This is a perfect place to stay. Room was great, bed is comfortable. Pillows were large and came in soft or firm. Staff was all over, cleaning fixing breakfast. Breakfast had pancakes, waffles, French toast, rolls, toast, baggies, sweet rolls, muffins, cereal, fruit, eggs, sausage links, sausage patties, yogurt and all the drinks. Pool was clean, the whole place looked new but it is barely 4 yrs old and well kept.

The place was immaculate. The staff was on top of everything. Front desk was great. Housekeeping was great. Breakfast was amazing. People were vacuuming halls and cleaning glass all the time. The weight room was well kept. The pool was clean. We have traveled a lot with our son’s baseball team and this is by far the best stay so far this year. Would definitely stay again.

Property and staff very accomodating with our late hour arrival. Clean, quiet, and comfortable . Hotel was full with a lot of business crews with large trucks and trailers. They consumed several parking spots per vehicle. Finally found one parking spot.

My husband and I stayed here to visit our son for a couple days. We will continue staying here when we visit. Very nice facility. Clean. Great coffee. Cold water all day long. Nice fitness center. Comfortable and clean rooms. Convenient to the activities we were enjoying in Sanford.

No complaints here! Directions from MCO were spot-on [hotel is ~40 min. N]. Surrounding area was busy with lots of restaurants nearby. Front desk staff were so nice upon check- in, offering me 2 much-appreciated bottles of water. Bed was quite comfy, all aspects of the bathroom were fully functional (other than no fan), with an extra-wide shower. Nice fridge, ice machine on every floor, lots of lighting options. Breakfast was better than expected & coffee available all day long. No workers hovering over diners which I also appreciated. One review noted that the pool was right next to/below a busy freeway; I didn't get to use it but yes, I did take note that that's indeed the case. I also noted that the hotel itself was nicely insulated from the noise. Also loved the A/C control. Def. recommend if you're in the area!

Clean and well kept, just off highway. Check in staff were friendly and efficient. Have us a late checkout. Nice pool area and gym. Included breakfast. Great value and would stay here again

I have learned my lesson when it comes to staying in pet-friendly hotels. The room we were assigned had a flea infestation. As soon as we entered the room and walked across the carpet, dozens of fleas were on our shoes and legs. Before we realized what was happening, we had tossed down our backpacks, luggage and the fuzzy blanket my wife had been carrying. All of our stuff had fleas on it. We gathered our belongings and exited the room as quickly as possible. The front desk clerk was apologetic and gave us a different room. I asked for a room on a floor that doesn't allow pets. Instead, he upgraded us to a suite on a pet-friendly floor and told me they don't normally assign the suite to those traveling with pets. For the rest of the night, we were still dealing with fleas in the new room. It was impossible to say whether the new room also had fleas or whether we took them into the suite with us. Regardless, with certainty, even the new room had fleas by the time we checked out a day early the next morning.

This property had bugs in the bed. My wife received several bug bites on her arm and leg. The female at the front desk said no other rooms were available. She didn't express any sympathy for the situation & made no attempt to find us another hotel. She claimed that a manager would call us, however no manager called. We left the hotel and had to drive home. Worst hotel ever.

Dirty sheets..staff said due to the time we have to change the sheets ourselves. After some back and forth the staff came and removed the sheets and gave us the sheets to make up the bed on our own. Breakfast was good.

Our stay at Holiday Inn express in Sanford was excellent. We’ve been traveling the whole week and have stayed in at least five hotels and this one tops them all! It’s exquisitely clean and well kept. It looks new. Showers are great! Beds are the comfiest. Breakfast has good options. We’ve been Hampton Inn fans since before Covid and my hubby and I both agree we’ve found a better option. Stayed there 4 days, 3 nights and drive to Orlando each day. Would love to stay again!

I came to FL for an event in Daytona and the access to the highway was very convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The microwave and mini fridge were especially useful. The bathroom was clean and the shower had great water pressure. The chaise lounge in the room was nice as well as the desk. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Overall, I had an excellent experience at this hotel and would come back! I highly recommend staying here!

This Holiday Inn had the biggest room that I have stayed in. Spacious and comfortable. It is right beside on ramp to I4, I had a room that faced the interstate, you could heard the noise of the interstate.

The scent in the lobby is very strong. I get what they are going for, but its ki d of like an overpowering cologne. Just too much if you ask me. Getting to the parking lot is weird...driving through a mcdonalds to get to it? Everything otherwise was fine. Nothing special so im unclear why it got the 9.4 rating. No coffee maker in the room. My wife said the sheets smelled unclean, but i cant say i noticed. One minor glitch, the housekeeper missed the do not disturb hanger on the door and came in around 8 am. She quickly apologized for the error. Not a big deal overall. My fault for not putting the lock on the door. Again it was an ok place. Medium 3 star place.

There was too much louder noise from the shuttle service started at 4:30am in the morning. I called front desk and they said they cannot do anything about it. When I was checking in, they gave me a room on the first floor very close to parking lot and I brought up noise concerns at that time but they assured that it will be quiet throughout the morning. It ruined my sleep and I had a very busy next day. Front desk even hang up on me when I complained. Very bad experience. Not coming here again at all. This is the difference between good brands and lower brands hotel.

This was one of the best hotel stays I've experienced, starting with my initial interaction with the young man at the front desk. Although check in time was not until 4pm, I had nothing to do to waste time until then, after having driven through the night. He graciously allowed me to use the pool for about 1 1/2 hours while guests were checking out and then granted me an early check in at 2:30! The room was beautiful, clean, peaceful! The hotel was immaculate and the breakfast buffet was fantastic! I honestly wish I had been staying for more than 1 night! Will definitely recommend and use again!!

Perfect location close to Sanford airport for our early morning flight. Getting into the hotel parking lot via GPS directions was tricky since the two hotels (Holiday Inn Express and Suites as well as Home2Suites) are tucked in behind McDonald’s and other retail locations. Bed was very comfortable and noise from the highway was minimal.

We went down for breakfast at 8:20 and were told they were not cooking anymore hot food for the breakfast. Our options were cold cereal, toast or bagel and muffins. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 9am. Definitely not a happy customer.

This hotel is very new looking and clean. The breakfast is amazing. It is a self serve but it has everything you can imagine for breakfast. Complete hot served breakfast and a bunch of grab and go items. There is also a lot of places to eat surrounding the hotel all within 1/2 a mile. You can even walk to multiple places. There are no extra hidden fees. They just put a 50 dollar hold on your credit card.

If booking through hotels.com be aware that they have breakfast for the weekend listed at 6:00. One of the reasons we chose this hotel as we needed to check out at 6:30. Breakfast on weekends doesn’t start until 7:00. Another expense we weren’t planning on.
