Beautiful hotel. VERY CLEAN! Staff helpful and nice. Outside had a firepit with lovely seating and tables and chairs and music! Could literally walk to Macy's and mall from the parking lot.... another mall you have to drive to right across the street with lots of restaurants. Zoe was my first contact and she was lovely! Our 2nd stay here and will always stay here... and pet friendly, but you would never know it by how clean and smell free it is.

Pool was out of order, with no warning until checkin- which was the whole purpose of booking this specific hotel. Two barking dogs on either side of our room, juts a few doors down each way, barking at each other for hours and hours at a time bc their owners left them locked in the room all day. (Obviously not the fault of the hotel, but frustrating)

Very nice hotel to stay in with friendly staff all around. Got locked out of my room due to my key card stopped working and staff was really helpful with fixing the issue. Rooms are very clean and housekeeping staff comes to visit every other day to help keep the rooms nice. Also they do have a small gym that allows you to workout 24/7 with two treadmills, a peloton bike, a few other machines and some free weights. Breakfast tends to be on the earlier side (6AM - 9AM or 10AM on weekends), but there's some variety so you can find something that matches your needs usually.

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was clean and spacious with everything you needed. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. We felt very safe here as they lock doors after 8pm and require keycard to use elevator. Loved the 24 hour coffee bar! It was seriously the best coffee I have ever tasted. Parking lot was well lit with plenty of parking. Overall would love to stay here again!

Perfect location for the event I was attending. The staff was courteous and friendly. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast hit the spot! They had many amenities that I did not use but was impressed they had. ( gym with laundry facilities, pool with handicap lift, outside patio with fireplace). Lovely 😀

Cons: immediate area has crime/safety issues (like large gang graffiti on brand-new buildings right across the street, and shady characters hanging out in mostly empty mall parking lot right next door), and the hotel’s EV charging spots aren’t marked as such so they end up being blocked by gasoline cars.

The room smelled like wet dog. Rooms should be separated as pet friendly and no pets. As a non pet owner the smell of dog is disgusting and I choose not to have an animal inside for that reason. So staying in a room that stinks of dog is not a good experience.

I’ve stayed at a few Hilton hotels in the past and compared to those, this one isn’t that great. That’s not saying that it was terrible—just not that great. There was this old/moldy stench when we entered the room. Door handles weren’t cleaned properly and had stains. The hot water in the shower took really long to get hot. The temperature was luke warm for the first 15 minutes. There was a nice sized fridge, the bed was clean (but also had that moldy smell), there was a microwave and sink. Breakfast was complimentary and was okay. The staff were great.

Sliding bathroom doors. They don’t lock for privacy. But worst as you walk to the fridge you can see someone sitting on the toilet. Awful. Ans you have to almost fall off the toilet to reach the toilet paper over 2 feet away. Not all are like this as my precious stay with this chain in another city was great. Such a shame but I will not stay with bathrooms like this again.

Only place I stay when I come to Raleigh, which is at least 6x / year. Rooms are massive. Spaces to work and relax are separated so I don't feel like I'm working, sleeping and watching tv in the same place.

Honestly, this is the best hotel I have stayed in with my family. We always go for something with suites already included so that our boys have plenty of space to move around, and this hotel was perfect. The ONLY downfall was that it had a shower and not a tub. The price for a tub would have been a bit too expensive for us, so we figured we could live without it and just help our boys shower. The breakfast was GREAT and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall simply the best. I will be looking for a home2 every time we go somewhere as a family from now on.

Our room was on the 5th floor and there was very little water pressure. Rinsing shampoo out of your hair takes forever. The hallways are freezing cold. The elevator shakes violently and it’s scary.

Everything was great we stayed at Home 2 Suite at other location before and decided to stay here in Raleigh. Just one inconvenience, our TV in the room wasn’t working and we informed the staff and waited about 45 mins and no one showed up so we had to kept it moving on our schedule. We came back in late and it’s too late to request a maintenance to fix the TV so there was no entertainment for us the whole time while we stayed there. We informed the front desk before we checked out and still we didn’t get any compensation or nothing. Very disappointed. I thought I saw the sign said they would make it right if we dissatisfied with the stay.

Hotel is fairly new and located in an area that has plenty of options whether it be for shopping or dining in North Raleigh. I tried to eat breakfast the following morning but the biscuits were a bit hard and the sausage wasn’t very good. I also had a tv that did not work. I thought it might be the battery so I walked down to get some batteries. Well it wasn’t the remote it was the tv itself. I was looking forward to watching a little bit of tv before going to sleep but it was not to be. The next morning I told the girl working the front desk that the batteries didn’t do the trick and that it was the tv that needed to be fixed. Instead of saying something along the lines of we apologize for the inconvenience I will let maintenance know I got just I’ll let them know the tv isn’t working. Jeesh thanks. I thought hotels were a service industry but apparently not. Like I said the hotel is new, the breakfast isn’t good and the front desk worker wasn't very good and for that reason I won’t be back.

Hospitality level was great. Happened to be selected as guest of the day which came with some goodies. Nicole was great to interact with and did great job making sure we had a great birthday celebration weekend. The hotel is new(er) with some fit/finish work not perfect. We would definitely stay at location again. Liked that card key needed to access guest floors.

Rude staff, dirty room, and horrible management. The front desk attendant (Taylor) told me that it was my fault I didnt get the room I reserved because I booked third party through Expedia. She also told my wife that my infant son would be fine sleeping since the hotel's only roll-a-way crib was broken. This was the worst experience I've ever had during a stay anywhere.

The Managers and Frontdesk ladies at Home2 Suites were very nice to me, if any small issues did arise they worked them out, this is why when I come to Raleigh, I do not hesitate to stay here. The room attendants are always on their jobs and friendly, I do not hesitate to tip them whenever for their hard work. Thank you again Home2 Suites.

Customer Service was subpar. I was there 3 night. The 1st morning I asked some questions and was told I would need to speak with the manager. I asked for him to call me. I never received the call. I went down at 3:30pm that same day and asked if he was in and told he was on the phone. I asked if i could wait for him and was told he would need to call me. I never received that call.

Ashley helped me check in and she was wonderful! I realized I'd been assigned an accessible room and didn't want to take that from someone who might need it. She got me changed in an instant! The room was SO nice and the location is excellent! Eleven minutes from downtown. And the breakfast was actually worth eating--I was so pleased! I'd definitely stay here again and again.

The fan in the bathroom made this god awful sound unless it was turned on. It sounded like a dripping faucet constantly. We had to turn it on to make it stop. The refrigerator was really loud and my boyfriend’s car got broken into overnight and his things were stolen out of it along with every other persons vehicle that was in the parking lot that night. Windows got smashed out. Forensics and Raleigh PD were there the following afternoon making reports. Not necessarily the hotels fault at all but that area over there is not safe. I would not recommend staying there. Especially if you have kids. There are some really sketchy characters in that area.
