The parking staff was incredible and made me feel like it was going to be a great stay from the beginning. Positive attitude, prepared to answer my English questions, and kind. I am a frequent traveler and was surprised about how great the parking staff was. Overall great stay.

Great spot near Kyoto Station. The room was nice and the staff helped with setting up delivery of my suitcase between hotels as long as you plan 24 hrs ahead.
