Great and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfy. Gym was also clean and equipment was in good condition. This is not a reflection on staff or hotel itself but other guests staying there were less than ideal and on a few occasions actually very rude to me and said some hateful comments to me. I am used to this so does not deter me but just an observation.

Would never stay there again. No AC in gym or hallways. No towels , no ice machine, no toiletries. Smelled bad and people dealing drugs in front of my son. People hanging out on side of hotel with ski masks. Room cleanliness was ok as no rugs or curtains. Its like section 8 housing

Overall our 2 night stay was good. Location was perfect for our needs. Room lacked amenities. Had kitchenette but no supplies to cook or eat. You had to buy them. No hairdryer or ironing board/iron in room and no hanger to hang cloths. Beds were clean and comfortable.

First off, NO POOL! Who would have thought a hotel in Florida with no pool! For 2 people, one towel, one washrag a person. Took a shower for the night and no clean towel or wash rag for morning. No hand towel at all. Had to use bath towel for hand towel. No shampoo no hair dryer either. Only coffee offered for breakfast. Was worried about my car also with people hanging out in back of hotel. 2:00am could hear people in next room. If could have canceled last minute without having to pay I would have. Was not a comfortable stay. Nice person at front desk who checked me in though. Area was close enough to restaurants/shopping within 10 minutes.

This hotel was a terrible experience. Upon arrival, the staff was not friendly and very unwelcoming. The photos on Expedia were incredibly deceiving. The rooms and rest of the hotel looked nothing like the photos. The halls smelt terrible and the carpet was disgustingly stained. The room also had an odor. The floor in the room had grease spots all over and the bathroom floor and shower floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned well. We would not walk anywhere in this hotel, even the room, without shoes on. There was no hairdryer in the room, no small shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash, no hand towels, etc. The kitchenette didn’t look clean and there were no pots/ pans/ cooking utensils in the room. There was no coffee maker, coffee, tea, etc. available in the room. There was no ice bucket or ice machine in the hotel, you had to use ice trays in the freezer to make your own ice. When we checked in, I was asked how many guests would be traveling with me. Despite asking this, we only had 2 towels, bath mats, and wash cloths. When we asked for additional, clean towels, we were told we could only have 1 extra. We were not given clean replacements for our towels. Quiet hours were not enforced, as other guests were very loud all throughout the night. I was traveling with my mom and elderly grandmother and none of us felt comfortable going anywhere by ourselves. My grandma also saw a roach. People were always loitering in the parking lot. If you are considering staying here, don’t.

room has roaches, bought my own roach spray, still find some daily, been here for a week waiting on new house to be finished, back parking lot after dark is a party, at least 25 people last night, dope in the air, elevator broke for days now, no room service as of yet, desk girls very nice and friendly though.. many dogs barking all hours

Front desk staff was nice and friendly. Our hotel room needed serious cleaning. Shower door track, counter surfaces, floors were really bad. Bought cleaning wipes to clean our room. Only amenities were small bars of soap. For coffee my husband went next door to the Wawa gas station. People hanging around hotel front door. Not sure if they were staying there or not. Elevator out of order. By the looks of the stairwell, the elevator hasn’t worked for a while. I’ve worked in travel for over 20 years. This is the worst place I’ve stayed.

It got the job done. There were a few things that were questionable like the elevator inspection expired 8/2024 and it is now 3/2025, the lobby bathroom never seemed to get restocked with soap to wash your hands after, nor did it flush properly. The room had this weird smell in it that never seemed to go away. The front end staff were very pleasant, especially Estella. It was close to everything though.

There was four dead roaches in the bathroom. Two in the tub and two on the floor. There were live roaches crawling on the walls around the room. When we asked to be helped we were told to be refunded we needed to leave and we had three small children under the age of 2

Room “looked” nice but wasn’t so much during the night. You can hear everything from the hall. They say it’s a non smoking hotel but the whole hotel smells of smoke. My room smelled like smoke. There were roaches in my room and used condoms in the bathroom trash showing signs that the room wasn’t cleaned properly. Good thing I only stayed one night. If they had no bugs and cleaned properly it would be fine but it suck I had to go through this.

1st room 329 bathroom was dirty at arrival, they came to clean the room, came back from dinner had roaches all over the bed, kitchenette and bathroom, we requested a room change, they moved us to room 206 an it was in equal conditions. It’s a shame…. Disgusting

We gave this place a second try, but had the same results. The whole place smells of Marijuana. The hallways are the worst for the smell, but we could still smell it in our room. I have sinus issues and it kept waking me up with the odor. They gave us one bath towel for two people, no shampoo or conditioner, only one bar of soap. The furniture was dusty and dirty to the touch. I put a wash cloth down on the nightstand as it was disgusting. I killed two bugs in the room, one in the bathroom and one in the bedroom area. The carpet felt gritty, so wore socks when walking in the room. No breakfast or other Anne amenities offered. We will not stay there again.

My room was infested with Cockroaches. Not 1 or 2… INFESTED. I complained about them, and the smell for a few days before I got an air freshener. After day 4 they finally moved me to another room, and acknowledged that the room had been down for months because of the roaches

Really bad experience. We had booked two rooms, but when we arrived they only had one because of a mix up in canceling a second reservation I had made. The hotel was full, and all other hotels within a 40 mile radius were also full. The manager at the front desk was called in. She was obviously a very angry person, and she was especially angry that she had been called in. She was rude with me, and she interpreted my setting my credit card on the desk as me "throwing it her." I did not throw it at her. She then proceeded to publically "call me out" in front of a group of teenagers I was with. Some of my group ended up staying in the one room (because there were not two rooms available at any close hotel). There was pubic hair on the shower walls as it was obvious that the shower had not been cleaned. Room had a bad musty smell. This was the worst experience at a hotel I have ever had, and I have rented hundreds of rooms.

Evacuated to here during Hurricane Milton. The value was very good. The staff was awful. Lazy, don’t care attitude. This was over multiple days. There was one excellent staff member, but the rest were very poor. The rooms were okay, and being on a high floor meant that it was relatively quiet. The hotel lost power for over 12 hours and descending the stairwells in pitch black conditions was nightmarish. I get that the hotel can’t control the electricity, but they could have provided flashlights and set up battery operated lights. They knew they would likely loose power and posted signs 6 hours before. Someone got glow sticks to illuminate the landings, but those wore out quickly. Obviously hurricanes and power loss is rare, but I’m sure that (most of) the staff’s apathy will be encountered by many.

When we first arrived everything seemed fine, but when we were cleaning our rooms we noticed that the sheets on one of the beds were filthy. When we asked for more sheets the lady behind the counter acted as if she was very annoyed. We haven't had internet in about a week. Nobody au the front desk seems to care, like this is something normal. I've missed days at school and money online. And they won't compensate for it either because it's supposed to be "free". I don't care about that it's the impact of not having working wifi that is inconvenient.

Tae is amazing and deserves a raise with all of the front desk management that she handles. I am coming back as long as she is the smiling and kind soul managing that front desk. My room was 403 and has mold in the lining of the bathroom bases of the walls. The shower head needs to be cleaned and de-limed from all of the calcium build up. The bed was solid like a rock. The pillows are very flat and thin. There were no towels in the bathroom. ALL elevator lobbies need to be mopped daily. The elevator needs to be cleaned, it smells of mildew. The stairwell needs to be cleaned, there is trash on the steps.

This place is fine for what you pay. It is extremely humid no matter where you go on the Hotel. I reserved a King room and got a room with 2 bed, oh well, is what it is. Room has a strong bleach smell and there was clearly signs there was mold in some places. You can hear EVERYTHING from the rooms around you. Every step. toilet flushing, TV, door opening and closing. Beds are a but hard and no blanket, just 2 flat sheets on top of each other. Not bad for the price but there is probably better out there. There are a lot of restaurants and gas stations around so that was nice.
This place is fine for what you pay. It is extremely humid no matter where you go on the Hotel. I reserved a King room and got a room with 2 bed, oh well, is what it is. Room has a strong bleach smell and there was clearly signs there was mold in some places. You can hear EVERYTHING from the rooms around you. Every step. toilet flushing, TV, door opening and closing. Beds are a but hard and no blanket, just 2 flat sheets on top of each other. Not bad for the price but there is probably better out there. There are a lot of restaurants and gas stations around so that was nice.

Booked this room as a quick stay to break up a long drive. So just looking for a clean room that was comfortable to sleep in. We checked in late, the room did not have pillows and the floors were so dirty that our socks were black after walking around in the room. The bathroom had hair left in the tub, the tub was missing the grab bar and the shower head was corroded to the point I opted not to shower. The staff was nice and helpful with providing pillows when I went downstairs to request them. It’s a bar minimum type of set up which I kinda expected but not to the bare minimum that it was. The beds did not have blankets, just the sheet which was supper thin- but at least I knew they were washed. Conveniently located off the interstate and there is an Outback across the street and a Cracker Barrel just down the block and a Starbucks on the way back out to the interstate as well as a gas station- so 5 stars on convenience.

When I first walked in the room, I noticed the fridge had numerous rust spots all over it. Towels had a yellow-ish to them. The bed was comfortable. The TV remote was sticky. The bedside lamp and outlets did not work and were rusty. Overall for the price, it was a decent stay.

Great and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfy. Gym was also clean and equipment was in good condition. This is not a reflection on staff or hotel itself but other guests staying there were less than ideal and on a few occasions actually very rude to me and said some hateful comments to me. I am used to this so does not deter me but just an observation.

We ended up not staying after the rudness of the front desk girl . By the end of our experience she said if we didn’t leave she would call the cops on us . Just this year alone we have over a 150 nights in hotels all over Fl. And have never been treated like we was there nor could never even imagine treating people like we were treated . Even after we explained how bad a day we had all ready endured with our daughter being admitted in to children’s hospital and our truck breaking down and then had to walk the remaining 3 miles just to check in only to be treated like we was never again would I stay at a wood springs suits . And at this same location when they first opened we stay more then 3 months strait while waiting for our house to be built . But never again we will stay there and the girls name started with a E and she had dark hair and was a bigger women . It would of been June 12th in the after noon

The check-in was good. The lady there was pleasant and check-in was quick. The next day I asked for two extra towels since I had reserved for two adults and two children and only two towels were in the room. The front desk person that was there on that day told me, there were no extra towels and that if I had reserved for four, I should have asked for them on the day of check in. I also asked about the kitchen utensils and such since there was a posting saying that they have been provided and there were none in the room. The lady told me I should have asked for those upon check in. The elevator seemed as if the heater was on the entire time. The bathroom was clean, but the floors in the entire room felt sticky. The price was good, but because of my experiences there, and how they were handled I will not be staying there again.

This is the first hotel I’ve stayed at that makes you give your used towels to staff to get washed and the you have to wait for them to be washed then to get them back. They don’t do daily cleaning. And the room doesn’t come with An iron you have to go to the front desk to get it. Then at the front desk there’s only one person when I checked it at 6pm a person booked Multiple rooms for people which took almost an hour to get that person checked in. The people at the front desk have attitudes when you ask them something

My wife and I arrived after midnight and there was no one at the front desk. We were tired from the flight and we just wanted to go to sleep, but we wait one hour at the reception where nobody was there until finally someone show up . We were so disappointed and I was about to walk out when someone came in and said “ohh i was out for 15 minutes “ which it was a lie I took a video when i came in and I took a video when we’re leaving. It was almost 55 minutes.

They were having a party in the lobby and it was very very loud. The girl at the desk was extremely rude and very unprofessional. We were attempting to get checked in when she got a text on her cell phone and she got up and started making a phone call then walked away from the desk for 6/7 minutes before returning g to the desk. She finally finished checking us in and handed us the key in the little key holder and that was it. She didn’t bother to tell us what room number, where vending and ice was, or even that we needed our key to get in through certain doors inside the building. We will not be staying there again.

Really bad experience. We had booked two rooms, but when we arrived they only had one because of a mix up in canceling a second reservation I had made. The hotel was full, and all other hotels within a 40 mile radius were also full. The manager at the front desk was called in. She was obviously a very angry person, and she was especially angry that she had been called in. She was rude with me, and she interpreted my setting my credit card on the desk as me "throwing it her." I did not throw it at her. She then proceeded to publically "call me out" in front of a group of teenagers I was with. Some of my group ended up staying in the one room (because there were not two rooms available at any close hotel). There was pubic hair on the shower walls as it was obvious that the shower had not been cleaned. Room had a bad musty smell. This was the worst experience at a hotel I have ever had, and I have rented hundreds of rooms.

WoodSpring suites is an affordable option in terms of finding a place to stay for a night or two. The parking lot is clean and there is plenty of parking. The front desk staff was very friendly and worked fast to get me checked in. The hallways however, were less impressive. The building smelled of what was either mold or cigarette smoke and the carpets were very dirty. The rooms themselves were nice and clean and were spacious. The showers do need to have liners outside of them as water gets everywhere when you take a shower. For $80 a night it’s a pretty good deal but the building does need some overall work.

Front desk staff was nice and friendly. Our hotel room needed serious cleaning. Shower door track, counter surfaces, floors were really bad. Bought cleaning wipes to clean our room. Only amenities were small bars of soap. For coffee my husband went next door to the Wawa gas station. People hanging around hotel front door. Not sure if they were staying there or not. Elevator out of order. By the looks of the stairwell, the elevator hasn’t worked for a while. I’ve worked in travel for over 20 years. This is the worst place I’ve stayed.

There were a few things that were questionable like the elevator inspection expired 8/2024 and it is now 3/2025, the lobby bathroom never seemed to get restocked with soap to wash your hands after, nor did it flush properly. The room had this weird smell in it that never seemed to go away. The front end staff were very pleasant, especially Estella. It was close to everything though.

Well, I thought for being in a really nice part of town that this was just going to be a cheap nice stop off the interstate. Upon arrival expect to see questionable looking people in the parking lot charging their phone on the outside of the building . The hotel staff was more interested in playing on her phone, and I found myself just standing there in silence wondering what was going on while trying to check in. She did help with a request I needed to make for switching rooms so I did appreciate that. Guests were a little rowdy constantly going in and out and it was a little loud I had to turn on the TV. They were out of cups, so I couldn’t even get a cup of coffee in the morning. One good thing is the room was clean and it was well equipped with what it needed. Bed wasn’t bad or uncomfortable. It was ok for the price.

First off, NO POOL! Who would have thought a hotel in Florida with no pool! For 2 people, one towel, one washrag a person. Took a shower for the night and no clean towel or wash rag for morning. No hand towel at all. Had to use bath towel for hand towel. No shampoo no hair dryer either. Only coffee offered for breakfast. Was worried about my car also with people hanging out in back of hotel. 2:00am could hear people in next room. If could have canceled last minute without having to pay I would have. No coffee or tea in room. Coffee in lobby cut off at10am. Extra towels not allowed when requested. No dishes or hair dryer in room and the front desk couldn't find one. There was, most of the day at least 3 staff at front desk and they were not very helpful. I had to go down to front desk for everything I needed. When I asked for toilet tissue because there was not a backup roll in the room- the lady said they were all out. After a long pause and I was waiting there she said she would try to find some. So I waited a bit for her to come back. She never offered to bring it to the room. I wish I would not have booked multiple nights. Very frustrating. Will not stay here again

This hotel was a terrible experience. Upon arrival, the staff was not friendly and very unwelcoming. The photos on Expedia were incredibly deceiving. The rooms and rest of the hotel looked nothing like the photos. The halls smelt terrible and the carpet was disgustingly stained. The room also had an odor. The floor in the room had grease spots all over and the bathroom floor and shower floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned well. We would not walk anywhere in this hotel, even the room, without shoes on. There was no hairdryer in the room, no small shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash, no hand towels, etc. The kitchenette didn’t look clean and there were no pots/ pans/ cooking utensils in the room. There was no coffee maker, coffee, tea, etc. available in the room. There was no ice bucket or ice machine in the hotel, you had to use ice trays in the freezer to make your own ice. When we checked in, I was asked how many guests would be traveling with me. Despite asking this, we only had 2 towels, bath mats, and wash cloths. When we asked for additional, clean towels, we were told we could only have 1 extra. We were not given clean replacements for our towels. Quiet hours were not enforced, as other guests were very loud all throughout the night. I was traveling with my mom and elderly grandmother and none of us felt comfortable going anywhere by ourselves. My grandma also saw a roach. People were always loitering in the parking lot. If you are considering staying here, don’t.

Upon arrival, we waited at least 5 minutes for the staff to arrive. He didn't look happy, especially when asked questions. The entrance hallway smelled horrible, and the rugs were absolutely dirty. When inspecting the room we found the sheets must not have changed; 3 pillows smelled 'used' and when pulling the comforter we saw hair and a piece of what looked like tissue. We wiped areas with disinfectant cloth and they did seem clean. However wiping the bathtub it wasn't. Much of this has more to do with the hotel itself, management. The window shade in the room was broken, and would not come all the way down. We had to put the smelly pillows there to cover the exposed section to feel a sense of privacy. The room was advertised to have breakfast. They DO NOT serve breakfast, only coffee. The only good thing about this hotel was the location. For another 10 or so we could have had a better, cleaner place to stay. So no, it was not worth what we paid. SHAME ON HOTELS.COM FOR NOT ADVERTISING DETAILS, LIKE BREAKFAST, PROPERLY.

Room was clean. Furniture was a little beat up but ok. Staff is amazing really nice ready to help. Property stays clean easy to wash clothes and location is right by everything. If you’re looking to be catered to this not the place, this place is for people who want an affordable nice place to stay who don’t mind doing things for themselves. I’ve been here 3weeks for work and I so far have a had a 100% positive experience

The bed linen was dirty looks like they didn’t changed and it’s more then a week and they don’t refund the deposit , now i have to call them and ask what’s going on ,it’s ridiculous
