Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable! The floors needed mopping, some issues with the dishwasher upon leaving and the hot tub pump/filter was not functioning properly. This caused the water to be quite dirty and it powered down continuously and didn't get to temperature. Management was quick to send out the repair man but the problem continued when he left. The property was well stocked and beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the close beach access.

Great house to stay, large family had plenty of room for adults and kids. Beach access was right across the street and was close to town for shopping. A couple of minor issues, the main dryer was stopped because of clogged vent and hot water stopped working in the cottage but it was no big deal. We had the best vacation we had in years, love the Fort Bragg area and this house didn’t disappoint us at all.

Our daughter was getting married nearby and we wanted a place that would hold the whole family. We loved the house and the location. The grandkids played for hours in the game room and many of us enjoyed the hot tub. Beach access is across the street and down many stairs. Once you make it down the beach is beautiful and private. If you walk one way you find a huge river the other way is Sand Dollar beach. It was a wonderful weekend!

Comfortable house for 7 people. Everyone had a bed. We planned on watching DVDs but the DVD player did not have a remote to operate it. We had no hot water in the cottage during our stay and the hot water was restored to the main house at 2pm on our 2nd day. Received a call day before that the dishwasher was broken.

When we got there, the place was very clean , towels and other amenities ready. My sister who had the bday was touch by the sign that they put on the windows and flowers on the table. Just few comments to make other guest more comfortable… Light fixtures some not working Window screens torn Toilet have to be checked every now and then for clogged drainages. Sliding doors need to be oiled hard to open and close. The access on the beach is a great way to enjoy the beautiful sand and water… Thank you for the great experience…. Lizza

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a totally delightful space for a group of singers! The acoustics in the dining room and the living room / kitchen are excellent. We filled the days with lots of wonderful music. This very tidy, spacious home met our needs beautifully. We even had places for some hand craft projects. It was such fun for our "mature" group to play ping-pong, and the hot tub soaks were so relaxing. Many of us took walks down the nearby staircase to Seaside Beach where we explored picturesque Whale Rock and other interesting ocean features. Communication with our hosts before, during, and after our stay was genuinely kind and most helpful. We had a few minor issues with appliances, but it didn't damper the spirit of a most enjoyable stay. We are filled with gratitude for the privilege of experiencing this lovely place on our California coast.

The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The neighborhood is quiet with large lots. Beach access is right across the street. It is accessed by a staircase and you do need to walk over driftwood. We enjoyed the back patio for sitting in the sunshine. We had one small issue that was resolved quickly. The management company was great to work with. We will definitely stay here again.

For a nice house in a nice neighborhood with the price being charged the property management sure could have done a better job with household supplies. Soaps, toilet paper, paper towels etc were all dollar tree cheap. Additionally there was only one extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for a house serving 12 people for four days. House needs pest management, there were spiders, ants, earwigs and ticks in the house as well.

The first year therre were a few issues. It is always gratifying when owners respond to renters feedback and do their best to correct problems and they have! Personally, I hate the glass cooktop but it is what it is. The kitchen has a LOT of stuff but if something is essential to a recipe, bring your own pan, sharp knife, etc. New couch since we were here last. Beautiful and comfortable!! Snuggly mattresses! The shower in the first bdrm south of the kitchen needs a new shower head! Needs to be hand-held. The location is ideal and private feeling. Across the street from a great beach. The kids loved it! I would stay here again!!

The ocean view is a little limited. The house was quite adequate for 4 couples with each room having at least a toilet and sink. We stayed the 3 days on the property playing games and walking. We would consider staying here again.

This property was perfect for a large family gathering including 6 kids. The views are fantastic, the kitchen has everything you could need and the communication was great. Beautiful property, loved the proximity to the beach. Nice and quiet neighborhood.

The floors needed mopping, some issues with the dishwasher upon leaving and the hot tub pump/filter was not functioning properly. This caused the water to be quite dirty and it powered down continuously and didn't get to temperature. Management was quick to send out the repair man but the problem continued when he left. The property was well stocked and beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the close beach access.

Our daughter was getting married nearby and we wanted a place that would hold the whole family. We loved the house and the location. The grandkids played for hours in the game room and many of us enjoyed the hot tub. Beach access is across the street and down many stairs. Once you make it down the beach is beautiful and private. If you walk one way you find a huge river the other way is Sand Dollar beach. It was a wonderful weekend!

Many of us took walks down the nearby staircase to Seaside Beach where we explored picturesque Whale Rock and other interesting ocean features. Communication with our hosts before, during, and after our stay was genuinely kind and most helpful. We had a few minor issues with appliances, but it didn't damper the spirit of a most enjoyable stay. We are filled with gratitude for the privilege of experiencing this lovely place on our California coast.

Great house to stay, large family had plenty of room for adults and kids. Beach access was right across the street and was close to town for shopping. A couple of minor issues, the main dryer was stopped because of clogged vent and hot water stopped working in the cottage but it was no big deal. We had the best vacation we had in years, love the Fort Bragg area and this house didn’t disappoint us at all.

Comfortable house for 7 people. Everyone had a bed. We planned on watching DVDs but the DVD player did not have a remote to operate it. We had no hot water in the cottage during our stay and the hot water was restored to the main house at 2pm on our 2nd day. Received a call day before that the dishwasher was broken.
