Très beau séjour dans un bel hôtel à saveur mexicaine. Excellent restaurant, le déjeuner inclu est délicieux, varié et copieux et le menu de l’hôtel est très bon avec des prix raisonnables. La chambre est faite tous les jours et le service est impeccable avec un personnel très attentionné. La seule chose est que je n’ai pas eu mes exclusivités silver (consommation gratuite) et que l’hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre avec une rue très passante.

Husband & I had a great time staying here, staff was very hospitable & kind! The hotel was conveniently located & loved the ambience of all the plants, flowers & traditional Mexican decor. The included breakfast & restaurant was truly a surprise perk, every meal we ate was amazingly delicious & made with quality ingredients. Muchos gracias to Mestizo Galleria & the staff!

Great breakfast. Excellent location. Service by hotel was great. It is a short drive from the beach. Super Aki and Oxford stores are only a few steps away. I felt I received amazing value for money from this hotel.

Great place and colorful, staff really helpful and very friendly local people, great advices from them about security. On the other side, they have a good chefs n fresh seafood, seems are few of them also are local fishermen, nice dinner n breakfast too!

O hotel é simples, mas com atendimento muito bom e quarto enorme. O quarto possuía 3 camas, sendo 1 king e 2 casal, além de mesa com 4 cadeiras, frigobar e TV. Estacionamento gratuito na rua, em frente ao hotel. Chuveiro caia pouca água. É um bom hotel para quem passa o dia todo fora e só necessita de um lugar cômodo e não muito caro para dormir.

Encantador el lugar, el restaurante al frente es super conveniente. habia un inconveniente con el dormitorio pero un empleado fue a revisar y ofrecieron mudarnos. Estabamos solo un dia y muy cansados para mudarnos.

El hotel es lindo en su diseño! Su personal muy amable sin embargo creo hace falta personal ya que la persona que atiende en recepción es la misma que atiende el restaurante, lo cual puede hacer que tengas que esperar un poco! El hotel está algo alejado de la zona concurrida de Tulum, por lo que hay que caminar bastante, algo bueno es que cerca del hotel pasa el transporte público para varios puntos como las ruinas, el gran cenote, cobá, etc! La avenida donde se encuentra está algo oscura ! Si hubiese viajado sola no me hubiese gustado la ubicación! Deben mejorar sus baños de recepción porque esos si estaban en muy mal estado desde instalaciones hasta limpieza!

Le petit déjeuner n’est pas inclu ce qui n’est pas clair avec les précédents commentaires. Attention hôtel au bord d’une grande avenue bruyante mais les chambres sont insonorisées.

スタッフの方々の対応が素晴らしい。気持ちいい受け答えで、周辺のお店の情報等も教えて頂けた。コメントでも見られるが、大通りに面しているため、夜の騒音が気になる。気にならない部屋もあるかも知れないが、泊まった部屋は今一だった。アメニティはタオル、シャンプー、石鹸揃っており、ドライヤーも完備されている。ただ部屋の上部から黒い粉のようなものが降ってきて堆積していたのが気になる。

La atención de la persona que me recibió no fue la mejor. No disfrute el hotel por tema de trabajo pero la habitación era amplia y todo estaba limpio. Lo malo de estar en planta baja escuchas el ruido de las sillas como las arrastran, tardaron varios días en mandarme mi factura.

The hotel is a long way from the beaches and there was little reasonably priced options to get to the beach or ruins from the hotel. Staff and service at the hotel was very good. The hotel is beside a busy highway with a lot of heavy traffic which interfered with sleeping. The amenities in the room were a little underwhelming. A long walk to the main part of Tulum town. It was a satisfactory stay overall for 4 nights.

Su personal muy amable sin embargo creo hace falta personal ya que la persona que atiende en recepción es la misma que atiende el restaurante, lo cual puede hacer que tengas que esperar un poco! El hotel está algo alejado de la zona concurrida de Tulum, por lo que hay que caminar bastante, algo bueno es que cerca del hotel pasa el transporte público para varios puntos como las ruinas, el gran cenote, cobá, etc! La avenida donde se encuentra está algo oscura ! Si hubiese viajado sola no me hubiese gustado la ubicación! Deben mejorar sus baños de recepción porque esos si estaban en muy mal estado desde instalaciones hasta limpieza!

The hotel is a long way from the beaches and there was little reasonably priced options to get to the beach or ruins from the hotel. Staff and service at the hotel was very good. The hotel is beside a busy highway with a lot of heavy traffic which interfered with sleeping. The amenities in the room were a little underwhelming. A long walk to the main part of Tulum town. It was a satisfactory stay overall for 4 nights.

Incredible location. There’s a mini frig in the room and a super market across the street to stock it. Walk down the side streets and there’s a ton of cozy eateries and cafes, some with music at night. The only drawback is a galactic level of construction happening in Talum. This hotel is on the main road and there are a lot of heavy vehicles. That said, it was quiet and love the singing of tropical birds in the morning.

Très beau séjour dans un bel hôtel à saveur mexicaine. Excellent restaurant, le déjeuner inclu est délicieux, varié et copieux et le menu de l’hôtel est très bon avec des prix raisonnables. La chambre est faite tous les jours et le service est impeccable avec un personnel très attentionné. La seule chose est que je n’ai pas eu mes exclusivités silver (consommation gratuite) et que l’hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre avec une rue très passante.

Husband & I had a great time staying here, staff was very hospitable & kind! The hotel was conveniently located & loved the ambience of all the plants, flowers & traditional Mexican decor. The included breakfast & restaurant was truly a surprise perk, every meal we ate was amazingly delicious & made with quality ingredients. Muchos gracias to Mestizo Galleria & the staff!

Great place and colorful, staff really helpful and very friendly local people, great advices from them about security. On the other side, they have a good chefs n fresh seafood, seems are few of them also are local fishermen, nice dinner n breakfast too!

Hôtel Très bien, la décoration est soignée et surtout l’hôtel est propre. Le ménage est fait chaque jour. 3 grands lits pour 2 adultes et deux enfants. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas inclu ce qui n’est pas clair avec les précédents commentaires. Attention hôtel au bord d’une grande avenue bruyante mais les chambres sont insonorisées.
