Fantastic property. Great location, clean and spacious rooms, deck overlooking the river, great continental breakfast, super nice staff and great area to grill and enjoy dinner. The only two things that could be improved are that the hot tubs and gas grills could both have been cleaner. Would definitely stay here again🤗

Location -5 ; room-3; breakfast-2; amenities-2. Note: 1)promised a hot tub, when we arrived it was not working, 2)ice machine near us was not working, 3) door keycards only worked sporadically, 4) on a positive note, the view from our room was amazing, right on the river.

The property is ideally located in Ouray; however, several of the hot tubs were out of order as was the firepit in the main area. The ice maker only spit out about a handful of ice before stopping. The staff were not friendly and the breakfast was horrible. There was nothing except min-muffins. They ran out of any pre-made eggs and any breakfast sandwiches - looked like there just was enough for a couple people!! The room was clean and neat.

Second time staying here. Room looked exactly the same. Two massive beds, very comfortable. Lovely views of the river and in the afternoon gets some lovely sunshine. Nice hot shower. Easy walk along the river into town. A little overpriced but thats how Ouray works. Breakfast is lovely, mini doughnuts and pastries. Had yougurt too. Bare in mind that the hot tub is closed during the winter months. Staff are very friendly. Will def be back again next time with my wife and daughter.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 years in a row and we booked specifically knowing they had 2 hot tubs on-site. However, upon getting to the hotel, management stated they decided to close the hot tubs as they didn't want to deal with any liability. We will be looking at other hotels in the area moving forward.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. We were always greeted by friendly front desk staff who went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The room was spacious and clean, and the microwave and fridge were much appreciated. The location with the river right out the balcony provided a soothing background noise, and we enjoyed walking the 2 mile path along the river right behind the inn. The location was excellent and very quiet. We would stay here again!

We just returned from a 2 night stay at Hot Springs Inn. We loved everything about it! Our room was spotless - not a speck of dust. Had all the conveniences- microwave, fridge, coffee pot and 2 king beds. All the rooms have a deck on the river with access to the riverwalk trail a few steps away. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but sufficient for a light meal. We’ll definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions, which made it very convenient to get around. It was dirty. Soon as we walked in there was a stir stick for coffee sitting on the fire place. Curly hair in the shower and beds did not look clean. Lady running the front was nice but that does not make up for being dirty. We didnt even stay for the night we just left.

Lolly and Stan at the front desk were fantastic. Both of them immediately made you feel like you were home. Room was very clean. Won’t stay anywhere else next time I’m in ouray. Highly recommend

Friendly staff. Updated rooms. Nice balcony and view in the back. Curtain rod was falling off one side of window on door to room. Top of toilet tank was very dusty as if it hadn't been cleaned for a while. Normally, TV wouldn't be a big deal, but 2 grandson's came with us. Trouble getting TV to work for well over an hour & called office twice. Desk clerk was nice to come try to help without success. We finally found a Direct TV reset button and that did the trick. Continental breakfast was not that great. Not saying we wouldn't stay here again. This was our second time staying here. Just a little disappointed.

Very large rooms - 500 sq. ft.!!! Very clean and nicely decorated. Every room has a balcony that overlooks the rushing river. We slept with our window open so we could hear it. The staff was great and a continental breakfast was included.

We have stayed here a couple times now. A couple of things, the shower heads are atrocious, barely spit out any water. Beds are starting to get dips in them that make it uncomfortable.

We like this property a lot but in the past we did not need the wi-fi for anything important. This time around, I was planning to work from the room but it was impossible. It disconnects every few minutes or stay connected without internet. Hopefully they can upgrade their system....

I had no cell service in Ouray and the hotels Wi-Fi was so weak that I was unable to work. Having essentially no phone or internet is something the hotel should let people know. The place was thick with Texas cowboy kitch that has no place in Colorado.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great location, super friendly and helpful staff, very clean, quiet, easy parking, walkable to town. Stayed on the river side, awesome porch space, beautiful view. Honestly can't think of one negative thing to say. Highly recommend!!

Checked in late due to travel and did not know office closed at 9:20 pm and the lady working called me to see if what time I would be in and left the key in after hours check in ! Amazing to just take the time to call me ! Everyone was so friendly checkout was a breeze with a friendly lady working upfront ! Definitely staying here again

Customer service was excellent, these folks could not have been more helpful or kind! Room was spotlessly clean and the mattresses were heavenly! The decor is funky and fun, definitely a nod to prior years. The double king room overlooking the river has what you need and nothing you don't. Even the lanai has 4 chairs where so often you'll see only 2 for a room that holds 4 people. Love this place! Definitely recommend!

Ski trips can have their surprises and the Hot Springs Inn was a sigh of relief!! From the call I made 2-3 days ahead of arrival to get our 2 rooms close to the check out, everything was incredible. To boot, the local knowledge Wendy shared with us on hot spots, dinner joints and things to do, it was special. Oh and the immediate scenery and river-front setting...over the top good!

The staff at Hot Springs Inn was extremely nice, always smiling and helpful. The room was large, clean and had a balcony with a view of the river and mountains. there was a trail behind the Inn along the river. I'd definitely stay there again.

Charming, clean, outstanding staff. A stroll along the river trail behind the hotel is nice. You can walk or drive into town. Excellent location. This motel sits along a string of inns just north of town, but the area is not crowded and keeps its remote feel.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great location, super friendly and helpful staff, very clean, quiet, easy parking, walkable to town. Stayed on the river side, awesome porch space, beautiful view. Honestly can't think of one negative thing to say. Highly recommend!!

The only con was the shower head was poorly connected and fell off during shower. Other than that the property was great with beautiful creek behind and easy walking distance to town. Thoroughly enjoyed the property and area.

The King beds were wonderful as were the pillows!! and the little porch with the view of the river was lovely. The breakfast was good, I was glad real milk was available for my coffee.

Some things were fine. Easy walk to the town and right next to the river. The room could have been cleaner…water bottle cap on floor, some popcorn between the bed and night table. Towels were nice. The provided breakfast was very inadequate unless you were a sugar junky. Donuts, sugared cereal, overly sweetened yogurt. No options for protein at all. Most of all of that was picked over and not replenished if you went to the tail end of the breakfast. Ice machine was broken.

Nice double king size beds with wonderful 2nd floor balcony view of river. Nice, spacious microwave. Mini fridge, TV and shower. Nice laundry room with washer and dryer. I wish there was more variety for breakfast. Only mushy microwave breakfast burritos, cereal, donuts and bagels.

Loved everything about this place. It was our favorite lodging of our week long trip through Colorado! Good breakfast, friendly staff, walk to Ouray along the river. Loved the balcony, the warm and inviting rooms! Sleep with the window open and listen to the river.

The property is ideally located in Ouray; however, several of the hot tubs were out of order as was the firepit in the main area. The ice maker only spit out about a handful of ice before stopping. The staff were not friendly and the breakfast was horrible. There was nothing except min-muffins. They ran out of any pre-made eggs and any breakfast sandwiches - looked like there just was enough for a couple people!! The room was clean and neat.

Comfortable rooms and an absolutely stunning view. This hotel sits right on the river, and the drive up Million Dollar Highway made the whole trip feel like an occasion before we even arrived. The continental breakfast is a bit limited, but still good all the same. Overall, an excellent place to stay in Ouray.

What a quaint place. The rooms are spacious. Those with two queens also really nice sitting area and also good sized balconies that overlook the river. Falling asleep to the water was like a lullaby. Coffee pot, microwave and fridge in each room. And the beds were super comfy! The continental breakfast was substantial and the eating area was roomy and clean! This was our second stay and we will be back for sure.

We loved this Inn. The place has been newly remodeled and was so clean and the beds were so comfy. The river running right outside was the best part and the hot tub was great too! Don’t pass this place up, we will definitely be back one day! The staff were friendly also ☺️
