Beautiful hotel. Nice staff pleasant and efficient but no interaction. This is advertised as having a Hot tub. The water was so cold as in pool water I had to get out. I searched for a hotel with a hot tub and chose this hotel due to the location and the amenities however feel very slighted by the false advertisement and leaving without something I specifically wanted and expected. No fan in the bathroom and just a curtain separated the bath from the main bedroom. A VIP property but I didn’t receive any kind of VIP benefits.

Lovely, modern hotel in easy walking distance of Gare du Nord. Loved the decor and water fountains on each floor for still & sparkling water. Nespresso machine in the room. No air con so I imagine it’s very hot in the summer or noisy with the window/door open. Unfortunately the sauna wasn’t working during our time there (28-31 March) which was one of the main reasons that we booked this hotel. The swimming pool / jacuzzi were however great. The gym is small with aesthetically pleasing gym equipment but very cardio-centred.

The staff at the property are exceptional! From check in to the bar there were some of the nicest people we encountered on our trip. 10 out of 10. The room was nice, and the pool was nice. My only complaints are the restaurant was not open (apparently it opens again In September, and that on Expedia it says there is a hot tub. The pool is a very comfortable warm and there is part of the pool that has jets and bubbles but it is not a hot water soaking tub of what I would expect on the United States.

I needed a last minute place to stay after a train delay at Gare du Nord. I was exhausted, grumpy and just wanted to lay down! So glad I was able to find this place. It was a relaxing and tranquil reprieve from the chaos of the day. The room was pretty small, but I didn't really need a lot of space since I was traveling solo. The gym was great and the amenities were top notch.

The hotel exceeded all expectations. The location was perfect, it is so accessible and such an easy walk (<10 mins) from so many stations. We came during Christmas period so it was really refreshing to come back to a more quiet area. The hotel itself was lovely, so nicely decorated, clean, the room was perfect, shower clean, robes good, breakfast amazing. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

We enjoyed this attractive hotel and the hospitality of the staff. Very clean, hip and trendy decor, extensive breakfast and also an excellent menu for dinner. The facilities are neat and clean. The location is good, close to the station in a nice neighborhood. No disturbing noises. Highly recommended!

I loved the very modern design and its cleanliness. A room was made available for me as soon as I arrived by the lovely women on reception, which I really appreciated. The pool and sauna were gorgeous. Breakfast was extremely overpriced for what it was, however.

Helpful, polite staff were excellent but shower was quite mouldy in places. Found a large drawing pin on floor of room which could have been a disaster if we'd stood on it as we walked every where. We got the impression it was used to hold up some of the room decorations which were incredibly tastfully done. Except for that the place is a credit to its staff and owners. Just demould the tile joints in shower and try not to have sharp objects on the floor please.

The hotel design and staff was in general great. We were sorry that we could not get a table at the hotel restaurant at night even tho there were free tables. The staff did not bring us clean towels and did not clean the rooms very well. Location is not the best either. Its far from everything ad not the best restaurant nearby. But when its said. The docorations of the hotel is amazing, great breakfast, nice small rooms and a great spa and sauna.. So if you can live with the location the hotel is great!

Das Hotel ist super. Die Zimmer sind OK. Es fehlen aber ein paar Schränke. Wir waren 4 Nächte da. Deshalb wäre ein Schrank nützlich. Die Lage ist gut. Man kann die Ausflüge gut vom Hotel aus beginnen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr schlicht gehalten. 4 Tage 4 Mal exakt dasselbe zum Essen! Da wäre sicher noch was zu machen!

This hotel is well located for Gare du Nord and probably about 6+ other metro stations within a 10 minute walk. Restaurant and downstairs areas are really nice. Buffet breakfast was also reasonable at 22 euros each. All staff very nice and helpful. We were on the top floor with lovely decor and a nice balcony. The only issues i had was there was no functional wardrobe - only a bar with 4 hangers provided. There was also no drawers anywhere in the room - even in the bedside tables so was very difficult with 2 people staying for 5 nights. There was also no mini bar/fridge. I feel like there was room for this under the desk and would make a big difference to people as somewhere to keep snacks etc. Perfect hotel for a short weekend trip or if you need a base thats well connected to other places in paris. Dont think its the right place for longer trips. The area can also feel quite shady at night if youre a solo female traveller. I was with my husband so wasnt an issue for me but wouldnt have walked there alone at night if i was on my own.

Bradley is the star of the show but The hotel itself is not exactly 5 star. The safe in our room was broken, The air conditioning didn’t work, The room didn’t have a fridge or an iron and the rooms were quite small (normal for Paris) but the hotel itself has a thoughtful design. Also, no doors on the showers so make sure you’re comfortable with guests!

Attractive, modern boutique style hotel nestled a bit far from the usual sights but not uncomfortable to get to. It is near two metros - about 5-8 minute walks. Not many food options nearby but is nearby a pharmacy option. The room itself is quite small, and I selected the balcony option. Essentially no closet space. No luggage holder, except for a bench. Also, the AC is moderated by the hotel staff but I think this might be a European thing. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Two people is the maximum I’d recommend for the superior balcony as there is hardly much room. The water station on each floor was nice. It provides a sparkling option too.

Beautiful hotel where they have truly invested in incredible interior design and comfort. Includes a great pool, sauna and small gym as well. It’s such a shame they didn’t extend the rooms out further into the courtyard to create larger rooms. They are absolutely tiny. They also don’t include a fridge which was very odd as I’ve never not had a fridge in a hotel. All the team members were very friendly and helpful. Lots of great restaurants and cafes close by, along with easy walks to multiple train stations.

Very nice and charming hotel! The family room setup with adjoining rooms was perfekt. Only downside was nonplace to put your clothes (5 hangers and a tiny shallow drawer for two people). The bathroom is open into the room so many not ideal for first time romance getaway but overall we loved it and would go back!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are bijou, and have a fascinating layout of having the sink of the bathroom in the room itself, with a modesty curtain you can pull around if you so choose. I have to say I'm not convinced by the "city view" of my balcony, but it was fun to be able to peer down over the outdoor eating area and see all my fellow residents as all balconies face into the same sheltered courtyard area. The pool and sauna are lovely, though the water was a little chill, but given it was 30 degrees when I went, I can't complain. There is a little gym with bikes and a rowing machine. I didn't have any meals at the property so cannot comment on that, but the bar was well stocked and had a relaxed atmosphere. Overall this is a nice oasis in north Paris, well served for public transport by being near Gare Du Nord and Gare De L'Est and a few different metro lines. Would stay again, but perhaps wouldn't spring the extra for the balcony!

Its ok.... the rooms are ok. Clean very clean but honestly if you stay a week they don't clean your room till later in the afternoon which is no good if you want to come back after a hot day n shower... the room is ok but the beds are double (kinda expect a bigger bed for this price) and the bathrooms are sort of in the bedroom. The two things tho that got my goat were unfriendly staff and the area is dog rough. The quality of the breakfast was really very good. The cold water was a nice touch but again really small caraffe to put it in. Its trying but just needs some tweaks. 4 coathangers and the clothes are on a rail. 1 drawer. When we turned up afternoon on monday we were told restaurant shut and room service is only available when the restaurant is open. Bar staff are friendly. But i didn't find other staff friendly and when I phoned and asked for a loo roll (room hadn’t been cleaned and we ran out) nothing came. Luckily I found a cleaner trolley and got one myself. Its all little things bit i just expect more for the price.

We had an excellent stay at the Bloom hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. We received a very cute toddler pack too with spa slippers for my 3 year old daughter which was a wonderful touch. Great location and stunning decor. It was a little pricey, but you get what you pay for and I'm glad I booked.

I was highly impressed with the Bloom House. It truly is an oasis. The staff is wonderfully friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was a delicious delight with so many choices and everything fresh and beautifully displayed. I must give high praise to Chef Gerby for a dinner that was exotic, intriguing and surprising in flavors. I especially appreciated his greeting at our table. Old school professionalism. My only thorn was the classic room size. It was a bit tight even for one and it would benefit with having space for a chair or small settee. Otherwise, this hotel is a welcome haven after a long day of exploring.

The hotel is really nice, 10 minutes walk from Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est. Subway stop Louis Blanc (metro 7) is only 4 minutes walking distance. The left area from the hotel I would avoid at night, but on the right side it felt more safe. Staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely stay here again!
