Courtyard by Marriott Reykjavik Keflavik Airport

We stayed here because our Icelandair trip had a long layover. It was a good choice. However, it would be nice if there were an airport shuttle -- we spent about $65 round trip for a taxi ride to and from airport for three people. It's not very far. (By comparison it was more expensive than our taxi ride from Euston to Paddington in London.) We did not initially include breakfast but they advised it would be better to purchase at check-in rather than in the morning, because the price would be higher. It was a good choice if you want breakfast, as there isn't anything else nearby that we could see. (But there are many options at the airport.) They do have a nice buffet and pleasant dining room.

Great location near airport, excellent service, especially by Pedro at reception who helped us when arrived early in the morning. Comfortable room with everything we needed for a short stay!
