The hotel itself was very good, the room was clean and modern. Staff were very friendly. The main issues, were very small pool area, long queues at breakfast with me giving up and. Or having breakfast and that it was a dry hotel, which didn’t serve alcohol. Having rechecked all the information on the site, I could not find anywhere that says this. It was the biggest disappointment of the trip.

Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle service de chambre tois les jours bien équipé accueil bien la nuit beaucoup de monde le jour avec un attente. Pas de supérettes sur place mais à proximité balcon avec jolie vue. Seul problème cest l'entrée de l'hôtel si en taxi c rapide mais si vous êtes en voitureil y a souvent bouchon mais le service voiturier est très pratique

Enjoyed my week at this hotel. Rooms are big and spacious. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Also the beach and emirates mall is 10 mins drive away. Travelled with my toddler and he enjoyed the kids pool and the kids club.

The hotel is okay. The food on breakfast buffet isn’t that good in quality. The room was spacious but the cleaning could have been better. Valet parking took very long till they gave car. We often waited 20min till the car came.

Massive disappointment. I wanted to move to another hotel but did not want to lose my money and I paid almost a 5 start hotel rate and got a 3 star experience. I checked in after 3, and the room wasnt even ready and had to wait 20 minutes. The lobby looked like a third world airport terminal , people everywhere and some are lying on the sofa sleeping with no footwear on. The room does not look like the photos, the window is not floor to ceiling and only half the size. The pillow was uncomfortable and got a sore neck when I left. Breakfast was terrible! Queues for everything and Premier Inn breakfast is better, fruit juices tasted like its made from powder or concentrate and really diluted. The restaurant was just a complete mess. I had 4 days of breakfast and only went once because it was so terrible The pool and pool area were so small. It was so crowded I didnt even get a chance to use it. The gym was so tiny and old, not even towels in there. It was a massive disappointment. I would have accepted it all and not moan if it was a 3 star hotel but I booked and paid for a 4 star hotel and it was not worth the price I paid.

Fijne, schone en veilige locatie.om Dubai te verkennen. Wel wat verder van alles af maar met metro of taxi goed te doen. Wij hebben 1x de hotel shuttle naar het strand genomen maar vonden dit geen succes omdat je ook gasten van andere hotels ophaalt waardoor het veel langer duurt.

The room had a foul smell in the room and when I complained about it they didn’t do much. On the last day the smell was bad that even the house keeping manager acknowledged it. We weren’t able to sleep all night and I requested an extension for the late checkout which was not considered.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time recently, and it’s definitely my last. The rooms are pretty outdated. We were there for 18 days, and I had to call every single day just to get enough towels for the three of us—they only ever left two. Whenever I needed something, it took forever to get help, like at least a half hour wait every time. The valet parking was a hassle too. Both the room and the whole hotel just didn’t smell good. Plus, the pool was always too crowded to enjoy. Overall, not a great experience.

This property’s lobby looked amazing and the staff were all kind and helped out as soon as we needed. On the other note the apartment room was very dull not as clean as it could have been. We had asked for a crib and the crib was provided in a timely manner but the crib was not in best condition. The crib had dirty sheets covered by clean flat sheet which I was not very happy with. The crib was also dirty overall. We had called to remove the crib but no one answered. The hair dryer was not working and sticky and dirty. Washroom isn’t as great also. Overall our stay and experience wasn’t as great as we would have liked it. I would not recommend this place for families with children.

my 10-day stay went very well but the cleaning of the room was not optimal, no replacement of towels when they are on the floor, forgetting dirty sheets in the room.. no taxi available all the time. . not a wide choice for room service available

Ho alloggiato in questo hotel prenotando un mini monolocale al piano 26… che dire… vista mozzafiato e camera super confortevole! Posizione strategica per raggiungere in 15-20 min di auto Dubai marina, Dubai mall, 1h circa dall aeroporto di Abu Dhabi. Personale super disponile e attento a tutto. Lo consiglio vivamente!

I stayed for 2 nights-The hotel is not bad, it has a great view of the city especially at night ie if you are given a good room. I had to insist on a higher floor with a view on my second night there. On my first night I was in a crappy room on the 3rd floor( in fairness, this was because I got in very early and after some hours, a kind lady at the front desk agreed to check me in but only an accessible room was available at the time) she gave me the option to wait until the 2pm check in time ( this was around 10.30 am ) but being that I was stupid tired by that time, I took whatever she should offer and just slept most of the day. On the negative side, when I first arrived (4am), the front desk guy on duty tried to get me to pay nearly the price of my room in order to check in early. I didn’t, and sat in the lobby to wait. About an hour later, I was propositioned by some creep asking me to come up to his room , I politely declined but was totally disgusted. The rooms are clean but bathrooms could be better.bedsheets were itchy. I also saw roach in the downstairs lobby bathroom. The restaurant food is ok but more expensive than most places, and I went to the 29 lounge to relax while waiting for afternoon tea on my last day there and was bothered by the staff there- first one cleaning around me, when I moved to another seat, they said that was reserved and then when I went to outside seating, I was informed that I could only sit at the lounge if I was buying something.

I always stayed in this hotel since it was new. I had good experience always. This time mohamed Talab checked me in, he was super nice and all good. What I didn’t like the next day was that the team that came in the morning are not coordinated. Extended still I had 5 staff members calling 5 different times asking if I’m extending or staying. So no communication within their team. Disappointed this time and will not go back to stay. I changed hotel.

The people who do the actual work make the stay here so much better. Sincere thank you to the valets, cleaners and restaurant staff that make the experience a million times better. Unfortunately we had to wait 2/3 hours to finally check into our room after a very long journey but we were upgraded and gifted a cake as it was my birthday. It still would be nice to check in and rest as soon as we arrive.

best hotels in Dubai. They surprised me with balloons on my birthday, and when I got back to my room, the staff came with a cake and sang for me — so thoughtful and kind! They always responded quickly to my needs and were incredibly accommodating. I’ll definitely be back again soon!

Nice structure but with a terrible staff at the reception. I stayed three times there and I hope not to do the same mistale again. It looks more like gangsters people working at the reception and the shops inside the hotel.
