The room was extremely clean with the exception of some spots on the carpet, which looked like could have been removed with a little effort. I was amazed at the size of the bathroom. Ample room to move around in especially with the little ones. The front desk clerk was very accommodating and helpful. The pool was not clean. That was disappointing, couldn’t use it!!

Overall a pleasant experience. Kids enjoyed indoor pool. Room was not adequately swept before our stay, I had to get a vacuum from staff and sweep to my liking immediately upon entering/inspecting (saw fingernail clippings, food, etc.)--not a lot but I shouldn't find anything. No non-pork meat options at breakfast. Location was convenient and room was comfortable. 8/10 experience.

It is a nice hotel as it’s typical with the other Holiday Inn’s. The pool area is not sufficient enough. I do believe the hotel is a bit over priced.

Fantastic breakfast biscuits and gravy both days, pancake maker available, and either sausage or bacon and eggs available … pool was small but good size for two or 3 family’s ….nice lobby ,clean rooms and ice machine on each level… lots of places to eat from local to chain and Starbucks near buy

It was great. I did however spill some water on the carpet. I used a white towel to sop it up and that's when I realized how dirty the carpet was. The towel was very dirty from sopping up the water

Hotel appears relatively new and quite a bit nicer than some others nearby. Staff was friendly and quick at arrival and departure. Rooms and entire facility were clean. Breakfast was good and quick. Gym had everything you need for a quick workout.

Certainly not an 8 out of 10. The room was not as clean as it could have been- the walls were dirty and the bathtub had mildew in it, the bathmat in the shower too. The staff were exceptional and very friendly.

The room was large with very comfortable beds and a variety of pillows to accommodate how you prefer to sleep. The room was very clean and was appointed with a kurig coffee maker, microwave and small refrigerator. Breakfast area was very clean with a very generous breakfast selection of hot and cold items, cereals and fresh fruits. Located right off the Indiana toll road and convenient to everything. Will stay again.

Only 2 issues with room 403; The shower pressure was horrible. Because the water pressure was so weak a 10 minute shower took 30 minutes to get the soap out of my hair. And, the AC unit was loud. It kicked on every 20-40 minutes or so and was way too loud to sleep through. Otherwise the room was clean and we were given clean towels each day!

Will definitely save this hotel for future travels. Our family stayed here for the night coming from South Haven MI returning to Indianapolis. Friendly front desk staff. Smooth and fast check-in. Our suite had 2 queen beds and a sofa bed (double), perfect for our family of 5. Very comfortable bed, no issues with A/C (which we experienced at another hotel where we stayed at in Chicago for July 4th), spacious, and clean.

Seems like a rather new hotel, everything looked well kept. Quiet area behind a few other hotels. Would like the hotel sign to be a little bigger when you turn on the road, the hotel next door had a massive sign in comparison and we almost missed the turnoff, not seeing the smaller sign. Friendly staff, comfy bed. Liked the new type of shades for the windows and large walk-in shower.

Other than paper thin walls and hearing every sound our neighboring room, the hotel was great. Friendly staff, spacious room, comfortable bed, and good breakfast. The area is safe and not loud (even though its right by the toll road). Lots of places to eat nearby.

Service was excellent. Our family was in town for a swim meet and the staff accommodated us by lettingus check in a bit early and opening up breakfast early the following morning. Their willingness to go out of their way to help was greatly appreciated.

When first arrived the service provider told there was no reservation. Then said I need go to Holiday South. No reservation there. Went back to Holiday North, And they found my reservation. It was late at night and my did not feel good. Just a situation.

We liked the stay for the fact it was clean, attractive, and close to dining options. The best thing here is the staff. They went out of their way to make sure everything was good. The front desk people are the ones who can make or break a review. In this case, both pm and am staff were stellar.

I was extremely upset because even after paying for my stay through Expedia I was charged $138.33 by the hotel! The women at the front desk told me they needed a card on file just for incidental and reassured me it would not be charged. But it WAS charged even though there was NO incident that occurred!

I was unhappy with the breakfast thst was ptovide. First day wasn't bad but milk was on the warm side. Second day, milk was very warm, very little bread, bagel, muffins. Third day day. No juice, bread, cinnamon rolls, pancake machine not working and didn't trust if milk was left over from when it was warm. I also didn't trust the yogurt that was in the same fridge. When I said something to the desk person, I was told that it wasn't her area and someone forgot to order supplies. If that's the case it falls one the manager to go to a grocery store and pick up needed supplies. I wasn't the only person who wasn't happy.

Very nice room. The free breakfast was the best I have ever had at a hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bed linens were exquisite. Exceptional all around and i do not typically rate many above average.

The carpet in the room was dirty...breakfast was terrible, several items were out by 9am. There was no bacon, how can you have breakfast without bacon , pancake machine did not work. Way below what we have come to expect from holiday inn.
