It was newer than expected facility and quite nice we had to swim in the pool easy in easy app great parking and the breakfast was exceptional we will be staying there again as we visit family in Jacksonville beach.

We stayed there for 6 days. Our room was quiet, very clean, nice view to the woods. It was nice that they had a free shuttle to Mayo Clinic. The only problem was that one day we did’t had our room clean because the person in charge of doing it forgot. I have to go back to Mayo Clinic and my stay at the hotel was so good that I already made my reservation for the Residence Inn

Hotel is great, very close to Mayo Clinic. Has a bar with food, and breakfast each morning. The suites are great, very clean and comfortable. Staff is always courteous and helpful.

Hotel was great. Beautiful room with full size refrigerator and lot of space. What ruined our stay was the fact that only six handicapped parking spaces were allocated and they were always full. All the other parking spaces near the entrance were always filled also which mean as a handicapped person I had to park a con considerable distance from the entrance.

This hotel has many patients that go to Mayo Clinic stay. There is not adequate. Handicap parking. I stay there often and almost always need to park on the side of the building and walk. Also the room service is a nice addition. A suggestion would be to have a direct line to call the restaurant to place orders, currently you need to call the front desk.

The front desk staff was so friendly. The room was much bigger than I was expecting. I love the restaurant and bar on site. Free breakfast. Easy to get in and out of from the room, and even tho it’s next to a highway, it was so quiet! I would have never known. 10/10 and would stay here over and over.

The lights seem to be out in the parking lot. It was extremely dark in the morning and hard to see to get to car. Seems unsafe. Lights need to be turned on. Otherwise, excellent stay

The room was really great with lots of room , full sized fridge, microwave, stove, and cups and plates. I reported that the sink drain plug was stuck and I couldn't use the sink in the bathroom. Also, the outlet in the bathroom didn't work and I could not reset it to use with the hair dryer.

Great location if going to the Mayo Clinic. Rooms had everything you need for longer stays and are nice and comfy for shorter ones. We liked the living space adjoining the bedroom space and the fact the TV was comfy to watch from either side.

This hotel was better than expected. Studio suite had everything needed for an extended stay including a full size cridhe, dishwasher cookware, dishes.Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and complimentary breakfast was good with options.

This was a quick overnight trip, however when I called just to inform the front desk that we would be a late arrival, I somehow got reservations (not on site) and was told she couldn’t pass the information on because the card # I gave her wasn’t what was on the reservation (which it was) and all the questions she asked me while I was driving was too much, I literally called back, got someone at the physical hotel, gave them my name and told them we would be a later arrival, and they thanked me and that was it. And house keeping started knocking on our door at 9:30 am, again at 10am asking when we would be checking out…checkout was 11. So this was very odd. But was very clean, and the staff we encountered at the front desk were friendly.

Michael at the front desk was very helpful and we enjoyed the complementary breakfast buffet provided. However, it would be beneficial to have the breakfast to be extended to 10 AM. Breakfast ended at 9 AM and it was a bit early. Sweet room was beautiful and very clean with a very nice kitchen.

Great hotel to stay in with our pooch. Located off the I-95 but within the Mayo Clinic campus so got pass-through travelers as well as people going to the clinic. Very nice spot.

Was convenient and close to mayo clinic. Bar/food manager wasn't professional and was full of defensive excuses as the cook screwed up the entire order, despite being given specific directions of actual food allergies and other food being forgotten. Closed after i ordered at 830, despited supposed to have stayed open till 11pm, becsuse i was told "the cook was sick and wanted to close early." Made me feel even more uncomfortable about eating there. Thats beyond against health code violations .

Often stay there. Great value. The only area of friction is how they do room service. You have to call the front desk who takes your order. They pass it on to the restaurant. Multiple times things get mixed up or forgotten. A direct line to the restaurant would be a better solution. Also a menu in the room or accessible through the tv or smartphone would be helpful. If you forget to ask the front desk for a menu then you are on your own. I will say the food is very good.

This is an outstanding property. Beautiful surroundings and rooms. Staff was great! Our last morning there, the breakfast area ran out of silverware and napkins an hour before breakfast shut down. They did not replenish the silverware. We had to use plastic ware (flimsy) to cut sausage and waffles.

The property was very conveniently located to Mayo Clinic. It was very comfortable and clean. The bar and restaurant /menu food were good! The one issue we had every morning was the self-serve breakfast. They ran out of at least one key item every day - well before the end time for breakfast (e.g., eggs, potatoes, bacon).
