We have stayed in so many hotels in the NWA area while our girls are attending UofA and I can honesty say this is the best of them all. Easy parking in a safe lighted lot, great check in experience, wonderful soft beds / hot showers, and finally and great breakfast. Can’t wait until our next stay.

At check in room key machine was down had to be escorted by staff to let you in your room every time you left. The next day there was no water in the facility and the staff was unaware. When asked about some drinking water to brush teeth asked how we would like to be charged for the water.

Apparently the key card machine was down, so we never received a key for our room. I understand that things can happen, but on a game weekend, they had one girl (likely a new employee) on staff for the entire evening at the front desk. She had to check in all parties while also personally walking all guests to their individual rooms to unlock their doors with a master fob. She did it all with a smile on her face, no fault of hers. But no management on site until Monday, no help for this poor employee, no real system in place for a situation like this. We could have had her unlock any room of our choosing, so we felt unsafe and unsecure our entire stay and while we were away. Every time we came back to the lobby, large groups were waiting to be escorted to their rooms. Horrible experience.

I was disappointed that we had a softball team full of children that was not able to utilize the pool because there was not an emergency phone. When all the parents had phones the girls had phones. I also was disappointed with the breakfast it was not what it was advertised. My room was not attended to as I had requested. We were all supposed to receive awards for the issues , but never received them.

When we arrived (after dark) the place had NO outdoor lights on, not even the parking lot. We thot they might be closed, but glad they werent.

It was very clean. I even took a black light to the bedding and hideaway sofa and all over, partly for fun. Staff was wonderful. The nights we stayed they didn't have the outdoor lighting on not even the sign. I asked them to turn it on but they said it would be fixed when the manager came back in a couple days. The breakfast was delicious. The pool wasn't open even though it was hot out. It had water in it and it looked clean. No hair dryer but I bring my own anyway thankfully. I'm sure they would've provided one but I didn't ask. We asked for extra blankets for our daughter to sleep on the hideaway. We waited 20 minutes or so before I had my husband go ask again for them. He waited for them at the lobby desk to finally get them. That took 10 minutes or so.

The staff at this hotel was super courteous, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast is delish, gym is clean and well-equipped, and location is convenient. We were in town because of a family illness. When the manager, Claire, heard, she even remembered and asked about our situation when she saw us later. We will definitely book here if it’s available the next time we come visit.

The only problem was their room key machine was not functioning and she couldn’t make keys. She had to go with us to our room and let us in everytime along with several other guests. Manager was not available to help nor could they find anyone to fix the machine. We felt sorry for the sweet young lady having to handle everything on her own! She was great! Always smiling!

Was completely dark when we arrived with probably 6 cars in parking lot it actually looked closed . Staff was OK not big balls of fire for 800 in evening. Lobby area was clean and nice looking. Our room was clean and nice but the cleaning staff was cleaning our floor as we arrived so that was kinda annoying till they finished up at 930 . For some reason the free breakfast is 6 am weekdays and 7 on weekends so we didn’t get to eat there because we had to be at Tyson track at 730 .

Dirty room. Ground in chocolate in the carpet. Dirty pillowcase. Unknown stuff on the floor. Dirty toilet and dirty shower. Asked for two days to have it cleaned. Never did it. Not staying there again.

Overall ok, bed was relatively comfortable, cleaning service is terrible, no cleans at all for a 2 week stay unless specifically requested, on the day a clean was requested only the bins were emptied and towels changed, no attempt to make or change bed, bath not even rinsed out, decided to just clean myself after this

Nobody answered the front desk on multiple occasions. Bathrooms in 312 & 314 were not completely clean. Looked like hair from shaving still on counter, wall had spots (urine) and debris on the floors. Bedskirts in 314 had stuff on them.

The hotel was nice and in a good location. Employees were friendly. The big problem was that the room had ants. A LOT of ants. I told the front desk person and he said they'd look into it. All they did was remove the coffee station from my room. There were still MANY ants. This was just unacceptable, so I will not be coming back.

Pros: Beautiful modern hotel. Very clean and visually appealing. Good breakfast. Cons: Did not receive housekeeping services. Parking lot and signage was completely dark the two nights I stayed. Very thin walls. I do not recommend this hotel to those who are neurodivergent and struggle with sensory issues regarding noise and lighting. Lobby/breakfast area was very noisy with tv and music going at the same time. Walls between rooms are very thin. I could clearly hear tantruming children and frustrated parents in the next room. No soft lighting available in room. All bright white clinical LED style, including lamps. Lots of light streaming into room around door frame at night.

The girls at the front desk were very helpful. In the bathroom you could hear the conversations of the guest in the room above you coming through the air unit and its extremely loud. The doors slam shut extremely hard also but other than the it was good.

Tucked away from the main road so it’s nice and quiet. The staff were very friendly, the complimentary breakfast was excellent along with fresh pancakes in a minute! Hotel was clean and the room was way more spacious than expected. Large shower and a comfortable bed. This is an excellent choice for your stay. We will definitely be back!

We went to participate in an event and were in hopes of sleeping at night. The hotel had a group of young ball players that preceded to run up and down the hallways, using the elevator and screaming until almost 1230am. When I attempted to call the front desk there was no answer after multiple attempts. I then went to the hallway myself instructing the children to go to their rooms. Not a parent insight. Ridiculous. About ten minutes later the front desk called and stated they had heard it also - question was why didn’t you handle it instead of a guest.

We booked 3 rooms for me and my family, and everyone absolutely loved it! The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the safety and comfort of the accommodations are top-notch. The beds are super comfortable, making it a great place to rest and recharge. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

The hotel was great. The room was great. The front desk staff not so much. They tried the old bait and switch tactic, saying my room , a queen suite which I had already paid for, was no longer available (it was only 3:15pm). After I insisted they double check they were able to “find a room”.

Very friendly staff. Clean, spacious room. We had only one small issue. The desk lamp had no power button! Management is aware the lamps are faulty and will take care of it. I arrived early, exhausted from my trip. I was told that it would be about 30 minutes before I could check in. I sat down in the lobby and was called up to check in about 10 minutes later! I am thankful to the staff for making that happen. I highly recommend this hotel.

Last time I stayed at this hotel it was excellent. This time there were some issues. The worst was with breakfast this morning. The hot food had run out and I was assured that more was on the way. Nearly 30 minutes later it finally arrived. There were also some housekeeping issues with my room. Not what I expected after such a great experience last time.
