Check in and valet staff were great. The pool was very crowded and staff there could have used help. For the e price I would not go back. Parking costs. Drinks are high. I didn’t hit the restaurants etc because I just didn’t need to blow extra money after the room cost…a little disappointed in that. The hotel is nice and I’m sure convenient if you’re going to Paycom center. If you hitting Bricktown there are closer ones that won’t cost an arm and leg.

Absolutely phenomenal venue. Came here for ANA show 2025, and the convenience, location, easy in and out, easy parking, park across the street, convention center next door, amazing spa, and rooftop pool / firepit / hot tub were incredible. Any time we come back to OKC this is where we will stay. Highly recommended!

Some of the tiles on the 3rd floor bar & pool had 1/2” spaces between the tiles which is a trip hazard. Also, the music @pool on Sat. was SO LOUD it gave me a headache. I spoke to 2 staff members and they both said the DJ didn’t like to turn the volume down! In my opinion that is terrible to put a paid DJ’s opinion over a guest request to turn the music down!

Beautiful property in great location for river walk area and pay on center. No late night options for food after a concert. Parking valet was extremely delayed day after concert. Waited 1.5 hours for vehicle. Valet drivers worked very hard just not enough of them and could benefit by using an app.

Pool are was quiet it didn’t had any music and it also had other people to outside pay to use the pool. I think on some days it was really busy that it took a long time to get our drinks. Otherwise the staff was really friendly.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Only downside is how long the wait for an elevator is. We ended up having to walk down 13+ flights of stairs with our luggage and still beat the elevator down. The stairwell was well lit and clean though!

While all of the staff was friendly and the building was beautiful, we found the room to be average for the HIGH price point. The mattress and pillows are HARD and very uncomfortable. There was melted Ice Cream all over the fridge and there was no hand soap in the bathroom. I was a bit disappointed considering the cost. However, the Pool and Hot Tub were clean and we enjoyed our time in there. The work out area is also very clean and organized. We loved the building and the feel when we walked in but the room itself was very sub par in comparison.

We always enjoy staying at the omni. The housekeeping does a great job and actually cleans the room. Great amenities including a nice bar and pool. We didn't like the tiny squeeze bottles of handsoap which seemed wasteful and were a pain to use but otherwise great.

There was a big wet spot on the floor on the bedroom side of the shower. We told maintenance and they came up quickly, then there was a huge wet spot on the OTHER side of the bed. We told the front desk but nothing was done. Every time my husband got out of bed he had to step on a cold wet carpet. We had to pile all our stuff up on the couch so it didn’t get wet.

For the facade of being a luxury hotel we were surprised at how lacking it was. The beds were not comfortable and the sheets felt very cheap as well. There was pink mold in our shower and the pool was aging with cracks in the hot tub along with a grey film around the water line. The staff were all very wonderful and kind. The valet and people opening the doors for us when we came in always had a smile and were seeing if they could do anything for us which made us feel special. I just wish for the price we paid that the level of comfort lived up.

Nice stay in downtown OKC. The hotel could use some deep cleaning and housekeeping could use some help. Checking in there were multiple items on the floor throughout the hallway that needed vacuuming. There was trash and a piece of gum under our bathroom vanity when we arrived. Little details like looking underneath furniture to clean would be helpful. The pool staff and bar at the pool could use some better customer service and help.

It was a very nice hotel. The staff was amazing. The only things that could have been improved is, during a housecleaning turnover of the room our glass cup and reusable straw were thrown out. The hotel did make it up to us by taking the cost of our items that went missing off our room bill. The toilet paper could have been better, the shower had hair in it, we wish that would’ve been cleaned more thoroughly. Other than that it was an awesome experience. They even gave us a free cupcake for the birthday we were celebrating!

Overall the hotel is beautiful. The valet staff was very young and there looks like a lack of leadership or training or both. We did get our car checked in but it was mad chaos. We had to wait outside in the cold and wind for the bellman to have come from inside to bring us a luggage cart. The front entrance of the hotel desperately needs a rotating door to help minimize the amount of warm/cold air coming into the main lobby . We couldn’t even enjoy the ambiance due to the lack of heat in the lobby. We ate at Bobs and it was delicious but also very noisy. Could barely hear the people at our table. We stayed one night , the room was gorgeous but the bed was as hard as a rock. No plush pillows and when we woke up the next morning it feels like we never went to bed. Didn’t wake up feeling refreshed or rested. The decorations throughout the hotel were beautiful and it was clean. The main lobby restroom , my husband had to let the front desk know it needed attention badly. One last observation is that the thermostat placement in the room faces directly towards the bed so it lights up as you are sleeping. Thankfully we had mouth tape with us and put it over the screen to block out the light.

Property was very clean and beautiful. We did find the bed to be uncomfortable—personally, I think it needed to be replaced and had a large indent in one side. Also, the mini fridge did not work the entirety of our stay, despite us requesting to have it fixed. The tv also had difficulty connecting if it was just raining. The room was a decent size though and the shower did have great water pressure. The valet was very responsive and always did have our car ready within 10 minutes of asking. Overall, it was more of an average stay instead of an above average that I was anticipating.

The room was so nice and so clean! Excellent customer service! Literally right next to the convention center which was so convenient! The shower was awesome, kinda felt like a waterfall type feel but with really good water pressure!! Loved the lighting fixtures in the room, very unique! Highly recommend this hotel!!

Hotel is beautiful and everything was great except. Unfortunately in the evening the AC kept making a loud noise. It sounded like extremely loud knock that would happen every hr, making hard to sleep. When I told the front desk at checkout they said they would look into it but didn't offer anything else. I was a bit disappointed considering everything else.

Check in was fine, next day the entire system crashed causing a major disruption. No communication from management other than a text that IT was working in it. No notice was given as all the bars, restaurants closed at 11pm instead of 2am, live band told to stop early, we were directed to settle up and walk to nearby establishments. Disappointed to say the least as we checked out & the system was still down. We couldn’t get a printout or an email of our bill and had to get the manager to take a picture of their screen. I understand that technology issues happen, but to not have a fix or a work around and put so many customers on the short end. The OKC Thunder fans checking in had extremely long wait times & all hospitality amenities were affected. Unfortunately, I will not be staying or recommending an Omni property location.

Only 1 let down at the Omni, good service! Room service order never came. Waited 45 minutes for a cup of coffee. Dinner at the restaurant was a NO! Could not even order to go, Other than that… the bar and hotel personnel were graciously trying to make up for other’s shortcomings.

We got here at 4pm (our check in time) it took 2 and half hours to get our room ready. They also wanted 100 dollars to HOLD for accidentals. We chose this hotel for convenience. The Marriot was so much better, cleaner and zero hidden fees. Definitely choosing the Marriot over this place.

We arrived at 4:30 pm to check in. There were four lines of about 50' deep of customers trying to check in. After standing in line for over 30 minutes, we were told that our room wasn't ready. We retired to the bar and waited until 6:40 to get into our room. We were there for a Gala that started at 5:30 happy hour, with a 7:00 Dinner. We didn't arrive to the event until 7:10. Elevators had lines of over 100 feet long. It was ridiculous, and unpleasant.

Visited for a long Anniversary/ OU football game weekend.Hotel is top notch in every way. Valet staff is very friendly, helpful and quick. You can self park in the public garage directly next to the hotel but I would highly recommend the valet. Front desk and staff were all very friendly. Hotel lobby is very upscale with lots of seating and a huge fireplace. Entire hotel is spotless. There are several restaurants but only ate in the Seltzer and the OKC Tap House. Great menus in both, breakfast in Seltzer was yummy. Tap House had a band on Friday night that was great and very lively. We had the brisket nachos and we agreed by far the best we have ever had. Most have outdoor seating as well. Pool on the 3rd floor deck was lovely and is heated. We had a king room with a great bed. Neatest huge cart looking piece of furniture that held the fridge. I would love to have at home for a bar!! Sofa, table, chair, nook with a coffee station. Outstanding blue tiled shower with the best shower head and water pressure and we were on the 12th floor. Wonderful stay and I highly recommend this hotel if you prefer an upscale experience with exceptional service. We will definitely stay again.

Premiere hotel in OKC. Directly next to a great park (Scissortail Park) which has many playgrounds and a farmer's market. Directly across from the Paycom center where the Thunder play. Several top tier restaurants, a huge roof top pool. Rooms are not only clean but very stylish. Windows are huge and have great views of the city.

I always love the elevated vibe of the Omni OKC and exceptional service. However on this trip there was a hair in my shower when I checked in and the food at Catbird and Tap OKC was subpar. I look forward to returning when ALL the F&B venues are on the level of Bob's and Seltzer. Special notation for the spectacular female bartender in full capacity lobby bar who was managing the role of 3 bartenders with ease.

The hotel is perfectly located and very modern and well-appointed. Our guest room was beautifully furnished and comfortable, and the Omni's housekeeping team did exemplary work in keeping the room fresh. Dinner at Bob's Steak & Chop House was terrific, and Emily at the Basin Bar was very friendly, professional, and poured great drinks when I got together with old friends in the evenings!

The hotel is beautiful and staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was top notch. We ate in Bob's Chop House and it was fabulous. Kayla our wait staff was fun and engaging as well as informative. Her warm personality added to the pleasant experience. My husband and I ordered room service for breakfast and our food was ontime, fresh, hot, and delicious. The bed was soft and bed linens clean. The room quite and comfy. We would definitely stay again. I took one point from cleanliness because one of our white towels looked like it had a mascara stain and they werent quite as soft as I would have expected. (Time for some new ones I think.) However considering the high level of service, I would definitely stay again. We both felt very pampered.
