Estubo bueno en general, solo las regaderas son antiguas, pero en lo demás muy buen servicio, las camas, la abitacion la piscina para relajarse, si estás de paso buen lugar para pernoctar ya que hay una plaza muy grande donde comprar lo necesario al igual que un Oxxo para el cafecito y el pan recomendado

Hotel muy limpio y en buenas condiciones, únicamente estacionamiento muy pequeño

Nos quedamos por 1 noche y todo estuvo bien, la habitación muy limpia, es de fácil acceso para pasar una noche, el estacionamiento es a disponibilidad porque es pequeño, pero enfrente del hotel hay una plaza donde se puede estacionar.

El hotel es muy bonito , nuevo, tienen pocos parqueaderos disponibles

I loved the location — it’s super central! There’s an Oxxo, pharmacy, market, and shopping center all around, which made everything very convenient and really saved my trip. However, there are definitely some areas to improve. The back parking doesn’t feel secure — no cameras or mirrors, and the security guard is only at the front and often sleeping. Same with the front desk at night — you might have to wait if they’re napping. The room was dirty the first day, with a humidity smell, ants, and mosquitos on the bed. Towels were very old and ripped, and there was only one bedsheet with the A/C. Not very comfortable unless you bring extras. The kitchen is nice, but you need to bring your own cookware, coffee maker, and plates. The fridge was great, clean and worked well. The second day the cleaning improved, but towels and sheets stayed the same. Overall, the location was amazing, but I hope they improve security, cleanliness, and comfort. Still, if you’re just looking for a convenient base to explore the area, this place works.

Stayed two weeks. The rooms are decently clean but the area is very noisy and all that sound comes right inside. It’s worse in the “apartment” style units with cooking facilities. They’re in their own tower and have two extra windows, plus the door opens to outside. As for the cooking facilities, they don not have a microwave as advertised and they provide no cookware or dishes or utensils - but they will promise to get them sometime in the future. They’ll also promise to get clothing hangers, but never actually will. There is no laundry on site as advertised. Not in the room and not as a service. Night staff are rude, day staff are friendly if unhelpful. Night staff also cannot read Spanish well or understand any English, so be prepared to speak in only Spanish after 7 or 8pm if you need anything. The pool is sketchy and it and the main floor lobby area are sparse and unwelcoming. Do not expect to spend any time outside your room unless you’re leaving the hotel. There is a mall across the street. It’s likely one of the most expensive malls in the country, where you will find a very sketchy looking laundromat. The grocery store there is good for selection, but the prices are mismatched or simply untrue on most items we purchased. Air conditioning at the hotel worked very well and the wifi worked well most of the time. Bring your own Netflix account if you plan to use the tv at all.

This hotel is not really for tourists. If you just want a nice clean place to stay for a night or two and you have your own transportation to get to the local attractions you will be satisfied. We reserved a room with a kitchenette but it was not useful because there are no plates, utensils or pots and pans, so there is no way to cook unless you know this ahead of time. The little pool is nice with a few deck chairs around for relaxing.

En lineas generales bien de conservación está bien. Pero extremadamente ruidoso, todo el ruido de la calle y de los otros huéspedes hace que tu descanso sea de terror. Solo pasamos una noche. La alberca bastante pequeña, igual no hice uso de ella.

muy bien todo el cuarto muy bien la picina muy bien en general todo bien no me gusto el poco estacionamiento creo que ese sera un gran problema para el hotel si no lo solucionan hay que estacionar el carro fuera y aunque se ve seguro el lugar no hay nadie que cuide

If I knew they have humidity issues (and mold) I wouldn’t have stayed here. As soon as you walk in the door you can smell it in the front desk. Then, the first room we got assigned, was even worse. We couldn’t stay more than 10min in it. We asked to be moved and the front desk agent help us without a problem, he was super nice! The rooms are very basic: no bedside lamps, no trash can, no hangers in the closet area... A fridge would also be nice. I wouldn’t come back

Muy mala estancia en el hotel, primero no tienen suficiente espacio para estacionarte, por lo que si no estás a tiempo y sales con el auto al regresar te quedas sin lugar, segundo y más preocupante cucarachas en el lugar y vivas, es lamentable que se tenga que pasar por esto con la familia, no lo recomiendo.

Baños muy sucios, las sábanas de mi cama no estaban limpias, en el piso del baño parecía que había orina

Area de regaderas y WC con mucho ongo, se nota falta de supervisión e interes de hacer las cosas bien.

Der var meget støj, både trafikstøj og støj fra f.eks. motor og maskiner fra hotellet... Derfor kunne jeg ikke sove!.

Prior to arriving, I called the hotel to ask for an early check in, the receptionist told me yes. Upon arriving, the reception area smelled very bad of food and the receptionist from sitting down was yelling to me at the door, check in is at 3pm. I used translator to tell her I called and she told me I could arrive early. She agreed. I would suggest give better service to new guests. I have never been greeted in such a way by being yelled at across the room when arriving anywhere and I am a worldly traveller.

I had to leave early because the night clerk was agressive. He accosted me and said I did not pay the day before when I was going for coffee at 0700. The truth was dayshift did not record my cash payment, he also did not tell the truth. It took two hours to sort out. I was there on a business trip for two more weeks and checked out. Ive stayed at this hotel several times before. I will never be back. The nightshift worker is atrocious.

We stay here sometimes between Cancun and Tulum when our flights get in late or leave early. Its right off the highway and has parking. Rooms are basic, but clean and everything works. There is a restaurant open late right behind the hotel, an Oxxo next door, and a mall across the street. Price performance is good.

Nous avions loué cet hôtel à la dernière minute parce que tous les autres étaient complets. C’était correct. L’emplacement est à l’extérieur du centre-ville, environ 10 minutes en taxi. Ce n’était pas joli à l’intérieur de l’hôtel mais propre et confortable. La douche ne fonctionnait pas très bien mais il y avait de l’eau chaude. L’air climatisé fonctionnait bien. La chambre possédait une cuisine complète mais sans aucun équipement, pas même une assiette ou un ustensile. Donc pas très pratique pour cuisiner. Nous étions là pour une seule nuit donc pour nous c’était OK mais nous ne serions pas restés plus longtemps.

Super bien ubicado, cerca de centro comercial, habitaciones amplias y limpias, y cuenta con estacionamiento

O hotel é simples, mas novinho, atendeu honestamente com cama boa, banheiro bom, simpatia dos recepcionistas. Custos benefícios para curtir o local é muito satisfatório. Um pouco fora de mão para centro comercial e a 5ª avenida, local de compras, lojinhas e restaurantes.

Cercana a un restaurante excelente, salir de la ciudad es muy fácil

Good property. Only about a 10 minute drive from the city centre but 40 min walk, So either be prepared to get at least 10,000 steps everyday or take out extra pesos to catch taxis. Right across the street from centro maya(strip mall) and there’s an otto right down the street (2min walk). Never felt unsafe walking alone at night.

Lugar limpio y con lo necesario para pasar la noche. Al frente está el centro comercial, así que hay lugares para almorzar y comer. Lo justo por el precio.

No hay servicio de restaurante ni servicio de cocina, tampoco hay frigorífico donde puedas guardar alimento. El alimento unicamente se puede conseguir en la plaza y en el Oxxo (sin que necesite refrigeración porque no hay donde). No ponen toalla de manos.

It would just be nice if the guest didn't have to ask the staff for 2 days to get the dishes to the kitchen. Especially if you book a room with a kitchen, which you need for a diet. Everything else was ok.
