Beautiful hotel. Super clean. Room very nice. Pet friendly here. When we stepped into the hotel room, there was a pet bed, elevated water and food bowls, and a special treat for our guy. Paid a visit to Devils kitchen bar and hung out on the rooftop patio which was absolutely fantastic. Great stay!!

Everything about this new hotel in Grand Junction was amazing! The food, service and cleanliness were great! The only thing I was bummed about was the pool was closed and it was 98 degrees that day! I will be back though…I hope the pool is open when I return :)

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Maverick in Grand Junction. It was clean, modern and had a convenient location. You get access to a top notch rec center within walking distance at nearby Colorado Mesa University including a huge pool and fitness center. Highly recommend.

Beautiful new hotel, affordable, breakfast opens early and has healthy options. Gym small but equipped. Fitness center on campus also available and close by. Would definitely recommend.

The property was really clean, with modern decor but a cozy warmth to it. The hot tub wasn't working and the hotel did not declare that, which was a bummer because it was something that we were looking forward to enjoying during our stay. Additionally, the hotel shares the lap pool with the university but because of the state swim meet, the pool was also out of order for the duration of our stay.

By far the coolest hotel I've stayed at for quite some time. The upstairs restaurant was so good I came back for a second dinner. Great room, killer views, super friendly staff. 10 stars!!

Hotel was clean and room was very nice. The restaurant on level 4 was amazing. Only downside- No room service available. Construction outside and when I called to ask if on Saturday there will be construction and noise, front desk guy didn’t know. I think the hotel employees need to be familiar with the noise outside and be competent when asked. Other than that front desk people were friendly and helpful.

On checkin there was a very strong disinfectant/cleaner solution smell which they did rectify after I responded to the welcome text thanks for that While the rooms are comfy the pillows are not one pillow softer to our liking but the second pillow is too large and foamy and gave me a neck cramp The walls seem sound proof but thru the doors you can hear every noise including the raucous crowd in the hall way at 3 am

Fan in the bathroom didn't seem to work, laundry left on a chair next to the elevators for three days, all the fixtures in the bathroom were loose (maintenance = 0) and the worst, rust in the coffee maker and granted it was hot, but the AC never shuts off, so noisy all night.

I had an awesome stay at the Maverick. It is the nicest hotel in Grand Junction. There is a sense of care that most hotels do not exhibit. It was comfortable, clean and relatively new.

We liked the convenience of having the restaurants in the building. The room was satisfactory but the bathroon needed a makeup mirror. The shower around the outside edges needed cleaned. Inside was very slippery when wet. We ate at Betty's but noticed it could use a good cleaning.

There are no porters on checkin, the breakfast room is small with limited menu so we ate breakfast out. The room safe never worked and despite notifying the staff, however despite promises no one responded. We had a suite which was clean and tidy with a nice balcony, other than the safe not working the in room fridge was noisey and kept me awake and the shower pressure was poor.

Check in ok. Nice modern hotel. Tv and streaming did not work, staff unable to fix it and asked us to call a 800 number for help. Additional charges were taken from my credit card although I had paid for the whole thing in advance. No mention of extra charges when I checked in.

I stayed in the Veranda suite. It is a very spacious and lovely suite. There were slippers, a robe and eye cover/mask on the bed waiting for me. The hotel and room are very clean and appealing.

Overall very nice property. Our only major complaint was the shower. The shower floor was long and skinny. It had no glass doors, just a shower curtain. Every time you turn the shower on the shower curtain would get on you and water was all over the floor when after because the lip of the shower was like a little rubber lining. It’s not within walking distance of downtown Grand Junction but it’s just a short drive. It’s close to hiking and a few restaurants.

Unfortunately, had a call to the front desk to pay an additional, non-refundable charge of $80 for my mini schnauzer and was also told to move my car as I was unloading. That person was officious and short with me. Real low point within an otherwise nice stay for the Holiday!

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Maverick over the weekend and can’t say enough good things about it. The entire property is incredibly clean and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax. The beds are beyond comfortable—we slept like rocks every night! The restaurant was excellent, and we really appreciated the convenience of being able to text the front desk with any questions or needs. They responded quickly every time, which made everything feel seamless. A special thank you to the staff for going above and beyond: I wasn’t feeling well in the middle of the night, and my husband went down around 4:00 AM to see if they had anything to help. A kind gentleman opened up the fridge in the coffee shop and found snacks behind the counter to help settle my stomach. We were so grateful for the extra care and attention. Highly recommend Hotel Maverick—exceptional service, comfort, and hospitality all around!

Unfortunately this hotel does not have empathy for travelers and 3rd party bookings. I was caught in wild fire on way to hotel and was rerouted away from hotel, which hotel was well aware of. I called hotel right away, but manager was not available. After, several days hotels.com got a hold of them and they declined to refund. Seems like a natural disaster should warrant a refund. I ended up having to pay for two hotels on the same night.

Great hotel but service was horrible. It’s like the people weren’t ever trained. 4 people standing are check in counter with only on working. I call down and they can’t tell me where an ice machine is. We can’t get a table at the restaurant but they say they are booked yet restaurant remained empty while we ate at bar. Hair in food. Just seemed like pretty much the entire staff didn’t want to be there.

The property is very clean and you can walk everywhere. It was nice to be on campus while our son visited the school. The staff were nice and very helpful. Love the shampoo/cond they had in the shower. You could tell a lot of thought went into the room design. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice hotel--clean, quiet, well-managed. The staff is excellent. We especially enjoyed the in-house restaurant, rated one of the best restaurants in town. We have never stayed here before and were pleasantly surprised. We will definitely return in the future.

Devils kitchen restaurant is being shady on their prices by not telling you something is an up charge. $3 to split a salad? $7 extra to smoke your old fashioned? What topping on your ravioli. Lobster was $36? So now we have a price for 2 meals. Large party gratuity added above the line. However, if you’re not paying attention there’s a blank line below. Legally they need to say something. The hotel is the bomb!! Love it. Will stay again, just go somewhere else for food
