We had a great family trip with 3 rooms on the same floor a great time for kids all the way up to the grandparents ❤️ rooms where large & clean, pool was amazing & breakfast before checking out was perfect.

We loved this hotel. We stayed 2 nights with a 14 and 10 year old. The room was huge, close to a ton of restaurants, a park, the zoo (don’t go lol), Trader Joe’s, etc and my kids loved the pool. It’s great for little kids too. We will definitely be back.

Our stay was amazing, excellent location, breakfast every morning was great. The pool worked perfectly for our little ones but might be lacking for older kids/adults. Overall this was a perfect area and excellent facility. Will absolutely stay again.

Love the location of everything and the amenities the facility offered. The only concern I had was the pool and it being heavily chlorinated and no one was able to use the pool that weekend because of that. Other than that, it was amazing.

From the time that we walked into the lounge we were impressed. The staff here were very helpful, the hotel was very clean, and the room surpassed our expectations. We booked this stay because of what we saw in the photos and were not let down. The kids loved the pool area and asked that this be our stay every time we visit Boise. After this experience… it most likely will be. 5 stars!

I didn’t eat breakfast. The parking took me a bit by surprise. $20 per day. But it was convenient. Staff was awesome, room was clean. The beds were pretty firm though.

The hotel is really nice. The room was very spacious and extremely clean. There were five of us in the room and we did not feel like we were on top of each. The pool was also very nice. Only four foot deep but had a great space for kids to play in. My kids, significant other, and I all loved the pool. The front desk staff were also super friendly and helpful. Plus the price point isn’t bad. I’ll be rebooking when I come back here.

Everything was great until we went to lay on the bed and the pillows were stained we called down for new ones which they brought up but it was just off putting that it seemed to have vomit stains on the ones left for us. Also there was no bath mat or enough towels

The hotel is an amazing location. The hotel was in great condition only complaint was the ac goes on and off loudly and the fan only runs while on. It was so loud I realized it EVERYTIME It was on.. also the people above us must have had kids running non stop. Not hotels fault on that though

This was THE most quiet / soundproofed hotel I’ve ever experienced. No pounding footsteps overhead late at night or early in the morning. Their blackout blinds were freaking awesome as well! I’ve never had one big blind that covers the WHOLE window before. It’s always curtains that mostly cover, but always manage to let light in on the sides or in the middle. We got the best sleep in the super soft sheets and comforters as well. We will absolutely be staying again whenever we visit our son at school!

Nice place that served the purpose but we were on the third floor and we were getting a lot of street noise all night that made it tough to sleep we probably won’t stay at this location again due to that but otherwise the stay was ok.

The staff at the property is always so helpful and professional. The rooms are spacious , clean well supplied. The only thing is that the couch and chairs in our King suite were worn and weathered looking. Other than that it was great!

We liked everything about our stay here except the check in problems apparently related to their system being down. They did not have the accessible room we reserved and had to spend the first night in a different room and move the next day to the right room. They staff were very helpful and apologetic. They did all they could to make it right. We will certainly stay here again.

The lady at the front desk was very rude and not coma dating at all she had red hair . I would never stay there they will not accept cash for anything is what she said ! Last I checked Idaho is a red state were cash is still the currency here!! Why don’t they put it on there website Hilton will not except cash for anything!!!!

Don checked us in and was such a delight! He was so friendly and a great conversationalist! He made the best check-in experience I have had in a long time. The next morning he was working and asked how our concer the night before was, joking with us that it was awful (as he was jealous he couldn't go).

Superb, friendly, hospitable staff. Very clean room. Very good hot breakfast included in room rate. The only downside for me was that I was there on a weekend when there was a loud outdoor street festival with music blaring until midnight. That's not the hotel's fault, but made sleeping difficult.

The hotel is in a nice quiet area of downtown Boise, within short walking distance to many restaurants and bars. There's a city parking garage built next to it and you can access the hotel from any floor you park your car on. The entire hotel was very clean and the lobby was beautiful. There's a pool with a shallow end that has a small water slide and a couple other water features that my 7-year old son enjoyed tremendously. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. I found the mattress to be possibly the most comfortable one I've ever slept on in a hotel. One thing I like about Home2 Suites is the fact that there are kitchen utensils, dishes, cups, glasses, and a dishwasher to clean them all in. The full-size microwave and larger than usual refrigerator are also very nice. The only complaint I had was that when we went down for breakfast, it was crowded, and many items were gone and it didn't seem that anybody was restocking anything, so breakfast was miniscule. Guess we should get there earlier next time.

The room was spacious & included a king-sized bed, 2 desks, a full kitchen, & good plumbing. Exceptionally clean. The complimentary breakfast was one of the most complete I’ve seen including waffle irons. The staff was unbelievably friendly & helpful including allowing a late check-out & luggage storage. One desk clerk brought my very pregnant friend & I complimentary bottles of water when we ended up talking in the lobby for hours coting his own pregnant wife.

Decent hotel but electric car charging needs to change. Shouldn’t cost more to charge at the hotel vs supercharger. The breakfast also needs attention. The breakfast is set up in a weird way and it makes the line very unorganized.

Very friendly staff who seem to genuinely enjoy working there. Breakfast was simple, but had a few options and tasted good. Many good restaurants nearby, concert locations, and e-bike rentals to use along the Greenbelt trails. Only gripe would be the bathtub/shower was a bit small and had a seat installed that did not appear removable (we did not ask about it; it was not a huge deal to us).

I was told about the pet fee up front, but a parking fee was not advertised when I booked or when I arrived. I was just told 'how' to park and then upon checkout was given an additional $68 fee for parking when my reservation had said all fees/taxes were included.
