This hotel has more rooms than parking spots. When checking in I was told that I wasn’t going to be able to park on the property. So having to park at nearby parking garages I had no in and out privileges so the parking fees added up. So if there’s an event going on near by check in as soon as possible to get a spot.

first the Valet parking should be communicated to the guest ahead of time that parking is not free but a 32 charge. Set expectations from the start. my second issue was the guy next door got drunk as F*** and was Yelling and carrying on from 5pm to after midnight. Since our room and his has the door between his voice carried into our room with easy.

This is by train tracks so be prepared to be shaken out of bed in the middle of the night. The road in front of the hotel also seems to be a drag strip. I had to pause phone conversations several times due to the sounds. The hotel should really have better sound proofing. Also, there is a $25 per night charge for parking that is not mentioned when making a reservation.

We had a great stay here for the concert we attended. The hotel is in a great location. It was very nice and clean. The fitness center was top notch for a hotel. Enjoyed a few drinks at the hotel bar before the concert. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again. On site parking was extra but reasonable.

Stayed for concert at Paycom Centet and location was perfect! Parking at hotel was $25/day with in and out privileges, while the parking garage across the street was $10 every time you went in. The only “bad things” were the hotel bar closed at 10pm on Friday night, so by the time concert was over we had to go somewhere else if wanted a drink and the noise from the cars on the east side street.

Property is great distance if participating in Oklahoma memorial marathons events. Parking was easy to get in and out. Location is walkable distance to bricktown and paycom. Clean public spaces, great gym, and nice rooms. Only thing I did not like was if you get to parking lot late, you will not get a parking spot, especially if large trucks want to take multiple spaces

The room was clean. The staff was attentive and kind. The mattress was hard and not overly comfortable to sleep on. I could hear people outside of my room talking and the people in the room above mine walking across the floor. We were in a room on the street side, which also had train tracks, so we constantly heard traffic and the train. Shouldn’t have to pay to park if a hotel guest.

Found bed bug evidence in the room and was told there’s not much that can do and they can give me a $30 credit to my card. I paid over $220 for one night and also was forced to pay $20 to park off site because there was not parking on site. And even if there would have been I would have had to pay $15 to park there. Will not stay there ever again.

When I arrived they weren’t as friendly as normal and the receptionist was too busy playing her game on her phone The room still had trash leftover from the previous guest. I left it there and I can imagine it’s going to be there for a while. The pillows are basically pieces of paper. They look fluffy but when you lay down they collapse. And when I used the iron, crumbs started showing up. I looked at the iron and realized someone tried heating up food with it. I left a note for the cleaning staff and was ignored. Not the best hotel. If they could do better with cleanliness, that would take it up a notch. But I doubt that will happen.

Conveniently located by bricktown giving you easy access to excellent restaurants. Location is also great if you’re catching an event at paycom. Parking in the garage is recommended since the garage is literally right across the street and cheaper than the hotel’s parking fee. The room was clean and had a wonderful night’s rest on the bed. The staff provided excellent customer service. Would stay here again next time I’m in OKC.

The room had a distinct odor and asked for a new room. The second room had the same odor and figured that it was the hotel. The odor was a mix of some perfume coverup, stale cigarette smoke, and wet dog? After a day or two, the perfume went away and the stale stench was ever present. One light flickered, some outlets didn't work. Then there was the freight train tracks. God forbid you're on that side. The AC units are in the wall and you will hear EVERYTHING including the traffic and loud mufflers passing by. Do yourself a favor and book the Omni or another hotel.

Wonderful place to stay in Oklahoma City. Only issue - if your room is on the east side of the hotel, there are trains that run at night that can disrupt your sleep if you are not used to any noises.

Everything was fine but the mattress in my room 213 was absolutely terrible. It must have been a very old mattress. It was lumpy and it sunk right to the bed frame when I sat on the edge. I spent three miserable nights on that mattress.

I drove for 3 hours then told that the parking on site was sold out. If I reservation why isn’t there enough parking space to accommodate me? The lady at the front desk didn’t care and was too busy trying to pitch me the rewards program I didn’t want and said there was parking past a bridge. I did not feel safe carrying all my stuff at night in city under a bridge from a lot a block away. Then the next morning I went to take some stuff back to my car and found that the maid had busted into my room after I hung privacy please sign on the door to prevent this. How are we going to resolve this?

I made a reservation in May for an event in December. I had prepaid for a king nonsmoking room and when arrived was given a double handicap room without even being advised upon check in, found out when I walked into the room. No parking available, lot was full so had to park in a parking garage across the street. Was told nothing could be done since they were fully booked.

Staff was great with the exception of one gentleman who was always sitting down and on his phone. I needed to ask a question at the desk and had to gain his attention away from his phone. The street next to the hotel is apparently used for racing because there were noisy cars all night and also trains going by all night next to the hotel. They did actually shake the bed. I chose the hotel because it is right next to the convention center. That was its one redeeming feature. Our room was nice and very clean, but did not have any kind of comfortable chair. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that didn’t have some type of lounge chair. Our bed was so broken down it was hard to keep from rolling off of it. Breakfast was decent. Typical hotel breakfast. I read several other reviews like this one but I still chose the hotel because of the location. I wouldn’t again. I spent more for this room than I usually do. I expected more. Parking is $25 in their lot and valet fee is $32…on the days they have it. If you choose this hotel, make sure you request a room NOT next to the train tracks.

Not much parking on site so it was a bit inconvenient for the Marathon weekend. The check-in staff member was complaining about being too busy and that it was her last day. Shocking to us, she was there the next day with the same attitude. Overall the property was good and very walkable.

Downtown outskirts. Lots of homeless walking and lingering around. Did not feel comfortable walking around the area. Very noisy due to highway and loud motorcycles. Can hear people walking and moving above. Halls were hot.

We stayed one night at this hotel simply to get on the Amtrak Heartland Flyer train to go to Texas. It was close to the train station, close to Bricktown to enjoy that fun! Room was very clean, breakfast was okay. You can hear highway noise though.

Nice clean hotel, staff was lovely, breakfast was fantastic with lots of options. The rooms are not remotely sound proofed, we could hear people walking, their TVs on, blow dryers, the traffic outside at all hours of the night, the train going by, everything. It’s not quiet at all. There are also not many food and necessity options near the property to choose from - this is likely because the area is only now being built up.

We got a king bedroom for 2 and this room was so clean and well kept. Nice pull out bed, two huge smart TVs. Super clean lobby and rooms, I felt comfortable sleeping in the bed. Free breakfast and mini fridge and microwave in rooms. For being a 2 star hotel, this hotel far exceeded my expectations. Super close to bricktown, within 10 minute walk or ubering is fast. Bar closed due to holidays so that was kind of a bummer, but other than that great stay!
