The staff was very friendly and courteous. Nice secure underground parking. Small room but very clean and conveniently located. You are able to walk to everything. Restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops.. etc.. Very nice and generous breakfast buffet. hotel breakfast buffet was open at 7am. Not many cafes or restaurants open on Sunday morning at 8am.

Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Parkplätze sind leider schnell ausgebucht und auch sehr eng. Eine gute Alternative ist aber das Interparking Brucity (vor allem sicher). Das Frühstück ist wie bei den meisten Holiday Inn Express Hotels ausreichend, aber mit Luft nach oben. Unser Zimmer war groß und schön eingerichtet.

3 night stay. Room was clean and comfortable, if perhaps on the small side. Shower was excellent - large with plenty of hot water and good gel and shampoo. Hotel is secure as front desk always staffed and key card needed when going up in the lift. Plenty of restaurants in the area as no food on offer in the evening. Breakfast is marginally above average with food available. A good base for a short stay as easy to get around from there and a choice of metro stations nearby.

If you travel with a car, it’s very hard to find parking spot on street to check in. Their only underground parking is so narrow to drive in. When you are in the underground parking, no card can’t go back to lobby. Before 3pm, it’s impossible to get your room.

Great included breakfast. The room was very clean and spacious and was daily clean. The parking was confortable with a very reasonable fee. Although is not by Grand Place but walkable to it and to all major touristic sites. Would recommend it

Excellent location with easy access to Brussels city centre and tourist attractions. The hotel was very clean, entrance hall pleasant with bar and seating area. The bedroom was spacious and had hot drink facilities, hair drier, ironing board. Benefit was the car parking with large spaces whilst a tight access from street. Breakfast was excellent - continental style. Definitely recommend.

Hotel sucio y con mal olor. Cuando nos quisimos meter a la cama la primera noche la abrimos y no habían cambiado las sábanas del los huéspedes anteriores estaban todas sucias y con mal olor. Hablamos a recepción para que enviaran sábanas nuevas y nunca las mandaron, tuvimos que dormir sobre la cama y hasta el día siguiente las cambiaron. Jamás regresaría a este hotel

Room was not ready on time. The shower drain was clogged with hair and caused a flood on the floor. We fixed it ourselves and mopped up with the towels in our room to keep the water from reaching the carpeted area

Very good check in experience. Room somewhat small with no mini fridge. Bedding very hot but good air conditioning. Bathroom was small but adequate although the wash basin was ridiculously large. Good selection of food for breakfast. Be aware that the neighbourhood is undergoing a lot of reconstruction

Me and my husband had a lovely stay here for 2 nights. Beds were very comfy, Hotels was exceptionally clean and staff were friendly enough- however we requested 1 extra pillow as I hve trouble with my neck but the request was ignored, we were told one would be sent up and it never arrived, on questioning what happened we were told that ‘there most probably were none to spare’ but we could have been informed of this The shower and bathroom again were very clean the only issue was the water pressure- it was extremely low. On the whole a pleasant stay and a very convenient location

The hotel is very good to access the nicer parts of Brussels quickly. However the hotel is on a corner very close the apartments opposite which was the view that we had from our room. The area was very noisy although that is not the fault of the hotel. The room itself was ok, there were stains on the carpets of our room but the room was clean. The beds were awful. We had two single beds and both of us did not sleep well at all, very soft and when you turned over it felt like you would roll off the bed. We had booked for 4 nights but left after 3. The hotel staff dealt with us satisfactorily but we didn't really ask anything or raise our issues with them.

Although the woman who checked me in was rude, my four nights at this hotel were very nice. My room was comfortable and clean; breakfast was very good; and the hotel is located in a nice, safe neighborhood (which was important as I was traveling alone). Easy walk to Grand Place and nice restaurants. I would stay here again for the reasons I listed.

I had the most amazing stay in this wonderfully located hotel. Everything is within walking distance and so easy. Staff was great as well. But especially Azziz from the (late night team) front desk who stood out amazingly with his distinct professionnalism. Anything you asked, he simply went above and beyond! This person should be in management level for his genuine and profound understanding of customer service and his great leadership in handling any matter. Thank you.

Really good apart from the fact the staff gave incorrect info to the taxi they booked for us and this cost at least double what we should have paid to get to the station which we asked for which was close by. We should have double checked!! Assumed the route the driver took was because of one way system. Didn’t walk just because of the heat ..

Ideal place to stay at a decent price. Clean and modern. Breakfast was included in the price of our stay and it was very good. Staff were very helpful. Receptionist was really nice in organising a taxi quickly when our transfer to the airport failed to arrive. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

Stayed here for a long weekend. Really handy for all the main tourist attractions and close to bars and restaurants. The room was great, comfy beds and great to have air con. Bathroom was spacious and had basic toiletries. Cleaned every day and towels freshened up. No wardrobe as such but space to hang up clothes, for a long weekend this was absolutely fine for us l. One thing was a lack of a safe to store our passports. I would stay here again

The property was reasonably clean and very close to city centre. The staff needs to be trained and improve the communication skills. They were not aware of WHS policies and first aid kit. The breakfast was poor indeed and when we sought the reason they said because it is free!! There is nothing in the world free. They have a very special orange juice which tastes anything but orange. When asked the reason, the reception advised it is what it is and the container is a 10 litre one so it was very difficult to fill it - we were advised they had to mix it with other remaining left over

Hotel didn’t have scramble eggs for breakfast. Also the options for breakfast are quite poor. Still Water dispenser should He available 24/7 Wifi was very poor. They didn’t want to register my stay under IHG loyalt program, as I did my registration through Expedia.

It was a great hotel. Very walkable to the attractions, close to a train station. Breakfast was great but if you stay more than 3 days you get tired of it because they serve the same things everyday. So you will get tired of us I g the same everyday for breakfast . But overall it was great!!
