Information provided on hotels app stated a check-in time at 2 PM and a checkout time at 10 AM. They then sent attachment via the app with info asking for check in time, providing parking number spot and directions, asking if we would be eating breakfast or had any allergies. I called to answer the questions and had someone with a foreign accent who just told me to park anywhere and that check in is at 3. That was great because that was our arrival time. Arrived, very few spots for parking (that’s fine that was stated), but no spot 14 as instructed for me in the original email but then another email came through saying to park wherever but no big vehicles. Two large vehicles were parked in there, cont to find out they were staff or friends/family of staff. Got parked and went to check in as instructed. Was told in the email what my code would be to enter into my room and the main building. That was inaccurate. Was greeted while some people were eating lunch (no biggie), Guy made the code for us and showed us our room and that was it. I never was told about breakfast. Attempted the next morning and no one was present to talk to. None of these thi bf s ruined our trip. We are from the area and just wanted a night away but was disappointed that it was a bed and breakfast in and there was no breakfast and no one to asks questions and each email sent had various discrepancies from previous ones, making no sense and leaving us a little confused. Bedroom was also too warm at night

It was NOT as advertised , Our tv did not work , the ceiling fan did not work , there was no thermostat control in room so the room was VERY HOT (good thing we brought a fan with us).the parking was VERY tight . The only good thing I could say about property is the location. I don’t think we will stay there again .

This hotel was miss represented. The pictures and the advertising statements were not true to the present property. The buildings are rundown and the grounds have not been kept up. Parts of the hotels are cleaned out and are being renovated. The parking area is terrible. We did not eat the breakfast which was an extra charge. Totally over priced for the rooms and amenities. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Bad experiance.

There was no breakfast to be had. No one picks up the phone when you call or email. I told them.i needed a room on the ground floor. Instead they gave us a 2nd story room where i had to climb up about 30 steps on an outdoor staircase and i am disabled. There was no room refrigerator or microwave. No desk in the room, no closets and one old chair where i placed my suitcase. The inn was under construction and ours was tge only room rented. I had the feeling that the new owners were in the process of a major renovation and saw dollar signs when we made our renovation. They djould hace closed the inn completely untill they were donecwith thrir construction. We left a day early a day early saying that ee had a family emergency and loosing $310.00 rather than stsy another night. I hate to leave bad reviews. But i had to estn others of our experience.

#16 These are the things that were wrong. When we got in town we had a tour booked, but we wanted to know if we could check in first nobody answers the phone so then I tried texting the number and no one answered until hours later we were already on our tour. We got into the unit which they end up telling us in our check-in instructions that we’re in the carriage house behind the main property. Granted this looks like two rooms that were built above a garage.. so we go inside. There’s no toilet paper. We texted immediately tried calling no answer still to this day. Have not gotten any answers on anything thankfully we were only there one night. The outlets in the bathroom did not work for my friend to blow dry her hair in there. My friend is older and doesn’t really use her cell phone for her things so she was kind of irritated that there wasn’t a clock in the room. The biggest thing is there are no AC thermostats in the rooms. They are locked up in the hallway so you do not have your own AC in your room thank God it was not Mid summer and we made out OK. The porch lights were shining through the bedroom windows because the blinds are all broken and messed up. The shower does not drain while you’re in there so it’s like you’re taking a bath. The property below you there are tons of debris and trash. It looks like a construction zone. Yes, they are under construction in the main building, but they have everything stored outside. It looks like a mess. I have pictures too!
