Beautiful hotel and great location. We stayed for our daughter’s graduation and our rooms were ready early for us to get ready in. Staff always friendly. Bit of a mix up with our food but the food we had and cocktails were great. Stayed here a few times as also dog friendly. Thoroughly recommend it.

There was a slight issue with a previous guests item in our room upon arrival which was immediately addressed by staff (Alice was amazing!!) and I was offered an upgrade to an amazing suite and a drink on the house. The hotel is beautiful, well situated in the city centre close to everything you need. Overall it was an amazing stay and it’s clear that the hotel cares deeply for ensuring every stay meets their expectation and when it doesn’t, they go above and beyond to rectify that. Thank you again!
