I've loved every La Siesta I've stayed at. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Their spa is also hands down the best spa I have ever been to (and I've been to many). The staff went above and beyond, storing our luggage and offering us breakfast a day in advance as we were leaving early the next morning before breakfast time.

Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. We arrived really early on our first day after getting the overnight train from sapa. They had some early check outs so got straight onto cleaning us a room and we got checked in 3 hours early! On our second night they had a spare suite room available so offered us an upgrade. The breakfast had a good selection, the pool was a good temperature (cold but an enjoyable cold after being out and about) and the bar was stocked with a good selection. The hotel is also well situated for exploring. Over all we were very happy with our stay here! Would definitely recommend.

I had such a lovely check in experience with Freya. She was a delight, and made me feel so welcome. A true asset to your hotel. In fact, all the staff were wonderful. Not going to lie, I did miss having an outside space. The pool is located in a sort of courtyard on the ground floor, so gets no sun. I could see the guests at a nearby hotel sitting around their rooftop pool, and was a little bit jealous. Personally, I think it was a mistake to put the pool downstairs. I’m sure having it on the roof would have made it more popular, and increased the uptake of food and beverages, as people would have spent more time lounging around the hotel. There is an entire upper floor dedicated to the restaurant and sky bar, which seemed rarely used, apart from breakfast. I had an exceptionally well-made Singapore sling in the bar, where they do 2-4-1 cocktails during their happy hour from 4-6pm, and a lovely smoked duck salad. I had an executive club room, which was on the 12th floor. The advantage of these rooms is that you have no one above, so less noisy. You can still hear some of the outside noise, so will probably need earplugs. Some better fitted/quality patio doors in the rooms may have helped with the soundproofing here. The rooms at the back of the hotel are definitely quieter. Try to avoid the 10th floor. The breakfast buffet is served in the 11th floor restaurant, and there’s a lot of chair scrapping going on. Another issue with the layout. The room itself was amazing.

Stayed in three hotels whilst using Hanoi as a base to explore Northern Vietnam and La Siesta was by far the best. Service excellent, facilities (pool and gym) as described and a fantastic roof top bar and restaurant for breakfast. A great place to explore Hanoi.

Albergo nel cuore pulsante di hanoi. Al confine del mercato notturno che si tiene ad hanoi... Comodissimo basta attraversare la strada e si è gia dentro. Albergo completo di tutto. Pulito, confortevole silenzioso. Sottolineo la cortesia ed estrema gentilezza di tutti gli operatori in particolare Duc e Hieu. Excellent service by all the staff. Big, clean bedroom and bathroom. Very near landmarks, popular shops and restaurants. The hotel was so conveniently close to everything and relaxing to stay at that I regreted having to check out because of our trip to Sapa. We could have stayed in this hotel forever because service given by everyone was simply best.

ホアンキエム湖や旧市街に徒歩で行けます。小さいホテルですが掃除はしっかりされており清潔。スタッフも深夜の到着でしたが気持ちよく対応して頂き、清掃スタッフやドアマンも気持ちの良い対応でした。朝食はフォーやオムレツをオーダー式で作ってもらえるし、パンや肉類、フルーツやヨーグルトなど一通りあります。チェックアウト後にも飛行機の時間まで荷物を預かってもらい、シャワーも貸してくれました。最後にお土産と手厚いお見送りがあり、感謝です。

You can still hear some of the outside noise, so will probably need earplugs. Some better fitted/quality patio doors in the rooms may have helped with the soundproofing here. The rooms at the back of the hotel are definitely quieter. Try to avoid the 10th floor. The breakfast buffet is served in the 11th floor restaurant, and there’s a lot of chair scrapping going on. Another issue with the layout. The room itself was amazing.

If you want some seclusion away from the world then book the owners suite. It has its own balcony with tall plants surrounding.. unfortunately I would rather look at the nightlife and bustle of the old quarter, so I could have saved some money and got a front balcony- let me be clear, that’s my fault! Not the hotels!! But I thought I would share to give a perspective that the best room in the house is not always the most desirable On-site massage was good, expensive, but a nice experience. Food and drink spot on with service and quality

Good location in Hanoi Old Quarter. Room is clean and comfortable. Service is excellent and very friendly. The staff made you feel welcome from the minute you entered the hotel, until you left. The facilities and the location are everything you could want from your stay in Hanoi. The sraff were very attentive from before your arrival, checking to see if required pick-up from the airport. I couldn't fault anything about the hotel and would highly recommend you choose it for your stay in Hanoi.

The stay at the hotel was very good. The staff specifically Giang and Tram were always there to help and assist. The tour to Ninh Binh was well organised. Pick up and drop to airport was excellent service. Breakfast buffet was great. Highly recommended.

We booked this after staying in one of the La Siesta hotels in Ho Chi Minh. The location btw Old Quarter and French Quarter was ideal to explore Hanoi and for the day trips to other destinations. The property is conveniently located and walking distance to many attractions. The staff was very helpful and friendly . Breakfast was very good with a lot of options. The bed was comfortable, their shower was a little slippery, but we used a towel to stand on. Overall we were very pleased with our choice of staying there.
