Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well-maintained property. Great location for exploring old town. A very short walk to the beach. Only stayed one night, but would stay again. Only drawbacks: my room was right near the swimming pool and it was a little noisy and if you have mobility issues, the steps/stairs might be a challenge.

The breakfast was great, scrambled eggs, toast with jam, cute little cups of yogurt with some granola on the side and even some pancakes and fruit, tea and coffee. Love that the resort is small and you get to know the staff and other guests well! Highly recommend.

What a gem in PVR! Amazing staff that has nothing but smiles for you, all the amenities you need in the room, fun and chill pool area and a location in the action but still quiet at night. Appreciated the water fountain to fill water bottles and the ice cold AC in the room. Can't recommend it enough!

Pool is clean and often shady. Despite some stairs at hotel entry, all of historic Puerto Vallarta is an easy walk. No elevators. Buffet breakfast is pleasant. Staff is helpful.
