The staff went the extra mile to make sure we had the perfect stay. The rooms were big and clean. The free navette to the beach club and the burn Khalifa were extremely appreciated. Breakfast was great. We had an amazing time and we will definitely come back.

Eine schöne Unterkunft mit einem beheizten Pool, Fitnessraum, 3 Restaurants. Grosse Zimmer mit Balkon. Nettes Personal. Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend und gut. Allerdings täglich ohne jeglichen Wechsel. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass die öffentlichen Taxis vor dem Hotel nicht gerne gesehen wurden. Uns wurden nur die privaten Anbieter vom Personal angeboten. Mit Taxi zur nächsten Metro 20-25 Dirham. Bis Flughafen 55-65 Dirham. Burj Khalifa 35 Dirham. Definitiv ohne Taxi nichts erreichbar, das sollte man einkalkulieren. Da unser Rückflug vor der Frühstückszeit lag, haben wir nach Rückfrage ein To-Go Package erhalten. Das ist jedoch sehr mickrig ausgefallen, Cappuccino und Mini Croissant und O-Saft Mini in Tetrapack. Auf dem Bestellformular wurde auch Obst genannt, leider nichts davon enthalten. Da viele Baustellen am Kanal war es leider nicht ganz ruhig. Direkt neben dem Hotel eine Shishabar, haben dort sehr lecker und gutem Preis gegessen.

TaraQ was my contact initially and he made sure our pick up to and from the airport was a easy. The restaurant on site was a bonus.Thanks everyone for making this a memorable trip for my 2 teenagers, 3 friends and myself.

We had the VIP room with balcony and Burj Khalifa view. Amazing! The hotel is quiet so you are not getting disturbed by other guests during night or while you are on the balcony. Beds are super comfortable, if you like a mattress which is not too soft. Service is amazing and quick. The shuttle service is only offered at 3times a day and it is difficult to get away by public transfer which is a pitty, so you have to take a taxi many times. So I suggest the hotel mainly for business trips as it is located in the business bay. But taxi is not so expensive in Dubai so you can even afford the daily taxi trips.

My sister and I stayed at the Hyde Hotel for 6 nights and the stay was great. The check in was easy and seamless, and our room was beautiful. For a reasonable price, we had two double beds, a very large bathroom, and a balcony. The balcony was lovely and a great feature. The hotel also has many dining options on site. We went to Cleo twice - the food was amazing and it was great to sit outside. We also went to Perq for coffee and croissants several mornings and that was nice too. The pool was one of our favorite offers this hotel has. It had a beautiful city view including the Burj Khalifa. There were chairs in both sun and shade and many umbrellas. There is also a bar and seating area where you can relax and have drinks poolside. The location was central for everything we wanted to do but nothing was really walkable, we had to taxi/Uber everywhere (but these are both quite reasonably priced in Dubai). There is a market/grocery store just by the hotel which was convenient. Overall we would definitely recommend this hotel. The appearance/ambience and decor was modern and new looking, and the staff was friendly and helpful with anything we needed. 10/10!

I have stayed at this hotel several times recently and one of my reviews was probably too harsh, so what I write below is more balanced. This is a nice hotel, with generally very good service, but with one glaring flaw, which is in the booking system and the people running that system. Other staff members, especially the cleaning crew, are unusually friendly. (Hat tip to Tanmoy, the friendly guy who cleaned my room and thanked me for my neatness). The hotel tries to be trendy, and sort of succeeds in drawing a slightly more stylish crowd than most. Of course, these days, that's not saying a lot. But if you know there are two other Hydes, and they are located in Miami, that tells you what you need to know. Generally the facilities are clean and up to date. The gym is decent, as is the pool area. The location in Business Bay is okay, not particularly lively, but 10 minutes to Dubai Mall. The big issue here is that there are 8 suites, the Executive Suites, that are head and shoulders above the rest. The Junior Suites are not really suites at all, but nice larger rooms. The room I booked was a large suite, the Executive Suite, on a high floor. Or at least that's what I thought I had booked, and was assured. The room I was actually given was a small junior suite. But it was an upgrade, and when push comes to shove they give the best rooms to those who have paid the full price. Even if you are a member of a program like Expedia VIP access, don't expect an upgrade

Excellent hotel, service was impeccable, location was pretty good too! Breakfast was excellent, the coffee shop downstairs was great and Katsuya delicious too despite their quiet loud lounge music at night. Please do not miss the whisky bar that took me right back to New York. I would definitely come back!

I recently stayed at the Hyde Hotel Dubai and had an exceptional experience. The hotel is incredibly safe and the staff are friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms and facilities were immaculately clean, which made the stay even more enjoyable. My experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing. The condition of the room was truly appalling — I discovered cockroaches shortly after checking in. This is completely unacceptable for any standard of accommodation, and it made my stay extremely uncomfortable. I would strongly advise management to address these sanitation issues immediately.

Great view of burg khalifa and the water. Room was smaller than expected for a VIP room. Room was cleaned daily, kudos to their cleaning team. Beautiful lobby, aesthetics and great location. Breakfast is pricey, same food everyday but its delicious. Would recommend if you want an hotel close to downtown dubai

The hotel is great! I really loved my stay there, the room were spacious, well decorated, and well maintained. The staff was really nice.The location is ideal, a few minutes away from the mall and easy to access, and the parking valet service was a plus! I highly recommend and would defenitely stay there again!

Property rooms smelt, had to be moved twice. Thanks to the staff. Hotel scent is also very strong could do with toning it down. Hotel sheets are also rough and cleanliness can be improved.

Der Balkon war ebenfalls riesig und wir hatten einen tollen Blick auf das Wahrzeichen der Stadt und den Kanal. Die Lage war ebenfalls perfekt und man konnte einiges zu Fuß erledigen. Der Service war gut bis sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

My sister and I stayed at the Hyde Hotel for 6 nights and the stay was great. The check in was easy and seamless, and our room was beautiful. For a reasonable price, we had two double beds, a very large bathroom, and a balcony. The balcony was lovely and a great feature. The hotel also has many dining options on site. We went to Cleo twice - the food was amazing and it was great to sit outside. We also went to Perq for coffee and croissants several mornings and that was nice too. The pool was one of our favorite offers this hotel has. It had a beautiful city view including the Burj Khalifa. There were chairs in both sun and shade and many umbrellas. There is also a bar and seating area where you can relax and have drinks poolside. The location was central for everything we wanted to do but nothing was really walkable, we had to taxi/Uber everywhere (but these are both quite reasonably priced in Dubai). There is a market/grocery store just by the hotel which was convenient. Overall we would definitely recommend this hotel. The appearance/ambience and decor was modern and new looking, and the staff was friendly and helpful with anything we needed. 10/10!

The staff went the extra mile to make sure we had the perfect stay. The rooms were big and clean. The free navette to the beach club and the burn Khalifa were extremely appreciated. Breakfast was great. We had an amazing time and we will definitely come back.

Nice hotel in general. Just wish someone had put a review on here and mentioned it's not really suitable for families. I had made a booking late last year. Requested connecting rooms as we went as a family. On arrival i was told it wasn't possible, as its subject to availability as mentioned at the time of booking. However considering the fact that the booking was done many months beforehand Hyde should have made sure this was sorted. I confirmed this by email several times before our check in, and then i was told to show proof of this. Anyway for nearly a week out of our 10 night stay the family was placed on different floors, unyil i left a review then suddenly a room became availabe on the same floor whoch was the best they could offer. Prayer mats were Requested before arroval months ago, again after requesting this everyday we didn't get these until our toom was changed. Overall some of the staff is nice. But it shouldnt have taken me to put a review online for them to actually do something about my family being split. I definitely would not recommend going here with the family especially with younger children. Alot of other business we saw going on which i would nt have wanted to be around with my kids for sure. No wonder there are no rooms availabe they are mostly occupied for other reasons.

Disappointed did not recognise Expedia vip status at all. Our room we were given was dirty and the windows full of brown mud. The view was of the side of buildings. Not as pictured on Expedia site (Booked a platinum suite). We asked for another room, and another staff member told us there were other rooms available even in the category above, she then showed us a room in one category up and stated it was available for the entirety of our stay. She then said but this one is for the local people only as we don’t want to upset them. She said I could have an alternative upgraded room for an additional charge of 300 dirrhams a night. When we went back downstairs (confused as to why we had originally been told there were no rooms available) she then had a discussion with the original staff member who checked us in and they came to the conclusion that the room was not available again as soon as we mentioned Expedia VIP (how ironic) I don’t mind not getting an upgrade but please do not advertise this as a VIP hotel.

We had the VIP room with balcony and Burj Khalifa view. Amazing! The hotel is quiet so you are not getting disturbed by other guests during night or while you are on the balcony. Beds are super comfortable, if you like a mattress which is not too soft. Service is amazing and quick. The shuttle service is only offered at 3times a day and it is difficult to get away by public transfer which is a pitty, so you have to take a taxi many times. So I suggest the hotel mainly for business trips as it is located in the business bay. But taxi is not so expensive in Dubai so you can even afford the daily taxi trips.

Positive = great room and spa staff were very friendly. Negatives = half board is a scam with very limited options. Breakfast is limited. Service not 5*. The little touches are missing like bags not taken to room on checkin, nobody explained the half board options (there is only 1 real restaurant and if you don’t like Lebanese then you only have the option of bar food), nobody shows you to a table when having breakfast so you have to walk around trying to find one which is set up for breakfast, lifeguards at pool are rude, pool area is poor with only a few hours of sun a day. All in all we will not stay at this hotel again nor will we ever stay in the Business Bay Area. This is my 12th time to Dubai and we will head back to Jumeirah when we come again.

The pool was one of our favorite offers this hotel has. It had a beautiful city view including the Burj Khalifa. There were chairs in both sun and shade and many umbrellas. There is also a bar and seating area where you can relax and have drinks poolside. The location was central for everything we wanted to do but nothing was really walkable, we had to taxi/Uber everywhere (but these are both quite reasonably priced in Dubai). There is a market/grocery store just by the hotel which was convenient. Overall we would definitely recommend this hotel. The appearance/ambience and decor was modern and new looking, and the staff was friendly and helpful with anything we needed. 10/10!

Great view of burg khalifa and the water. Room was smaller than expected for a VIP room. Room was cleaned daily, kudos to their cleaning team. Beautiful lobby, aesthetics and great location. Breakfast is pricey, same food everyday but its delicious. Would recommend if you want an hotel close to downtown dubai

Excellent hotel, service was impeccable, location was pretty good too! Breakfast was excellent, the coffee shop downstairs was great and Katsuya delicious too despite their quiet loud lounge music at night. Please do not miss the whisky bar that took me right back to New York. I would definitely come back!

I had an amazing stay at Hyde Business Bay Dubai and would absolutely give it 5 stars! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming and went out of his way to make my birthday special by arranging chocolates in my room — such a thoughtful touch that truly made my day. The hotel’s location is perfect: very central and conveniently close to the airport, which made getting around Dubai incredibly easy. Another highlight was the restaurant Occo, which is open until 3 AM every day. Having the option for a late dinner after long days out was a huge bonus, and the food was fantastic. Overall, Hyde Business Bay exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommended!
