The idea is great, execution is poor. The pods are incredibly poorly built and flimsy. Walls are very thin, to the point where you can hear other people breathe. The earplugs solution to this problem is a little bit funny. The ventilation / air conditioner wasn't very useful and would frequently blow in big chunks of dust off the roof of the pod which nobody has cleaned in years. The towel provided by the hotel was tiny (i.e face towel size) and there was no soap provided. Sad thing is, I think I little bit more effort and a tiny bit more expense on behalf of the owners here would make a big difference.

Really appreciated the opportunity for luggage storage, from about 12 noon the day of booking and until 1800 the day of checking out. This made my life so much easier and meant you could really maximise the visit. Showers were good, but not enough toilet roll. Pods are fine, clean and did the job.

When I went to the booth with the designated number, it was still used by the previous person and it was not cleaned at all. When I told them about it by email, they sent me a replacement booth, but the replacement booth was not lit and I couldn't charge it. I used that booth because it was already troublesome to communicate.
