Room was very practical and even had its own luggage room with wardrobe. Air con was available and room was clean and spacious. Good array of toiletries also provided. Service, especially the concierge was really good and most staff spoke English very well. The shuttle buses to Disney and the airport were also a great time and money saved. First, the good stuff. The staff are amazing and helpful. They have lots of shuttle buses for disney. We asked for an air purifier and they got us one asap. The beds are comfortable and air conditioning works. Good water pressure in shower. Big breakfast with lots of options(way cheaper, and better, if you can get food shipped to the hotel with E Le Ma or MeiTuan though). Second, the not good stuff. The room smelled like moldy carpet. There are no restaurants in walking distance so using mei tuan or E Le Ma is a must for food unless you plan to take a 30min taxi to crystal plaza(closest big mall). For foreigners this can be difficult without a local phone number. There are only 3 shuttle times to and from Pudong airport. All in all, this hotel is perfect for those just going to disney and doing nothing else.

Like my title says, great for disney goers, tons of shuttles to and from Disney every day. They have a shuttle to both Pudong and HongQiao airports but very limited. Pudong has 3 every day so if you miss one it's a long wait. Rooms had basic needs, toiletries and evrything else you would expect. Comfy bed. The smell was musty and awful, we opened the one window but we are both sensitive to smells and my wife started feeling sick so we asked for an air purifier and got one in our room which helped a little. Staff were very friendly and helpful, most spoke great english. No food or restaurants around besides whats in the hotel(way overpriced) but thank God for E Le Ma(take out app). The breakfast looked like a large amount of mid quality food. If you don't mind quality then you will love this breakfast buffet. If you want something special or really top quality save your money and go into town to eat. If your just staying a night and heading out from Pudong, i suggest you look at other options. This hotel isn't close enough or has enough shuttles to make it convenient for you.

I specifically chose this hotel because of its location. Our main reason for visit is to go to Shanghai Disneyland. This property is so close and has free shuttle to and from Disneyland and Disneytown. It also has free shuttle to the airport and the Bund (make sure to make reservations at front desk ahead of time). The property is very nice--looks very new or newly remodeled. The bedrooms are spacious with the roomy shower and toilet separated by a door from the also roomy sink area. All the staff are friendly although some did not speak english very well. Even with the language barrier, they were nice and tried to be accommodating. If you are thinking of adding breakfast to your booking, just know that it starts at 630am which did not work for us since we wanted to be at Disneyland early with the 7am shuttle. We ended up getting breakfast at Disneyland instead. Only bad thing with the hotel stay was the sewage smell seeping through the little drainage hole next to the toilet. I read about this in other reviews and it is true. The toilet area was smelling really bad with some sort of sewage smell so i covered it with a towel and that solved the problem. For the price we paid, everything was well beyond i expected. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends and family.

This place is a great option to stay when visiting Disneyland! We also stayed the night before so we could check out Disney town and get merched up before the big day. They offer an easy and timely shuttle bus service to/from the park, both airports and the main train station. The room was massive, bathroom was also massive, very comfortable and clean. The hotel was clean and offered transportation from the airport and to disneyland. We had an issue with the airport pick up and ended up at another nearby hotel as that hotel driver said our hotel wasnt expecting to pick us up. After ten minutes the shuttle came for use. Also, we had reservations for three people however the hotel refused to give us three towels.

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer relativ groß und sauber. Die Betten bequem. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht (Duschgel, Shampoo, Fön, Bügeleisen....). Einzig die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel war ein Minuspunkt. Es wird ein Shuttleservice angeboten, der aber abends nicht mehr fährt. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen.

This is a fantastic hotel! We flew in on a late flight and then it took us 2.5 hours to get through passport control and to find a taxi (which is a complete con game—download the DiDi app before you come). We didn’t arrive at the hotel until 2 AM and the staff here were so gracious and even gave us a late checkout. Breakfast is simply amazing and if you have children they will love it! They even had a lady making cotton candy and tons of kid friendly surroundings. Adorable! The rooms are beautiful and the shower is terrific! If we are back in Shanghai this is our definite go to!
