The Hotel Britomart is a beautiful hotel in quiet neighborhood. Very smart decor. Excellent staff. Wish we had spent more time there!!

The hotel is in a perfect location to explore, shop and access transportation to beaches, museums and historical sites. The restaurants near the hotel are outstanding and the retail stores interesting, upscale but affordable. Love Hotel Britomart and Auckland and New Zealand!

The room was absolutely tiny: no room for anything. Most annoying of all was the design: form over function. Whoever designed these rooms never stayed here. Hidden drawers, sockets, switches; auto-control panel that was inconveniently placed; insufficient towels; mystery water controls... all very frustrating
