Small parking lot, there wasn’t any space to park and had to wait outside until someone left. Drunk people by the pool, disrespecting others, and no response from front desk. Arrived to room, there was no shampoo, and the bed smelled like gasoline. One night there were minors in the pool at 3 am making noises and no one from the staff cared. Car had a blowout because there is construction around the hotel and nails were left all over the parking lot. Not a comfortable nor safe place to stay.

Stayed for two days for flight training at Midland airpark next door. We arrived at 10:30pm. Jessica handled check in and was super nice. We were pleasantly surprised it was a dog friendly hotel. But didn't bring our dog. The hotel was very modern and clean. The room was very nice with all of the modern day amenities including USB ports around the room. The TV is a smart TV, but the cable didn't display the guide. My only issue was the water pressure was alittle low in the room. During our stay, i would receive texts from hotel staff making sure our experience was going well. I addressed the water pressure issue to them. They did ask is we needed maintenance to address the water pressure. But it wasn't a big deal for us. Overall great modern place with wonderful staff, hot breakfast every morning and coffee all day. They also have a fridge to buy snacks and drinks for those late night craves at the front desk. Im going back to Midland in a couple of weeks and Im definitely gonna stay there again!

I didn’t like that. The fact I checked into my room open the door and was hit with a sewage smell, told the front desk immediately about it. They smelt it as well, and they just brought me Lysol.

It was a very ordinary stay. The cleanliness was compromised as there were human hair in the shower area. Also there was very thin flow of water in the bathroom sink and there was no one to attend to the complaint.

We had stayed here when it first opened & it was a great experience. But this time not so much. The room was definitely not as clean as before. The sofa bed had macaroni and cheese along with crayons in which means it was never previously cleaned! The toliet seat had pee stains all over it so it as well was not previously cleaned. Then in the evening when we returned back to the room there were guests outside smoking Marijuana. We will definitely not be returning. Highly disappointed especially for the price we paid we could have stayed somewhere different with probably a better experience.

On check-in, we were given a first floor room. When we went to the room , we realized we were given Room # 123, which is right next to the lobby and the breakfast area. I wanted to change the room but thought it would be too much of a hassle since the desk clerk seemed new. It ended up not being too noisy ( as we thought ) because the hotel was not very busy that night . That room also had a large visible tear in the sofa . I took a photo of it and showed it to the desk clerk later. She apologized and asked me if I wanted to change rooms, but we were already settled in, so I declined. Hence, my review is somewhat middling.

So staff was great but there were only two things that were negative about my trip. First is that our water was out for one of the days and we had no follow up after making that complaint though thankfully the next morning it returned. Lastly there are no locks on the bathroom due to the sliding doors. This is bizzare and needs to be corrected. We have young children and people in the bathroom need privacy. Please correct this.

Nice newer hotel, great staff, but wish they had at least a toaster or toaster oven in the "kitchen". I don't really consider a microwave a full kitchen. They will bring you a hot plate if you ask.

Clean and comfortable. Good amenities. Practically a full kitchen in the room. Large fridge. The only thing I would recommend is more pillows. Only 3 on the bed and they’re flat as a pancake. My husband and I both needed two, but only had 3. Should have asked for another.

My father passed away while I was there moving him to assisted living. Your staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Sam, one of the young ladies gave me a condolence gift. I've never had someone do something so nice for me. I was a stranger and she made me feel like I had someone there supporting and caring for me.

The front desk agent was extremely rude, we waited 10-15 min to check in, she came out of the restroom, understandable sometimes you just need a minute. She asked my boyfriend do you need something, he told her we just needed to check in which she rolled her eyes and huffed at us, it was 4 pm literally no reason to be upset that people are checking in. The eye rolling and short responses just continued from there. Outside of her everyone else and every thing else was great! So I do recommend staying just avoid this specific employee.

This is a nice hotel. It looks really new and is very clean. Our check-in clerk was friendly and immediately located my reservation. The breakfast area was really nice. My only real complaint was the breakfast. I liked the many topping for the oatmeal. But the "gourmet breakfast sandwiches" were abysmal. They hadn\'t been heated. They were room temp on the outside and ice cold in the middle. Really disgusting and there was no microwave to heat it up (unless I wanted to go up to my room) and no one to even ask. I have to admit, that level of apathy did not give me a good impression. The hotel is not really walkable to anything where. So I wouldn\'t stay here if you don\'t have a car. Otherwise, it was easy to find things. And the view around the hotel is not particularly great. We were there when the grass is dead, so it probably looks better in the spring, but it\'s mostly just flat around the hotel. Once you are inside, it\'s fine. But if you are looking for atmosphere ... We were in town to see museums and it worked great for that.

I liked the size of the room and how well kept it was. Better signage to enter the driveway to get to the hotel. It was a little confusing because it is right behind a Dutch Bros coffee location.

I have been to the one in Albuquerque NM and it had fresh cooked food for breakfast, clean pool, room service so I had to come to the one in Midland when we did our family trip. I was rather disappointed in the fact that all the food was microwave food, nothing fresh. The dining room area was small, the pool was not cleaned the three days I was there. Room service never came to offer fresh towels or to throw our trash.
