Really nice staff. And the location is good. A shame there was construction work outside the window so the terrace was not so nice because of that. But otherwise nice place!

The mattress is old and hard and the shower is very tight and uncomfortable. There was construction so we couldn't use the balcony. The balcony also had bright lights outside you couldn't turn off and it was very bright at night. It was incredibly warm and we were not able to adjust the temperature unless we opened the door to the balcony (which was very loud with city noise).

Nice place. The only negative was figuring out how to get into the building. Thankfully, someone was coming out and let us in. We parked in a nearby garage and someone did serious damage to our car in there.

Customer service was excellent! There was always someone to assist you when you call, regardless at what time you checked in. Also, the girls in the morning, especially the Venezuelan female employee, went above and beyond to assist us with an excellent breakfast! B&B Dimora are lucky to have such greatemployees! ! I will
