Lisa and Kyle at check in were helpful and friendly. The valet/parking staff at the front was rude. I had pulled in they did not even greet me, asked if I was using valet parking though I pulled up in the load and unload lane. We had just arrived from a long drive from Washington and in the past I have pulled up and dropped my wife and kids off so they did not have to walk from the parking garage through the casino floor. Cigarette smoke and I want to limit 2nd hand exposure as much as possible. I have done this over the past 3 years without issues. Kyle also mentioned that he had been informed of the valet/parking staff in the front being rude. Next time I will consider other hotel properties despite this being my favorite over the past 4 years, traveled to Vegas the last 20 out of 21 years, Covid year the only exception. As a professional myself, I expect courteous behavior from all the team members. I’m disappointed this time that this behavior is known but has not been corrected or staff being held accountable. It’s sad as they have not disappointed in the past.
