Delightful stay, excellent service all around. Amazing rooftop adults only pool was bliss. Breakfast lovely. Special recognition to Hesham at concierge and Marina at the spa - sublime massage. One tip - don’t take a private taxi from the hotel take a metered taxi. Private taxis charge 3 x regular price…The service here is seriously top notch. Will return.

It is a very good hotel . Spectacular view and great restaurants and breakfast . I highly recommend getting breakfast included . Great gym and 77 floor infinity pool overlooking the view of Dubai! Definitely will be back.

Nous sommes un peu déçu de notre séjour car nous étions avec nos enfants de 3ans et 1an et nous n’avons pas eu l’information que la piscine au 75eme étage était réservé aux adultes. L’espace enfant vers la piscine était petit et l’eau gelée! Donc pas super adapté pour des enfants, dommage! Je penses pas qu’on reviendra dans cet hôtel avec des enfants. Cela est plutôt adapté pour les adultes.

Great ambience, near and walkable to plenty restaurants. Easy to get in/out by taxi and very good access the main road, making it convenient to go anywhere in Dubai, without being stuck in traffic, which is the case in most other marina hotels. Breakfast buffet is excellent and the infinity pool on the 77th is something else. Will definitely go back

amazing stay! we visited dubai from usa for our babies first birthday and the hotel staff made her feel so special!! we were not able to access the infinity pool lounge with a baby but the pools in the property are spectacular with private beach access! also a few minutes walk to popular marina restaurants! definitely recommend if you want to be a walks away from blue water and marina walk

Wow where do I start... Amazing location, extremely clean, room was spacious and they defo put a big effort into details. Amenities were also spot on, big swimming pools, restaurants are very good aswell, high speed wifi and staff are to commend. I would like to mention Kirk, Stefan and Mrs Alpha who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Thank you everyone and see you soon.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! I would like to especially mention Karim from the 77 Pool – he was extremely friendly, attentive, and made the pool experience very enjoyable. At the gym, Said was also outstanding. He is a very helpful and experienced coach who gave great advice and support during workouts. During breakfast, the gentleman from India behind the coffee counter did an amazing job. He fulfilled every coffee request with a smile, and the coffee tasted absolutely delicious. Overall, all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely come back!

Extremely good hotel with courteous and friendly staff. The choices and quality of food was faultless. The only issue experienced was the refurbishment of the roof top pool - loud drilling throughout the day which spoilt the atmosphere.

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel is located very well we’re you can walk out to many places. The staff was nice and quick when we needed something. The 77 floor pool was a dream! The service is definitely 5 star! The gym was nice with a beautiful view and bathroom had steam sauna & dry sauna. The room had tea & coffee & water complementary. They has room service twice a day with restock in waters. In all amazing place would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel! Our room was pretty specious and the cleaning staff always did an amazing job cleaning our room. Loved the dining options. Food was always top notch. The beach is nice and clean. Shops, restaurants, coffee shops outside the hotel were all walking distance which was very convenient.

An amazing experience. Very high standard of hospitality, impeccable service and everyone was nice. Every corner of the hotel is spotlessly clean and of course the view from the rooftop pool is breathtaking.

Dubai滞在では二つのホテルに宿泊しました。 1軒目のホテルはブルジュハリファの近くでしたが、室内の照明がかなり暗く、少し古びた感じで、景色もオーシャンビューでしたが、あまり好きではありませんでした。 Address beach resortは、倍ほどの額ですが、部屋も明るく、絶景、ホテルの香りも最高で、エントランスも清潔感があり、ゴージャスで可愛い、 オーシャンビューも観覧車や夜景が綺麗で、なにより77階のインフィニティプールが贅沢で最高のひとときとなりました。 日本は特に、食べ物やホテルなどの物価が安く、日本のサービスは最高だと改めて思いましたが、 Address beach resortも素晴らしかったです。 問題は1つ、1つの枕の裏側に黄色いシミがあった事です。 あと、ホテルの作りや、砂漠のある国の為難しいのかもしれませんが、できれば、窓が綺麗だと景色がもっと綺麗だなと思いました。

This was a superb and very comfortable stay in an amazing building that is super well located - walking distance from so many great places. All room amenities and building facilities were first class and breakfast was outstanding. The service and the hygiene stand out the most, the staff were the most helpful and responsive I have experienced in a long time . The room and the whole place were super clean and fragrant the whole time. An only small observation is that maybe the soundproofing the room can be a bit better it was easy to hear people outside or in next room and the sound of watercraft in the marina through the window even on 12th floor however this is just minor as most sound stopped later in the evening. Thank you for a really lovely and super comfortable stay

Our room did not have very good view but the infinity pool on the 77th floor was amazing, restaurant on the 73rd floor offer fantastic night view of the city and waters below. House keeping placed a sunglasses cloth with the hotel logo neatly placed next to my wife’s sunglasses left on the table, very nice touch. Tablet that control everything was a bonus

Hotel is located at the end of JBR and in the heat it is really hard to walk to all the main restaurants. The actual hotel rooms are only located from levels one to 16 so you won’t get any high rooms unless you book the residence apartments section. This was a really big disappointment for us as I was hoping to get a really high floor but the Hotel rooms only go to level 16. The Hotel itself is broken up and you need to use multiple lifts to get to different places. If you’re staying at the hotel for example you need to go down to the lobby and then catch a separate lift to go back up to the gym and the same as well if you’re going to the ground floor pools. All this needs to be considered when booking. An example was when my partner asked me to meet him at the infinity pool and I was at the ground floor pools but go past the room to grab something.. what a mission. Lift from ground floor to lobby.. change lift to room.. grab item.. then lift back to lobby.. change lifts.. lift to gym/spa level.. change lift again by walking through spa, finally getting to the lift to take me up to 77.. Wow! I love the Hotel and the service, including the breakfast buffet including organic locally sourced vegetables and fruits as well as the turndown service each night. It’s a great experience to do once but I don’t think I’ll book it again if I want to stay in JBR. I would probably book a hotel that’s a little bit more in the centre of JBR. And one more thing the beach water was so green

Wow! I love the Hotel and the service, including the breakfast buffet including organic locally sourced vegetables and fruits as well as the turndown service each night. It’s a great experience to do once but I don’t think I’ll book it again if I want to stay in JBR. I would probably book a hotel that’s a little bit more in the centre of JBR. And one more thing the beach water was so green

We were amazed with the Hotel Services the moment we arrived and stepped at the hotel lobby. Greeters and bellman’s came and grabbed our belongings and didn’t have to worry about them all the way to our room! Our room has a lovely canal view where we would sit at night and fascinated with the lighted up buildings across, the bridge and canal changing lights and boats/cruises that passes by! Our experience at the infinity pool at 77 was nothing but a dream come true! Breakfast staff were the best and the buffet selection has been one of the best I have experienced! Food and drinks at all restaurants were amazing and I would definitely come back with my family!

Beautiful hotel! Our room was pretty specious and the cleaning staff always did an amazing job cleaning our room. Loved the dining options. Food was always top notch. The beach is nice and clean. Shops, restaurants, coffee shops outside the hotel were all walking distance which was very convenient.

Wow where do I start... Amazing location, extremely clean, room was spacious and they defo put a big effort into details. Amenities were also spot on, big swimming pools, restaurants are very good aswell, high speed wifi and staff are to commend. I would like to mention Kirk, Stefan and Mrs Alpha who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Thank you everyone and see you soon.

This was a superb and very comfortable stay in an amazing building that is super well located - walking distance from so many great places. All room amenities and building facilities were first class and breakfast was outstanding. The service and the hygiene stand out the most, the staff were the most helpful and responsive I have experienced in a long time . The room and the whole place were super clean and fragrant the whole time. An only small observation is that maybe the soundproofing the room can be a bit better it was easy to hear people outside or in next room and the sound of watercraft in the marina through the window even on 12th floor however this is just minor as most sound stopped later in the evening. 4 nights were extended to 6 as it was that amazing! 10 mins walk to Marina, 10 mins to Bluewaters and 5 mins to JBR. So a fantastic location. Infinity pool was something truly special. Room with stunning views. We ate in all the restaurants, all top notch. All the staff were ace but Special shout out to Adam duty manager. We’ll be back!!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, from start to finish we were treated exceptional. We arrived early and they were able to give us our room. The pool areas are all so great, attentive staff, suncream, water and even a sunglasses cleaning service. The rooftop pool is spectacular! We took the club package and it’s totally worth it, lunch and evening snacks/drinks included. We even extended our stay by one night and Douglas at reception made it all so seamless. Would 100% recommend anyone consider to take the plunge, it’s definitely worth every penny!

Check-in was very poor. We booked 2 rooms and asked for either interconnecting or on same floor months ago. On check in we were put on different floors and one room had been downgraded and too small for our family. After many calls and getting through to a manager we were given another room of the spec we paid for but still not on same floor. Food is quite expensive and quite average. Only 1 out of 4 pools is allowed for children so not great for families. Hotel is on JBR so plenty of eating options a few minutes walk.

The location was perfect. Everything is in walking distance, transport, food, shopping options. I travelled as a lone female and I felt completely safe. The Hotel is located at the top of the WALK, which is perfect for entertainment. Breakfast was included in my stay, which was brilliant, but I would suggest leaving the hotel for dinner as there are so many options. The Head Concierge, Nicolai Lisii was phenomenal. I travelled for my birthday and he manged to secure a spot at a sort after restaurant for my birthday dinner within 24 hours of me arriving. His patience and care was outstanding. I've been to Dubai on several occasions and I never stay in the same hotel. I can honestly note that I would revisit the Address (Beach Resort), in a heartbeat.

amazing stay! we visited dubai from usa for our babies first birthday and the hotel staff made her feel so special!! we were not able to access the infinity pool lounge with a baby but the pools in the property are spectacular with private beach access! also a few minutes walk to popular marina restaurants! definitely recommend if you want to be a walks away from blue water and marina walk

I even asked for the VIP room upgrade and was told by the hotel staff that I would have to pay for any room upgrades. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! I would like to especially mention Karim from the 77 Pool – he was extremely friendly, attentive, and made the pool experience very enjoyable. At the gym, Said was also outstanding. He is a very helpful and experienced coach who gave great advice and support during workouts. During breakfast, the gentleman from India behind the coffee counter did an amazing job. He fulfilled every coffee request with a smile, and the coffee tasted absolutely delicious. Overall, all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely come back!

This is a beautiful, elegant luxury hotel. The rooms and service are immaculate. They accomodated our earlier arrival and were very hospitable. The location is so convenient, close enough to the palm and ammmenities, without the traffic. It is a wondeful hotel, truly wonderful.

Hotel is located at the end of JBR and in the heat it is really hard to walk to all the main restaurants. The actual hotel rooms are only located from levels one to 16 so you won’t get any high rooms unless you book the residence apartments section. This was a really big disappointment for us as I was hoping to get a really high floor but the Hotel rooms only go to level 16. The Hotel itself is broken up and you need to use multiple lifts to get to different places. If you’re staying at the hotel for example you need to go down to the lobby and then catch a separate lift to go back up to the gym and the same as well if you’re going to the ground floor pools. All this needs to be considered when booking. An example was when my partner asked me to meet him at the infinity pool and I was at the ground floor pools but go past the room to grab something.. what a mission. Easy to get in/out by taxi and very good access the main road, making it convenient to go anywhere in Dubai, without being stuck in traffic, which is the case in most other marina hotels. The staff really make it special. Rooftop bar and infinity pool has spectacular views and the beach is lovely and clean. We were on a club deal which was a good idea but we did venture to the Chinese restaurant one evening for a superb meal.

I think this might the best hotel in Dubai. I and my wife really enjoyed it. The rooftop pool on 77 floor is amazing with great views. Its a highlight of the hotel. You cannot find better in Dubai. The room was clean, great bed, modern and included flip-flops and beach bag - nice touch. Breakfast was also great with many options. I wish the staff was better organized and served coffee faster during the breakfast. If they have modern coffee machines like in other hotels the guest could serve themselves. I don't like getting coffee after finishing breakfast. The hotel staff was nice and accommodating. What I was surprised about are the prices for food and beverages. Everything is extremely expensive. Its not related to the hotel but to whole Dubai. I would not choose Dubai gor holidays due to this fact anymore. Overall great experience.

Wow where do I start... Amazing location, extremely clean, room was spacious and they defo put a big effort into details. Amenities were also spot on, big swimming pools, restaurants are very good aswell, high speed wifi and staff are to commend. I would like to mention Kirk, Stefan and Mrs Alpha who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Thank you everyone and see you soon.

My second stay, excellent hotel, staff amazing, from front desk to those attending to the rooms, pool, restaurants. Beds comfortable, pool facilities amazing, clean, cold drinking water, sunscreen, towels as needed. Amazing location, walkable to Blue Waters and Marina. Just go, you won't regret it!
