Small, Very private, clean new place right in front of the huge Mandalay Bay, nice views, easy private secured parking, good area close to the strip, and airport, quiet. Has a breakfast spot and souvenir store at the same lot, has a nice meditation patio, and hydro massage table in a super relaxed healing room, and it’s super pet friendly, we took two small yorkies, it had a pet relief area. Really cute! Support small business.

What a great place to stay. Nothing fancy but very clean and well taken care of, which is what’s most important to me. Staff were awesome and friendly. Lots of food options walkable, as well as Allegiant Stadium, Mandalay/Luxor/Excaliber. The Egg Shop right in front is great for breakfast and lunch, and the souvenir store was great to have next door for gifts and little things needed during stay. Oh and unlike hotels on the strip, you don’t have to rent a fridge, they have them in every room, with two free bottles of water. AC worked great and plenty of hot water. I’ll def be back to Nirvana again,

Newly renovated, clean hotel near airport. New owner is delightful and eager to please. He delivered a picnic basket with delicious breads, fruit and eggs in the morning. Food truck and zen garden onsite.

Great place to stay while in Las Vegas! Loved loved the staff! The breakfast was amazing! They took the time to bring it to our room with all kinds of drinks. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and come back to stay! Also the parking was great loved having my car right in front of my room super convenient

Very convenient by Vegas standards. Most hotels, you have to walk a half mile through a smoke-filled casino just to get to your room. Here you can park directly in front of your room. And it's right in the middle of all the action. There is no swimming pool, and there are no coffee makers in the rooms. Those are the only two downsides.

I have to admit that I was a little nervous after I saw the location but this is a fantastic hotel. It is right on the strip but it is tucked back and you don't really notice the noise. It was so nice to park right by the room and not have to walk through a casino. The lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful. They have done a great job fixing this up. This is where I will stay anytime I am in Vegas.

It's easy to miss this hidden gem located behind and across the boulevard from Mandalay Bay. Look for The Egg Shop, a popular breakfast spot, and the souvenir shop, it's right behind them. It's more of a typical motel set up but isn't missing any of the hotel comforts. Rooms are clean and comfortable and have everything you need. Housekeeping upon request. Parking available in front of rooms. Nice outdoor seating area if you need a spot to relax for a bit. Close to the Mandalay Bay Aquarium, Pinball HOF, Las Vegas sign and the airport. I would stay here again.

A peaceful gem on the Strip! Nirvana truly lives up to its name — a cozy, quiet oasis right in the heart of Las Vegas. The hotel is spotless, comfortable, and run by an exceptionally kind and helpful team. They even accommodated my request for a fragrance-free room! The little garden is pure magic — you can sit under the trees and watch the Strip lights without the noise and rush. Perfect location: right on the Strip and close to the airport. I visit Vegas sometimes for work and always stay at Nirvana. I don’t even consider other hotels anymore — highly recommend!

The only thing I did not like was how dirty the floor was in the room. They had carpet on the floor which is fine, except when it hides how filthy the floor is. The sign on the front door says take your shoes off, we obeyed. When we walked around in our socks or bare feet they turn black. Other than that we really enjoyed the hotel. We were across the street from Mandalay Bay, which was what we wanted for taking our toddler to the Shark Reef. The room we stayed in was pretty. It was quiet and we had 24 hour security. This hotel is great if you want a more quiet, relaxed stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Nirvana Hotel! Our only complaint is that there was hair on the shower walls from a previous stay when we arrived. Otherwise the room was very nice and clean

The hotel is nice overall. I only had an issue with the bathroom. It looks really old and outdated. The tub floor was discolored (yellow) instead of white. I almost wanted to shower with slippers.

I wanted to leave a review after staying here for a week. Choosing a place to stay in Vegas is difficult. I hope this helps others make their choice. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean. Comfortable bed and nice shower with hot water instantly. Only downside is that walls were thin and could hear neighboring room at times. It was easily within walking distance of the Mandalay Bay. There was a security guard overnight, which was great. Overall, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

On a week-long trip around the desert Southwest, we slept our best at the Nirvana! Ironic, right? Well, the bed is super comfortable, and like many others have mentioned, the fact that the Nirvana is tucked away on the South end of the strip means that it's a relatively quiet place. Please note a couple things though: the airport is nearby, so airplane noise is a constant. And also there are no bedside lights in the rooms, so if you feel like reading a book, for instance, lighting is limited. But we'll definitely consider the Nirvana the next time we're in Vegas!

This is an older hotel but freshly and tastefully renovated. It is 3 minutes walk to mandalay bay and that’s why I chose it. It’s not fancy but the owner is very accommodating and friendly with complimentary coffee in concierge every morning.

What a true hidden Vegas gem! I never write reviews but I was compelled by my experience at the Nirvana. It doesn’t look like much, but boy was I surprised! It was very clean and cozy. Bed was comfortable and I had a great nights sleep (which I almost never get at a hotel). Security met us as we arrived and was friendly and accommodating. Also, it’s on the strip, but doesn’t feel like it’s on the strip, which I loved. I will definitely keep this place in mind for my next Vegas trip.

We had a late arrival from a flight but the communication was excellent, the parking lot is well lit and we found our room no problem. The room was very clean but a bit strong on fragrance. It had some nice updates but the bed was quite old. Overall it was a very good stay for us for some quick shut eye before driving home. We enjoyed the quick access without having to trounce through a casino. They provided a little breakfast right to our room at our scheduled time in a cute picnic basket. If they keep the rates under $100 we'd certainly stay again.

Sandy was amazing! As soon as I booked online, I received a text asking appropriate arrival time! She led us to our room and it was, clean and neat! In the bathroom there were all the toiletries you would need, including a few extras. The mini fridge had two bottles of water. She helped us with dining suggested that were perfect and how to get around by either team or walking. Then I asked about the water massage I saw a sign for and she helped with that too. There was a security guard at night too! Breakfast was light, but there was a wonderful place right off the property that was fantastic. The only negative was that the fee for a pet was a little high.

Staff was very helpful before I arrived with answering questions etc. but the desk had limited hours and even when it was supposed to be open the door was locked, and no one was there. There was very little place to store clothing and personal items. The place gave off more of a "rent by the hour" vibe than a hotel vibe. I stayed only one night of my five nights reservation before moving to another hotel because I did not feel comfortable staying here.
Although the room was very clean the overall property was not great. I'd say the highlight of our stay was the service and meeting the lovely owners. You will not find more delightful proprietors anywhere on or off the strip. The personal service was top notch. The rooms are simple, but had everything we needed. Everything was clean and in perfect working order. The mini fridge was stocked with bottled water, and even had ice trays, which was especially nice. In the evening the area around the hotel was very quiet. Security was present at all hours, and I felt quite safe. If I ever visit Las Vegas again, I will be booking my stay at Nirvana Hotel.

This place was amazing! Clean, affordable, easy parking. The concierge was super sweet and even gave us a jump when our battery died on our vehicle. We asked for towels and they brought them in less than 3 minutes! If we ever go back to Vegas, we will stay here again.

The Nirvana is the best-kept secret in Las Vegas. A cute little motel-style hotel across the Strip from the Mandalay Bay, with no resort fees or parking fees. It's family-run, and the owners are friendly and helpful. We've stayed there several times and have had a great experience each time. Highly recommend!

We took a taxi from the airport. The driver said that he had never heard of the hotel. That was a bit disheartening. Upon arrival, the person at the desk was very friendly and accommodating. Check in was a breeze. There was coffee in the office with regular and flavored creamer every morning. That was awesome! The room was very clean and the bed and sheets were wonderful. A couple of things. I wish though that there would have been a dresser or somewhere to put my clothes. I also wish that there was a washer and dryer on the property (even if we had to pay for it). We arrived at about 5pm. I was a bit nervous about the area (safety) however, there was a security guard on duty all night. That was awesome! When I got up in the morning, I felt refreshed and walked down to the McDonalds. I felt very safe. We were out and about for most of the days that we were there. We felt so safe! I am very happy that we chose this property. It’s not luxurious however, it was very clean and very comfortable.

You can tell the owner is trying their best to make this a nice place to stay, but the reviews are misleading. The place is pretty clean and had some decent touches. It’s more of a one-night stay kind of place and definitely wouldn’t do longer than a weekend. The signs say no smoking on the property but our room wreaked of smoke. Beds were not comfortable. I was a little hesitant upon arriving cause it looked a bit sus with a few homeless in the nearby area, but I was pleasantly surprised with how welcoming, friendly and safe our stay was! I loved the staff, everyone was very kind and helpful. It's across the street from Mandala Bay so it was very easy for us to walk through to get to our concert at the Michelob Ultra. Very easy to go in and out of the arena. I'd definitely come back for the pure convenience of it alone.

We love the Nirvana! Great location at the south end of the strip. We walked everywhere, from the Mandalay to the Wynn. Friendly staff. Basic, comfortable rooms, with no ridiculous resort or parking fees.

A striking contrast to Mandalay Bay hulking overhead across the street, The Nirvana is a fun throwback to roadtrip motels, but without the seedy vibe. Great staff, clean rooms, free parking (what the heck?!), and a fun little breakfast joint make this spot a perfect stay for those on a budget. Walkable from the South Strip but not in the middle of the pandemonium. Would stay there again.

Hotel is in a shady area. I understand this was a remodeled old motel but the remodel work is horrible. Only plus is that it's across the Mandalay so it's easy to cross the street and get the tram to the Excalibur. The service was ok. There's a security at night since it's pretty shady walking there. Wouldn't stay there again.

I usually don't do reviews, but feel I need to let people know about this hidden Gem! Sandy is so nice, friendly and incredibly helpful! My wife and I were here for Twice at the Allegiant. For those going to concerts/games there, it is incredibly convenient, walk to the stoplight, cross the street and walk in a straight line for 15mins. The pinball hall of fame is on the same side of the street and under 15min walk. For those who have been to Las Vegas, you know everything is a walk. The only consideration I would give is for people who are light sleepers: street noises exist, (its Vegas) and I could hear the upstair folks walking at night, not a concern for folks who were raised in any downtown setting. I will definately come back again!

Sorry about my bad experience :-( i have booked the Motel because of Jacobslifeinvegas youtube video and there was told about the basket breakfast with the sentence "he was shocked about that the breakfast basket is inclusive with the paid room price. I booked via Expedia and there was only1 option with info "Bed and Breakfast" and i thought ok it should be in and the high price for paying 100 Dollar looks also so /you can have other same classes Motels for the half of the price). After arrving i heard its not inclusive and i have to pay 20 dollar extra per person :-( This option is only on there Homepage available. Also the room the carpet is extremly dirty for a new renovated motel some month ago :( we did take a shower and moved without socks or shoes back to the Bed and had both black feets! Maybe the outside was reconstructed but the rooms looks more just oberpainted.

The location was walkable to Allegient Stadium. The managers were very nice. The property was clean - our room smelled so fresh when we opened the door! Do note the coffee is available in the office not in the room. Also note that if the airport traffic is too loud at night the office has ear plugs available. We also learned that they have blow dryers upon request, and this info does not transfer to the Expedia site property amenity - one less thing to carry. The Egg Shop at the entrance is good they serve mostly egg sandwiches and burritos.

What a great place to stay. Nothing fancy but very clean and well taken care of, which is what’s most important to me. Staff were awesome and friendly. Lots of food options walkable, as well as Allegiant Stadium, Mandalay/Luxor/Excaliber. The Egg Shop right in front is great for breakfast and lunch, and the souvenir store was great to have next door for gifts and little things needed during stay. Oh and unlike hotels on the strip, you don’t have to rent a fridge, they have them in every room, with two free bottles of water. AC worked great and plenty of hot water. I’ll def be back to Nirvana again,

Great place to stay while in Las Vegas! Loved loved the staff! The breakfast was amazing! They took the time to bring it to our room with all kinds of drinks. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and come back to stay! Also the parking was great loved having my car right in front of my room super convenient

We had a late arrival from a flight but the communication was excellent, the parking lot is well lit and we found our room no problem. The room was very clean but a bit strong on fragrance. It had some nice updates but the bed was quite old. Overall it was a very good stay for us for some quick shut eye before driving home. We enjoyed the quick access without having to trounce through a casino. They provided a little breakfast right to our room at our scheduled time in a cute picnic basket. If they keep the rates under $100 we'd certainly stay again.

This is a cute little property that is so walkable. I loved that we could walk to Mandalay Bay, Luxor, Four Seasons, and even to fast food places like Panda Express and McDonald's. The only issue we had was that the toilet backed up right away in Room 2 (urine only!) so we had to switch rooms. That was a pain because we'd already unpacked a lot. The staff was super nice and the parking is free and right outside your door, so that's nice. I would skip the breakfast. It was not worth $25 in my opinion. Overall, it's a nice little place when passing through. Way more affordable than the big casino hotels.

Very nice to stay on the strip without all the craziness of the big properties. Nirvana is old but has been remodeled beautifully. Safe, clean, great bed. Great coffee room in the AM. Overnight security, Sandy is great. Absolutely perfect.
