All was great, although not at all in a picturesque location, busy, noisy street, narrow long driveway into property, landscaping beautiful, pool few steps from my door, pool house w tables, kitchen next to it. Pool wonderful open all day till 9 pm, very very clean. Staff very warm, courteous, helpful, kind.

The room was clean. The staff helpful. The kitchen could be cleaner and better stocked. It would be nice to have real coffee cups and glasses. Non plastic plates and cutlery. Overall not bad.

Water pressure was very bad took me twice as long to shower. It would have been good if there was no bugs. And the curtains did t provide any type of privacy.

Clean, A/C works, hot shower. The hotel is in an industrial-ish area however there is frequent inexpensive bus transportation to more touristy areas. Staff are friendly but (like most of Manzanillo) they speak very little English.
