Nice hotel in good area, plenty of stores/restaurants down the street. Pool area was good but water was quite cold. Staff were very nice. Room is very roomy I didn’t do five stars only because the bathroom door doesn’t lock and is very noisy. Otherwise, great stay.

Very clean. Excellent space for a family - lots of room and a modern clean layout and style. Indoor pool was great for the kids. Very quiet hotel even though the parking lot was full and we passed lots of people in lobby and elevator. We loved having a big fridge, kitchen sink, dishes, knives and cutting board for prepping. Very comfy bed. HVAC was effective - the room stayed the right temperature and never got muggy or damp and wasn’t noisy. A+. Staff seemed helpful and friendly. This hotel and other Home2 suites will be our go-to from now on for family trips.

Property is close to shopping and dinning. Staff we interacted with was nice. Room was not properly cleaned, i brough some disinfecting wipes so i can wipe down some areas.There was hair and food in some areas for example the couch and behind the beds, carpet felt dirty and i am still waiting on my deposit.

Pros: generally comfortable, good breakfast Cons: hair in bathroom drawer (not deep cleaned), no room cleaning/freshening unless requested which is contrary to the sign in the elevator which states that rooms are freshened on weekdays (we ran out of toilet paper due to no one coming to freshen the room), super noisy refrigerator in the "kitchen" (which was a joke, basically the entry to the room with a sink, fridge and microwave) and the fridge didn't keep things cold, constant dripping sound in the bathroom from the ceiling vent, A/C was extremely inconsistent left it at same temp however the room was either freezing or would blow hot air some nights, the bathroom door is a sliding door that doesn't shut completely so not really private, and tv channels were severely lacking and multiple were not able to tune in

The hotel was really nice and the breakfast was amazing. The sheets on our bed were not the right sheets. We had a king bed with full sheets on it. I know this sounds crazy but we didn't notice until the next morning and we both said we slept horrible, we had made a long drive the night before and were just tired. We climbed in without really paying attention to the sheets. Then the next morning we looked and the sheets to be the wrong size. No wonder we were fighting for covers all night.

Nice hotel in good area, plenty of stores/restaurants down the street. Pool area was good but water was quite cold. Staff were very nice. Room is very roomy I didn’t do five stars only because the bathroom door doesn’t lock and is very noisy. Otherwise, great stay.

This stay was really great, we really enjoy staying at Home2suites when we have long stays for work. The one thing to note, this hotel does have really soft feather pillows, if you are a side sleeper you may need to double up on the pillows, they flatten very quickly.

We arrived late in the evening due to ongoing rain. The agent who checked us in was professional and accommodating. After the experience with him we were expecting outstanding service throughout the stay. The heating unit in the room made noise all night the first night. The second night the guest above us were stomping on the floor until 2am. The next morning we were awakened by the same stomping. When we brought it to the attention of the morning attendant she proceeded to tell us nothing was recorded about our concerns and the house keepers reported the guest checked which she lied. This was shared once we contacted Hilton customer service. We discerned the agent was more concerned about debating the validity of our concerns than respectfully resolving the issues. Then we were told to wait 2 days for a response and have yet to receive one from management or customer service.

Monique at the front desk was a kind a wonderful person. My husband and I had an awful experience with an another property management company before we found this hotel. Monique was so kind and helpful when we arrived and throughout our stay she really helped us with little thing like finding the best place to get late night food. The hotel is very clean and well kept including the pool. The beds are comfortably. All the staff are nice and helpful.

From check in to check out the stay was great. Jamel checked us in and gave us tips on nearby food and the area. Every time we saw him after that, he spoke or waved at us. The indoor pool was nice, breakfast was good. No complaints. We will stay here again if coming back to Norfolk.

The bathroom wallpaper was buckled and peeling. There was a hole in the wall near the window. The legs to the ironing board literally fell off when I pulled it out of the closet. Under the bed had not been vacuumed in quite some time. The worst part was when I had to call for linen for the pull out couch bed. I was told, "that will be a minute because I am eating." Thirty minutes later I went downstairs and found him sitting and watching something on his phone. It was a horrible night, especially considering my family was in town for my father's funeral. I have never had an experience like this from a Hilton Hotel.

Found out my daughter’s softball team was participating in the NCAA tournament on Monday with play starting on Thursday. We needed somewhere reasonably priced and near Virginia Wesleyan and this hotel fit the requirements. I love a hotel with a kitchen for these kind of stays to facilitate eating healthier and cheaper. The kitchen was well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean and quite large. The breakfast was quite typical but having it available does help offset some cost. The only unfortunate thing was that street noise was quite loud even on the third floor. Luckily we were quite tired the first night and the beds were comfortable so ultimately I was able to get good rest. The second night was a little more challenging. That would be the only negative regarding this hotel and if a light sleeper one might have to take this into consideration.

Good night at Home2. Had a really slow sink and a lot of airplane noise, but rest of the stay was good. Kudos to the breakfast attendant on Sunday, 2/19. She was doing the job of three trying to keep up with all the families. Even helped a guy fill his drinks while he took a trough of food back to his room.

I really was impressed by the cleanliness and how well organized this place is! The customer service was amazing from beginning to end! The breakfast exceeded my expectations multiple options and I would even say restaurant style! Everything was so plentiful, organized, and clean! After a long flight this was a pleasant and rejuvenating experience.

Good stay. No restaurant as advertised. Found a bug in our room. Outside of that the stay was enjoyable even though I didn’t get to take part in the pool or the gym. Breakfast was mid but the waffles by themselves were 10/10.
