Banyan Tree was amazing. We had a Two Room Ocean Pool Suite. It was spacious, had a beautiful view, and was kept immaculate with twice daily cleaning. The service at BT was fantastic. Everyone stopped what they were doing at all times to greet us. They all had a great attitude and seemed eager to please. The food at the restaurants and bar was also wonderful. We had a bbq served in a room one night. The staff set up a bbq grill, prep tables and a dining table on our deck complete with table cloth and flowers. We had many served courses with delicious food all cooked to our preferences. Anything we wanted - food, drinks, ice, rides, reservations could be communicated through What’s App with immediate results. We also had wonderful spa treatments. When we left the property for excursions booked outside of the hotel, the workers at the front sent us off with towels and water and greeted us when we returned with a ride to our suite. I cannot stress enough the amazing proactive service we received, with little unexpected touches like nightly gifts. The pool and beach and staff there were also great. And from every location in the resort we could not get over the view. Finally we loved that the resort was quiet and private. I highly recommend Banyan Tree Krabi.

It is worth staying here! The hotel is good, food is good, but the staff makes the whole experience even better. Swimming pools could be cleaned and maintained better, but after we notified the hotel, they were on the task right away. Far from all the towns so it is hard to get to markets, and order food from outside.

The service was impeccable from the check-in until check-out! The staff were attentive and very friendly. The room felt like a fresh air with modern and white decor. Nice and peaceful area far right on Tubkaek beach.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Grounds were beautiful, lush, and impeccably clean. We never had a more wonderful and caring staff! We felt totally pampered particularly from the spa treatments. We especially enjoyed the private beach and its quietness.

We had the best stay! Views from the resort are gorgeous and we did a quick trip to Hong island-I'd recommend going early to beat some of the crowds. Staff noticed that my daughters birthday was the day we checked out (by her passport) so the decorated our room and left a cake the night before. They even sang to her at breakfast and put a candle in her pancakes! It was next level service. It really made her day that much more fun. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with lots of gluten free items for those who need it. Dinner also did not disappoint. It's a little far from Ao Nang but we didn't feel like we were missing out on anything. The resort offers a buggy service from WhatsApp so you never have to walk to far. They also answer any questions you may have from the app as well. I'd highly recommend!

Fantastic resort, one of the best we've ever stayed at. Room was beautiful and modern, pool was gorgeous, breakfast buffet was excellent. Bed was so comfortable, service was perfect. We hiked the dragon crest trail which starts just steps from the hotel, which was amazing. The only two negatives that I noticed - they had some stray ants around the exterior, and a few managed to make it into our room over our two night stay, and the restaurants were quite expensive, about 3x the cost of a comparable bar/restaurant off premises. Those were minor things though, and we'd definitely visit again.

The property was very pretty. It offers a tranquil atmosphere and great service. Food was top notch. The breakfast was one of the best I have seen at a resort. We went on the private boat tour and it was a highlight of our trip. I have stayed at Las Ventanas in Cabo and the Rosewood in Mayakoba and can say that I prefer the Banyan tree. Great for adults or families. I had a partial view room and it was great. I would recommend this property to travelers seeking a luxury experience and want a tranquil and beautiful environment.

We had an excellent experience at the Banyan Tree. The staff was very attentive and communication was simple through WhatsApp. Daria and Khem were so kind to us our whole stay! The happy hour bar on the beach was our personal favorite time. The location around the hotel felt a little isolated, there wasn’t all too much to do. However, it’s all made up for the great amenities and reasonable prices at the hotels many different restaurants. Highly recommend you book a tour to Hong Island directly from the hotel!

An amazing resort, with style, cleanliness, and all amenities at your fingertips. I had contacted the resort about traveling with my elderly father and they upgraded us to a beach villa so that he didn’t have to climb the stairs. A buggy was available anytime we needed to get from one part of the resort the the other. Great service and kind workers. The breakfast buffet was first class. The concierge was welcoming and helped arranged everything from transportation to our excursions. Just an amazing and magical place with top notch service.

The view is phenomenal. Beach was great. Staff very helpful. Easy to get transportation and get to other attractions in Krabi. Buffet in the morning was great and our young adult kids loved they could get ice cream at the morning buffet. Property was kept up and cleaned. I’d say it is close to the level of a Four Seasons. Had two rooms one for my husband and me and one for our two adult children. The rooms are not large but for two people were adequate. See both had an ocean view. We loved and would suggest an ocean view.

This property is very well maintained and the room we stayed at was so lovely, looks straight out into the ocean. As we were there celebrating our anniversary, the staff there decorated our room on the first day. I must say the breakfast is one of the best I’ve had in the luxury hotels I’ve stayed at, it’s comprehensive, and the staff there was so polite and sincere in their service. And I also enjoyed the coconut station along with the DIY mimosa station. The housekeeping staff was also very good, very detailed oriented and they know exactly and cleanliness level top notch. Well done, our stay has made a great impression of krabi and also for the banner of banyan tree in general.

We had a wonderful stay at the Banyan tree and could not recommend it more! Staff was so attentive and helpful with everything we needed, including getting into to town and back. room was clean, beautiful, and plenty big, comfy bed as well! Grounds of the hotel were perfect with every detail thought of. So nice to have paddle boarding and kayaks available for free. Free transportation during daytime hours to Ao Nang town as well. Breakfast every morning was our favorite out of all 6 hotels we stayed at during our time in Thailand. Overall went well above our expectations for our Honeymoon!

Banyan Tree was amazing. We had a Two Room Ocean Pool Suite. It was spacious, had a beautiful view, and was kept immaculate with twice daily cleaning. The service at BT was fantastic. Everyone stopped what they were doing at all times to greet us. They all had a great attitude and seemed eager to please. The food at the restaurants and bar was also wonderful. We had a bbq served in a room one night. The staff set up a bbq grill, prep tables and a dining table on our deck complete with table cloth and flowers. We had many served courses with delicious food all cooked to our preferences. Anything we wanted - food, drinks, ice, rides, reservations could be communicated through What’s App with immediate results. We also had wonderful spa treatments. When we left the property for excursions booked outside of the hotel, the workers at the front sent us off with towels and water and greeted us when we returned with a ride to our suite. I cannot stress enough the amazing proactive service we received, with little unexpected touches like nightly gifts. The pool and beach and staff there were also great. And from every location in the resort we could not get over the view. Finally we loved that the resort was quiet and private. I highly recommend Banyan Tree Krabi.

The view is phenomenal. Beach was great. Staff very helpful. Easy to get transportation and get to other attractions in Krabi. Buffet in the morning was great and our young adult kids loved they could get ice cream at the morning buffet. Property was kept up and cleaned. I’d say it is close to the level of a Four Seasons. Had two rooms one for my husband and me and one for our two adult children. The rooms are not large but for two people were adequate. See both had an ocean view. We loved and would suggest an ocean view.

The service was impeccable from the check-in until check-out! The staff were attentive and very friendly. The room felt like a fresh air with modern and white decor. Nice and peaceful area far right on Tubkaek beach.

Fantastic resort, one of the best we've ever stayed at. Room was beautiful and modern, pool was gorgeous, breakfast buffet was excellent. Bed was so comfortable, service was perfect. We hiked the dragon crest trail which starts just steps from the hotel, which was amazing. The only two negatives that I noticed - they had some stray ants around the exterior, and a few managed to make it into our room over our two night stay, and the restaurants were quite expensive, about 3x the cost of a comparable bar/restaurant off premises. Those were minor things though, and we'd definitely visit again.

The property was very pretty. It offers a tranquil atmosphere and great service. Food was top notch. The breakfast was one of the best I have seen at a resort. We went on the private boat tour and it was a highlight of our trip. I have stayed at Las Ventanas in Cabo and the Rosewood in Mayakoba and can say that I prefer the Banyan tree. Great for adults or families. I had a partial view room and it was great. I would recommend this property to travelers seeking a luxury experience and want a tranquil and beautiful environment.

Banyan Tree Krabi is an incredible property, with stunning views... maybe the best in Krabi. Top-notch staff, rooms, beach, and services. While definitely pricey (think Western prices $$$), we absolutely loved our stay and couldn't recommend it enough.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was stunning, the choices and quality of dining were excellent and all the staff were so friendly. Special mention must go to Pop, Tang and Ko for such kindness. I highly recommend Banyan Tree Krabi!

Terrible communication and customer service. Accidentally clicked the wrong button and booked. Attempted to get them to refund booking immediately. It was 3 minutes old and they refused. I called Expedia, they sent a letter to get a refund which was accepted. Then late last night I get a notice that it wasn't refunded. I still don't know the status of my booking. Avoid this chain.

As always staff v nice but a very isolated property, check in and follow up from then was poor, transfer back to airport we were given an incorrect time to leave which was crazy also promised particular service only happened 3 out of the 6 days.

We had the best stay! Views from the resort are gorgeous and we did a quick trip to Hong island-I'd recommend going early to beat some of the crowds. Staff noticed that my daughters birthday was the day we checked out (by her passport) so the decorated our room and left a cake the night before. They even sang to her at breakfast and put a candle in her pancakes! It was next level service. It really made her day that much more fun. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with lots of gluten free items for those who need it. Dinner also did not disappoint. It's a little far from Ao Nang but we didn't feel like we were missing out on anything. The resort offers a buggy service from WhatsApp so you never have to walk to far. They also answer any questions you may have from the app as well. I'd highly recommend!

The cancellation policy is terrible. They were really inflexible about late cancellation or modifying dates even though we had very valid reasons. Pissed me off to no end. We somehow made it to the trip. Once we got there, everything was excellent. Amazing hospitality. New property.

We had a wonderful stay at the Banyan tree and could not recommend it more! Staff was so attentive and helpful with everything we needed, including getting into to town and back. room was clean, beautiful, and plenty big, comfy bed as well! Grounds of the hotel were perfect with every detail thought of. So nice to have paddle boarding and kayaks available for free. Free transportation during daytime hours to Ao Nang town as well. Breakfast every morning was our favorite out of all 6 hotels we stayed at during our time in Thailand. Overall went well above our expectations for our Honeymoon!

It is worth staying here! The hotel is good, food is good, but the staff makes the whole experience even better. Swimming pools could be cleaned and maintained better, but after we notified the hotel, they were on the task right away. Far from all the towns so it is hard to get to markets, and order food from outside.

Banyan Tree is a beautiful, comfortable, and safe place to stay outside Krabi. A walk to the rational park if you are interested in hiking the nature trail and an easy can ride to An Nong. Great boat trips available from the resort beach and breakfast is fantasric(great coffee).

We had an excellent experience at the Banyan Tree. The staff was very attentive and communication was simple through WhatsApp. Daria and Khem were so kind to us our whole stay! The happy hour bar on the beach was our personal favorite time. The location around the hotel felt a little isolated, there wasn’t all too much to do. However, it’s all made up for the great amenities and reasonable prices at the hotels many different restaurants. Highly recommend you book a tour to Hong Island directly from the hotel!

Overall the property is actually great, from friendly staff, to nice rooms, to tasty food and plenty of activities. It's just a little overpriced for the area. I would still consider it a luxury stay, but this price range in Krabi should put it in god tier ultra-luxe range and we didn't quite get that feel and vibe.
Overall the property is actually great, from friendly staff, to nice rooms, to tasty food and plenty of activities. It's just a little overpriced for the area. I would still consider it a luxury stay, but this price range in Krabi should put it in god tier ultra-luxe range and we didn't quite get that feel and vibe.

Fantastic resort, one of the best we've ever stayed at. Room was beautiful and modern, pool was gorgeous, breakfast buffet was excellent. Bed was so comfortable, service was perfect. We hiked the dragon crest trail which starts just steps from the hotel, which was amazing. The only two negatives that I noticed - they had some stray ants around the exterior, and a few managed to make it into our room over our two night stay, and the restaurants were quite expensive, about 3x the cost of a comparable bar/restaurant off premises. Those were minor things though, and we'd definitely visit again.

We cannot rate this hotel highly enough. From the moment we walked into reception until the moment we left it was perfect. The staff, food, rooms, turn down service and overall resort feel were so on point. I would highly recommend Saffron for a sunset meal and breakfast is truly sensational. Happy hour at the bar is fantastic with quality food available to order. Hats off to the resort for not using any single use plastics and having the environment front and centre. The Spa is definitely worth a trip and I highly recommend the facial and the rainwater and hydro pool treatment. A big thanks to the staff who really looked after us, every staff member was exceptional.

We had an excellent experience at the Banyan Tree. The staff was very attentive and communication was simple through WhatsApp. Daria and Khem were so kind to us our whole stay! The happy hour bar on the beach was our personal favorite time. The location around the hotel felt a little isolated, there wasn’t all too much to do. However, it’s all made up for the great amenities and reasonable prices at the hotels many different restaurants. Highly recommend you book a tour to Hong Island directly from the hotel!

This hotel was just divine. The grounds to the apartments and rooms are just so beautiful, it really is paradise. The staff were incredible and couldn’t do enough for you. My partner and I are vegan and both restaurants were more than accommodating with ensuring we had choice and variation during our stay. The hotel is well maintained and always spotless. I also had a massage during my stay which was a lovely experience. Would highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back already!

We stayed here for four nights and our only disappointment was having to leave.It was exceptional from start to finish it's run to perfection. The whole team are just wonderful.Phoom looked after us and was a stand out.Pop the General manager came around at breakfast and introduced herself to all guests very hands on which was lovely to see.The breakfast is exceptional wow wow wow they have everything.Our room was beautiful what a view of the ocean.The complimentary sound healing and Pilates classes were fantastic.The whole resort is just so beautiful.
