sich auch die Rezeption und eine kleine Bar befindet. Wir haben aus Zeitgründen nicht dort gefrühstückt, können daher nichts zur Qualität sagen. Es kostet aber 20,- pro Person. Parken in der Tiefgarage. Alles in allem sind wir absolut begeistert von diesem Hotel und haben uns vorgenommen, wieder hierherzukommen. Absolute Empfehlung

We loved staying at this hotel. The staff was very welcoming, we were very happy to receive an upgrade! The suite was spacious, very clean and nicely decorated. The area is very central at Avenue Louise, with lots of options for shopping and dining, and a tram stop just a hop away. We will be back! 😊

Can't say enough good things about this place. Best of both Apartments but full top high-end service from the front desk and concierge. We stayed with our family, the team here is incredible.. Outstanding. Always looking to make sure we were taken care of. We stayed for a week, visiting everything nearby, It's a real Brussels neighborhood, light on the tourists and lots of locals.. With a tram that takes you anywhere within 15 minutes.. Breakfast was great and easy and a wonderful way to start the day... The front desk always had someone willing to assist. 5-star service, very polite and responsive. Rooms were spotless and modern, Balconies were a great place to have a coffee, or morning stretch. Merci!!!!

The hotel is excellent and the rooms are very spacious and generous in surface. the good thing they have a lounge with a sofa, tv unit, and kitchen block that is completely separate from the sleeping area. This is very convenient and makes the room very spacious. the room is also full of architecture and art books, so if you wish to disconnect from your phone, you got beautiful material in the room to look at. what i don't like is the bathroom unit which is an open walk in shower and a vanity that are part of the sleeping area. the wc with a wash basin are on the other side of the room. Adjacent to the entrance. i still prefer the old fashioned traditional bathroom unit that has everything in it and can be closed with one door. i think it is a trend now and i have been seeing this more often in European hotels. it is not that bad but not my preference. another thing to mention, this hotel doesnt have a proper lobby you expect to see in most hotels. but this doesnt bother me at all. cleanliness and tidiness is very good in the hotel, staff are very friendly and warm. check-in/check-out process is easy and smooth. Thank you L'avenue for wonderful stay.

Väldigt modernt och fräscht hotell. La i ett område med mycket restauranger i närheten och bara en liten bit upp på gatan fanns massa shopping och sevärdheter. Jättebra förbindelser in till Grand place och andra delar av staden. Luftigt rum och bekväm säng. Alla bekvämligheter man behövde i rummet. Vi tog med balkong, väldigt värt. Har inget ont att säga om detta hotell, så nöjd!!

This is probably one of the best places I have ever stayed for work travel. The room is very spacious and having the separate living room area and kitchen is amazing to come back to. It felt like more of an apartment than hotel room. The kitchen had everything I could possibly need. Great toiletries and comfortable bed as well. The only downside I would say is that they didn't have a bathrobe

I was warmed by the extraordinary compassion and kindness I was shown by every staff member. I was having a bit of a bad luck week (fell flat on my back, cut open my toe and even had a horse and carriage mishap in Bruges). Sophie, Nicole and Yasmina took care of me. I am an elderly woman travelling alone. They made me feel like I wasn't alone,. Thank you to everybody.

Concierge Dominique war eine Perle während des gesamten Aufenthaltes. MERCI. Die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel. Eher Apartment Hotel, die Gerüche vom kochen in anderen Zimmern können " nerven"! Our family stayed in L-Avenue hotel for one night. We arrived early and the front desk lady helped us checked in. The other lady in the Cafe area was also very nice and welcoming. The room was huge, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is great too, high recommend this hotel!

We loved staying at this hotel. The staff was very welcoming, we were very happy to receive an upgrade! The suite was spacious, very clean and nicely decorated. The area is very central at Avenue Louise, with lots of options for shopping and dining, and a tram stop just a hop away. We will be back! 😊

Schon der erste Eindruck war super: Eine freundliche Dame empfing uns unten, am Eingang, erklärte uns vieles, beschrieb den Zugang zum Parkhaus (21,- die Nacht), nahm unsere Koffer entgegen und brachte uns zur eigentlichen Rezeption im 1. Stock. An der Rezeption ging alles schnell und ausgesprochen freundlich. Das Personal ist unglaublich nett. Unsere Junior Suite war zugleich ein kleines Studio mit Küchenzeile. Dort war wirklich alles vorhanden: Kaffeemaschine, Spüle, Herd, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Geschirr etc. Und diese Küchenzeile gliederte sich bestens ins Zimmer ein, sodass sie nicht den Raum dominierte. Sehr modern und wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer mit gemütlichem Sofa und Wohnzimmertisch. Kleine Büronische. Balkon zur Rückseite, also kein Strassenlärm. Ruhig. Overall beautiful clean hotel in a nicer (safer) part of town. Room layout is a bit odd with the bathroom being right at the entrance, not next to shower... The bed was also very hard and uncomfortable with pillows that your head sinks into. Makes for a night of tossing and turning 😏

Can't say enough good things about this place. Best of both Apartments but full top high-end service from the front desk and concierge. We stayed with our family, the team here is incredible.. Outstanding. Always looking to make sure we were taken care of. We stayed for a week, visiting everything nearby, It's a real Brussels neighborhood, light on the tourists and lots of locals.. With a tram that takes you anywhere within 15 minutes.. Breakfast was great and easy and a wonderful way to start the day... The front desk always had someone willing to assist. 5-star service, very polite and responsive. Rooms were spotless and modern, Balconies were a great place to have a coffee, or morning stretch. Merci!!!!
