Very nice Fairfield Inn, just minutes from the Airport and Las Vagas Boulevard. Includes a small pool, nice, limited-service bar, and breakfast included starting at 7 am. Very helpful, friendly staff. Very nice rooms.

They were able to accommodate me checking in early. The staff was friendly and polite. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed time in the pool. Found out the grill "doesn't work" after purchasing food to grill. That was a bummer but a staff member was able to get the grill going.

Good location close to the airport but not on the strip. It’s on a busy road but it was fine. They do charge a parking fee and some incidentals fee. The breakfast is solid and the hotel staff are nice. The only thing I read from another comment here was the thermostat is stuck set on 72 degrees. It was raining the day we got there and would be too cold. We tried to adjust it many times but it would automatically go back to 72 degrees after ten minutes. If you even turn it off the air would turn on every ten minutes! My shower also ran out of conditioner after one use. The beds sheets weren’t covering the bed completely and the curtains on the main window was torn. The other side was missing a stick to pull the curtain back. Regardless our room needed repairs. It was our first time staying there and the main area were very nice. Our room wasn’t great. Mattress is just okay and there was so much space in my room and one night stand was even broken. I like this place and it was decent but not my first choice.

It was a nice place to stay. We did not know you have to pay for parking. They charge $10 to park in their lot for the night. They said it is because they are cloae to the airport and other people will leave cars in their lot. I did not understand why they charge a customer of the hotel to keep others from parking there. They should provide you with a parking pass and tow the rest.

We came town for a concert at first glance the hotel room was nice 2 Q, until I went to pull the blankets back for bed and there was dried dark red/brown stains on the sheets upon further inspection I had found toe nail clippings and spilt fried rice as well. Went downstairs the nice girl at night immediately apologized and changed our rooms as well as gave me max points earned with Marriott and free snacks and drinks from the little store.

It was obvious it was a newer hotel. I could smell the “new construction” smell near the conference areas. Breakfast was large with multiple choices, and i could hardly hear any noise. Bathrooms were clean and bed sheets were soft which is a plus. Staff were friendly and seemed to enjoy working there. Will definitely visit this location again.

The lobby of the hotel is nice and the staff is friendly and efficient. The room, though - definitely 2 stars. When you walk in, you’re smacked in the face with the overwhelming smell of a Glade air freshener and it never lets up. I searched the entire room trying to figure out where the smell is coming from and never found it, but continued to be assaulted by it the entire night. The bathroom floor was dirty and the towels were paper thin. The bed was comfortable enough, but when I was looking for the source of the smell I discovered the sheet - also paper thin - is placed directly on the mattress with no protector and the mattress is disgustingly dirty. Between that and the smell, I slept about 2 hours the entire night. Aside from that, the room was large but felt like it was missing furniture. The TV didn’t work. The window wouldn’t open (trapping you with the smell). Overall, it was not a pleasant experience and I wouldn’t recommend - especially for the price point.

The bathroom had not been cleaned in a while. There was a dried pool of pee on the floor and wall, the shower curtain was stained, the door was dirty and the shower nozzle was broken and ready to fall off the wall. Absolutely gross!!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect distance away from the strip. Not too close and not too far. The complementary breakfast was great and the staff were extremely pleasant! The only two cons here are the Tvs. The TV's are EXTREMELY SLOW to respond to any user input. And it was not just one tv it was both tvs. We traveled with our 7 year old and some tv time is nice to unwind after a day at the strip. The second con (at least for the suite's) is the shower size. It's very small and claustrophobic. The location of it was also a little weird being that there is a second drain in the actual bathroom floor for any backsplash. It makes the floor wet in the bathroom and slippery. Other than that this is definitely a great hotel for the money and family friendly. I would stay here again if traveling back to Vegas.

We arrived Friday night. There was only 1 employee working the front desk who had a very sassy attitude. There was a line of customers trying to check in and the hotel only had one employee working the front desk. The AC and television in our room were not working due to an "outage". We will never be staying with this company again.

Our plane was delayed so our arrival was after midnight. Arrived at the property around 1:00 a.m. The doors to the entrance were locked w a sign in the door indicating you were to use your room key to enter. A little difficult to do when you haven’t checked in as yet. Called the property, no one answered. Waited 10 minutes. Desk person finally returned to desk to let us in. Nice facility. Just don’t arrive late.

Erin was a great help when my rental care broke down. The dining staff were rude after I asked them to remove the 15% service charge as she just added it without asking. Then she told the rest of the dining staff who all stared at me.

Check-in was great. Staff so friendly and helpful. I admit I was tired and grumpy after 12 hours traveling and being hungry. Recommended great restaurant down the street (Winchell’s). Rooms were comfortable and good breakfast included. We will be back.

Amazing stay with excellent customer service when we check in and out. We were able to leave our luggage's at the front desk while running across the street to grab a bite before our flight during check out. Very pleased, we'll be back to book again when we come to vegas.

If you are renting a car this is the perfect hotel. Close to freeways, next to the rental car complex and gas station right next door. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Very quiet at night. For someone who prefers to stay off the strip but stays close enough to everything else, this is the perfect location

The overall condition of the hotel was fine, however before our stay we were led to believe that it was much closer and convenient to the airport, when actually it was quite far away. So getting there was quite a hassle, no help or shuttle was provided and it finally took a long wait and expensive Uber rides to get there and back. So any hotel that advertises as an airport hotel should actually be either connected to or convenient to the airport, and this was not, we felt like we had been misled and would not have chosen that hotel location if we had known the facts in advance.

The breakfast was fresh, but there was so many people that service had a hard time keeping up. The menu had a great variety and they were trying very hard to keep everyone happy. Bar was closed. The pool closed at 6pm because of it being the off season. The sofa bed was typical, a hard bar in the back. The room was super clean and very large. This was perfect for a family with an air mattress. A real deal for Vegas!

The hotel was nice but the room didn't have hardly any outlet plugs. The breakfast was not good. the optons were limited to lowfat dairly and light yogurt. Even the half and half for coffee was lowfat! Get with the new nutrition guides. Also lobby and breakfast room and halls were too cold.

Highly recommended this Hotel Staff was professional, very helpful and friendly with smiles. However, They need to add more variety in breakfast and I did not like paper plates which were yucky. Overall 9/10 ratings is perfect 😀
