Beds and pillows are not very comfortable. The tub needs to have a non slip mat or a bar you can hold on to when you are taking a shower. The toilet is to low and the sink is in the other room.

The one staff I dealt with was wonderful. But this was not a "resort" or a 10/10 hotel. First things I noticed in the room (308) was a bug splatter on the wall and a totally worn desk chair. I took pictures. We had 2 queen beds so decided to use the one nearest the AC as we sleep warm. There were no bedside tables to put our CPAPs on and only ONE lamp on the entire side of the room. We had to use the old chair and one suitcase to hold the CPAPs. No reading lamps, nothing. My husband planned to read inside while I enjoyed the water (mostly because he doesn't swim and he has asthma so the wildfire smoke would bother him) and he couldn't even do that. Bathroom had no bath mat or texture to the tub. No handrail either, though this wasn't a handicap room. The whole place just had a run down appearance inside, especially down in the game room and inside pool area. I think the carpet there just kept getting wet from the wet kids running through and they never tried to keep up with cleaning. The outside pool area was good, as well as the beach, but once the inflatables were closed, the seagulls and ducks took over the swimming area and some people thought it was fun to feed the birds. Birds came from everywhere and I retreated to the pool. Our room was very dated as well as the porch. If you want maid service, you had to ask for it ahead of time or you had to go to front desk to ask for toilet paper, garbage bags, new towels, etc. We left after one night.

This was the last hotel in a week long stay across MN and WI. It was the most expensive and the most disappointing. We were in a room in 400's which was not on the fourth floor but in the basement. The front desk staff was rude and not welcoming. I had booked the hotel several months ago. In the meantime, our credit card company had issued us a new card. She was very angry that we had a different card number for check-in even though I explained the situation. The room was dark with two non-functional lamps and dank. The inflatable island shown in the pictures was underinflated in several areas, making it dangerous to use. We asked two staff members about a place to rinse sand from our feet after going to the beach, and both told us that they did not have one. We ultimately found a shower in the indoor pool area. I wish I could say we had a better experience. I gave 5 stars for our other four hotel stays. I would not recommend this place to others. There seems to be better places to stay in the area.

Needs an upgrade and better cleaning service. Rooms were tidy but not clean. our bed was sandy and my siblings who also stayed had been put in an unclean room! Stains found under the covers and nasty mattress protector cover. Our door lock stopped working the next day so that was not fun dealing with a broken door. Tvs were old and beds not comfortable. Won’t be staying here again just to get passes to land of natura

The room had a very dirty carpet, an outside light that wouldn’t turn off, the hotel was noisy and the staff didn’t care to enforce basic rules. Pool water too cold to swim ( indoor and outdoors). Little children jumping and diving in the hot tub, groups of loud people watching sports in their devices in the hot tub, while drinking beer. Staff would not give me an extra towel for my kiddo and my husband unless we all showed up together. It was the worst hotel experience we have had in years. We tried getting help, but staff didn’t seem to care.
