This property is in a great location for enjoying the things Georgetown has to offer. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. We loved our room and amenities that came with our room. We spent 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. There were a few minor maintenance issues that could use attention but we will stay here again when visiting the Georgetown area. Be aware, however, that the bar and restaurant on the rooftop includes an 18% gratuity on the bill. This was not disclosed to us and we ended up adding an additional 20%. Othrr Dr than this, we enjoyed our time at the Graham.

Great location, right next to the main shopping street. I had a room facing the street and it was loud till 1-2 am. Also, there is no ice machine on the floors, you will have to ask for room service. There is a gym, but quite small. The roof top bar offers nice view of Georgetown. Parking is hard. The main parking lot in the area (2 blocks away) charges $12 for the first hour then $22 after that for the rest of the day.

Buyer beware. Arrived and was told the elevator unexpectedly broke but was supposedly being fixed the next day. Did not happen. An employee told me the elevator had been broken a month! So when I had booked the reservation for over $500 a night, they knew the lift was broken, yet put me in a room 7 stories up and lied that it would be fixed the next day. I had to take the gross fire exit stairs every day and night; very scary for a woman traveling alone. I stayed 4 days and the elevator was still broken when I checked out. Also, one of the faucets in my bathroom didn’t work. Barely a trickle of water. Finally, the air was also broken in my room, so they had an incredibly noisy floor unit which was pushing air in from an open window in my room. Despite all the issues, the employees were very nice; especially considering the problems they had to deal with and several guests who were angry because of same problems I experienced.

Arrived early and was told to come back at 4pm. There was no "we will call you when your room was ready". Receptionist sat in an office and spoke to us from there. No on site restaurant for breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable and location was good. Internet very slow. Cleaning service was great.

Ok. Seemingly the main HVAC system was down so upscale hotel trying to run with room air conditioners. Not good from a sustainability or comfort perspective. And never communicated. Generous with snacks and water maybe to compensate.

Great place to stay if you are going to visit the Capitol. Walking distance to the Wharf. Great selection of restaurants. Rooftop bar was nice and speakeasy in the basement was exceptional.

We have stayed at this hotel before and the location is absolutely fabulous. However, one of the reasons we stay here is bc of the rooftop bar and when we checked in and asked when the bar opened, we were told there would be a wait and the hotel guests don’t get preferential treatment. THAT was a real disappointment. The next night we tried to go up after dinner and were told the bar was closed. It was 10 and a bunch of us were turned away. 10pm??? Lame. Finally, the last night we wanted to go up but since it was July 4th they told us it was a ticketed event. Fine. But for the amount we paid for the hotel, with no real access to the bar, not sure we will be staying here again. :(

The bathroom showered smelled like sewage. Maintenance came up and was not surprised. Despite "fix", was extremely strong. After second complaint, was offered another room, with we had to move without assistance. The second room's AC did not work. The room was 80 degrees (outside was 84). The phone also did not work in this room. Eventually, after 2 stops at the front desk, the AC was fixed, phone was not.

Room was oddly dirty, with construction debris and trash in the patio area. Large tip for housecleaning and a note asking for clean up did not yield desired results, although the tip was promptly collected. No wi-fi was available in my room. Pick up of trash and recycling does not appear to be part of housecleaning, as none were picked up in my room during a three night stay. A water leak from the room above and subsequent protracted clean-up were an unpleasant surprise, with no alternate room or at least a discount offered by the management. I stopped by the rooftop bar to drown my hotel sorrows in a pint of beer, only to find out that there is no draft beer available. Not sure what to make of this place...

Hotel is tired. Deferred maintenance makes this place look worn. Bathroom smelled like wet rags when we arrived. Mattresses desperately need replacing--each night was an effort to stay in the middle so you didn't roll off the sides. They try to offer ammenities but they are just sad--complementary snacks are - 2 bags of off brand chips and a Pepsi. They advertise doing a survey for a free drink with their house made tequila--but when you go to the bar they say the drink is a beer. Woman who checked us in didn't even look up from her computer to tell us check in time was 4. And even the our room wasn't ready until 6:00. The poor cleaning people have to push huge carts that don't fit the hallways. There are always piles of dirty linen in the halls. The rooftop bar has nice views but pricy and mediocre drinks --and beware that every bill has a 20% service charge (and the service matches that they aren't working for tips). The location is great --close to Georgetown and the waterfront but they really should bill themselves as a budget hotel--and charge that way. The restaurant next door--say cheese--has quick breakfast items. Best sandwich is Cafe con Bagel. Best breakfast bowl was at Yellow. Good greek ice cream at Yala. Favorite clothing store-Reformation. And take a class at Core Power--it is a 2 minute walk and a lot of fun.

Cozy Speakeasy & Roof Top bar on site which both provided an AMAZING way to close out your evening, The lamb chops were freaking delicious! Also free chips & soda offered in room. The room was nice. Weird, kinda stale smell when we arrived. Like the pipes in the shower area need to be cleaned. After we used our spray it was fine. A few stains on the carpet that we reported, There are 2 tv’s in the room, however the one in the bedroom did not have a signal. Tech fixed it Saturday afternoon however when we returned from dinner it was back out again & no one was available to fix it. We were able to receive accommodation for this missing amenity. All in all we enjoyed our stay & will definitely return.

The hotel is very nice, in a perfect location, and has a cool vibe, but there were some annoying factors that kept me from giving it a 5. There isn’t a traditional restaurant in the building, but when I booked I saw that there was a rooftop bar with some food options that looked fun and a Speak Easy in the basement so I was really looking forward to going to both over the weekend. The entire weekend was pretty much booked in both so there was no way to get any food or a night cap. The staff was nice and apologetic about the situation though. Also, we had ants in our room and even found a few in our bed.

The biggest issue with this hotel is WiFi. The signal in my room was so weak, that I couldn’t even log on. I had lots of work to do and couldn’t even complete it because of the lack of WiFi. Not sure if every room was like this, some areas of the hotel might be better than others? But I will likely choose another spot next time because of this.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Georgetown. Huge marble bathroom, though some additional lighting would be appreciated. Complimentary snacks and drinks in the room are a nice ammenity when traveling.

The location was perfect. We had a room ( a bit dark and dingy) on the first floor that went right out to the lobby and above the speakeasy. We had 2 young children in bed at 8pm with loud music pounding on the floor. When asked about it we were told it would be over by 11pm each night. We also had to call to have our room serviced at 4pm. The valet gentleman was so kind and nice best part of the stay.

Great location and lovely property. The site says check-in at 4, but you can message them to request an earlier check-in (says you’ll hear back in one business day). Great, except they don’t seem to check it and never messaged back. I had to stay the night with my 84 year old mother bc we were stranded from the tropical storm Debby. I paid up front with Hotels.com. The Graham took my credit card details for incidentals and put a hold on my card. I didn’t use anything. I should had received back on my card ( after 5 business days) I was told. I’m back in Australia where I live and still they haven’t taken the hold off. I was also charged a destination fee. They never told me about this bc I paid everything with Hotels.com. This is thievery if you ask me. I tried emailing 3 times.. no response and called to get some answers. Nothing. I’m extremely disappointed and would never stay there again!

When we arrived in our room, the sink was not draining, the top of the toilet was put on backwards and one of the lights was out in the bathroom. On our first night the fire alarm went off (which was understandable) but the hotel never issued an apology or an explanation the next day. In addition, the girl at the front desk that evening was crabby and unhelpful. The next morning the front desk personnel barely said good morning or gave us an update on the fire situation. Many of the women that tend the front desk will see guests exit the elevator and immediately look down so that they don't have to say good morning. I used to like this hotel but I don't think I will come back.

I love the Graham. Perfect location and nice rooms and bathrooms. Love the rooftop bar. The breakfast spot is great too. The front desk staff are consistently not very friendly and seem annoyed by minor questions or requests and I've experienced this same thing on multiple stays at this hotel now so it would be nice if they were friendlier and seemed more interested in being friendly and helpful to guests. The front door guys/bell hops are really great though.

Excellent hotel, clean rooms, comfortable beds, great amenities, appreciated the complementary snacks and sodas. Rooftop bar has excellent food and the cheese restaurant next door was also fantastic. Prices were extremely reasonable given the location and the food prices were also very fair. Will visit again.

I loved the property and its proximity to M St & Wisconsin Ave, the main streets in Georgetown. Their checkin is not until 4pm which hindered our ability to get to our function, but the property, room with a balcony, rooftop & speakeasy bars were great!

This property is in a great location for enjoying the things Georgetown has to offer. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. We loved our room and amenities that came with our room. We spent 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. There were a few minor maintenance issues that could use attention but we will stay here again when visiting the Georgetown area. Be aware, however, that the bar and restaurant on the rooftop includes an 18% gratuity on the bill. This was not disclosed to us and we ended up adding an additional 20%. Othrr Dr than this, we enjoyed our time at the Graham.

Cozy Speakeasy & Roof Top bar on site which both provided an AMAZING way to close out your evening, The lamb chops were freaking delicious! Also free chips & soda offered in room. The room was nice. Weird, kinda stale smell when we arrived. Like the pipes in the shower area need to be cleaned. After we used our spray it was fine. A few stains on the carpet that we reported, There are 2 tv’s in the room, however the one in the bedroom did not have a signal. Tech fixed it Saturday afternoon however when we returned from dinner it was back out again & no one was available to fix it. We were able to receive accommodation for this missing amenity. All in all we enjoyed our stay & will definitely return.
