Great hotel and perfect area to where I needed to be for a few days. Check in is on the sixth floor, fyi. Great roof top restaurant and bar. The pool is beautiful but note there no umbrellas! Up there you’re an inch from the sun, so having an umbrella to keep from frying is a must ( we didn’t stay). The room was definitely comfortable and the shower was great (drybar products!). Overall, yes good spot.

Loved the rooftop pool with a view to downtown Tampa Bay. Quiet and nice hotel to bring a dog. I was surprised that you have to pay $35 a night for valet parking.

The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. I didn’t really have time to check out the amenities or restaurants. The biggest issue was the parking situation. Nowhere in any of the materials that I read did it say that all parking was by valet, but the real problem was that the pull out for the valet was small and shared with parking space for a coffee shop. I would pull into the line, thinking I was next only to discover that the car ahead was actually parked. The traffic was heavy and it was necessary to back out of the pull out to pull around the parked car, which was not at all easy. I have never seen a parking situation so messed up and difficult. Also, in the ad photos it looked like the hotel was waterfront, which it certainly is not.

Got it mixed up with the one Downtown but glad it turned into a running joke with the receptionist. So fun and different from hotels I’m accustomed too. Its in a great location 10/10 highly recommend. Very clean, all the staff were friendly and helped me out with any problems. A lot of great places surrounding it!

Loved absolutely everything. The only thing is just $40 for parking which if you’re staying 6 days like we did, that’s and extra $240 just to park. Other than that it was amazing. Our bed was made everyday and trash taken care of, one product we bought though was thrown away by housekeeping but it was nice coming back to a cleaner room. Will be back soon!!

This was a great hotel in the middle of a shopping district with many options. The only problem was our room was on the second floor above a ground floor bar. The noise at night was loud. I would definitely return to this hotel if I could get a room above the 2nd floor. Others in our group had rooms on higher levels and said their rooms were very quiet. FYI, the first floor was all retail space and the hotel did not start until the second floor. The front desk/restaurant were on the 6th floor.

Having mandatory valet parking can be inconvenient and there is nowhere to park on your own. Additionally, there is a big construction project going on across the street from the hotel. The workers begin their day at 7am, and you can hear the construction noise from the rooms facing the site.

Would recommend. The area surrounding the hotel is very full of options for food also. All staff including the room service are lovely. Only thing to keep in mind is that there is no privacy glass in the bathroom shower so your roommates would see you showing but can be solved by covering with a towel or booking the element instead.

It’s close to the airport so there’s lots of interesting people to talk to and it’s a very walkable area with very nice restaurants and a Ben & Jerry’s. The property is immaculate and very contemporary. All floors require a card be inserted except for the sixth floor where Check-in takes place. To me, the mattress is extremely comfortable. The AC gets cold fast. The Wi-Fi is perfect. There is a Whole Foods nearby. Just do it.

My first room on the 2nd floor was awful. The building’s GIANT air handlers were right outside my window. There were 2 units - 3 GIANT fans each. The noise was unbearable. Your hostess Charlotte was great! She understood I was unable to sleep even with ear plugs & pillows over my head. She was so nice and responded immediately and found me a room on the fifth floor far from the fans. After that my stay was great. I loved the rooftop area with a pool, dining and fantastic views. Thank you Charlotte. I would stay again!

Clean room. Friendly staff. Water and ice on our floor. The air conditioner was VERY loud. Sounded like a jet plane landing. We were not able to try the pool because there was a security issue. Great location and easy access to dining, shopping and the cruise port.

The people were very friendly check in with simple. Couple of issues I reserved a room with two queen beds and they change the room without any notification. The room had a smart refrigerator that no one at the front desk knew how to operate but I watched a YouTube video to figure it out. They had electric blinds that didn’t work and I’m not sure what type of maintenance they were doing between 4:30 and six in the morning but they continuously woke me up.

The room itself was excellent. Hotel room price does not reflect hotel cost. However the hotel building is located in a mall area which does not allow public parking. To stay at this site you are obligated to use valet service which is an additional $40. Area is safe and clean and very close to the airport.

When we arrived in the evening for check-in, tired from a busy day, bags in-hand, we were told they were overbooked. We were offered transportation to a sister property, but we were never notified in advance that rooms would not be available and what options there might be. That is a terrible policy and total violation of customer trust, not to mention, a sure way to destroy brand loyalty.

First things first. Whomever is the GM, you have a great emp named Marcus. I have been to 6 aloft properties and this guy def goes above and beyond. (Maybe he’s the GM ? Not sure) but he not only made me feel welcomed but provided useful advice for a visiting New Yorker. Will def use this location again. I had originally thought I was booking the overall location and this was def a very happy accident

A couple of things; the faucet wasn't installed close enough to the sink so if you barely turned the water on water wouldn't go into the sink but it would go on the counter. Breakfast was okay, not great that is for sure.
