This house was very nice. Brand new! Nicely decorated, layout was open and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked and had starter packs for everything. A nice touch was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in all bathrooms. The kids loved the pool! We will definitely stay again.

The house was awesome. Great layout with so many sleeping and bathroom options. Only downside was the neighborhood. During the day and at night were very different. But the back patio was a beautiful respite in the evening.

We were 8 women and the house provided plenty of space for sleeping, eating, bathing, visiting and playing games. Enjoyed sitting on back patio watching birds, turtles, etc on the lake. Never experienced any problems, had everything we needed. Thank you, Mike!

The property was perfect for my family and I. Close to restaurants and shopping and to LSU. We loved it and will come back again. Great TV's with options, kitchen appliances all new and clean. Nice little deck to sit out in the morning with coffee and look out over the water, lots of birds on the little canal. Mike was always accessible and very attentive. Even checked in with us after we left and asked for any suggestions to make our stay better, I had none! Used the pool once, very nice too. We will be back!

The property is brand new with all the amenities and beautiful terrace over looking the water. Great for watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee or sunset with favorite beverage. The accommodation was perfect for our entire family with plenty of room and privacy. The neighborhood is very nice and peaceful with beautiful community pool and play ground for the the kids or just a leisurely walk. Mike is very responsive and available when you need him. This is an immaculate home in a nice quiet and well manicured neighborhood. The home is very well equipped, and had many extras that you don’t typically find in a Vrbo rental, such as dental floss, cotton balls and tips, and even a snack tray! It is well decorated. The layout of the home is very good, we had a party of 6 adults and an infant. There is a grocery store about 5 minute drive away. If you are going to the area around LSU, it is about a 20 minute drive, but the safety and quiet neighborhood is worth the drive.

It was perfect for our family of 8 for Thanksgiving; everything we needed in the kitchen was there and the layout of the bedrooms was great for everyone to be together but also have their own retreat. Loved the small den near the front where the teens could game, while the adults were cooking and watching football. Highly recommend.

We arrived at the unit in the evening, and the AC unit died on us. The owner, Mike, showed up at 1AM with a portable window unit & even offered to spring for a hotel room. When the AC tech arrived the next morning and told us that the part to fix the unit would be a few days, Mike offered up his other house to us. He is a FANTASTIC guy who bent over backward to make sure we were comfortable & taken care of. 100% would recommend.

We came down to Baton Rouge for the national bowling tournament. There was four couples in all and Mike’s place was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet, clean and conveniently located near markets (5min) and casino (20-30min). Mike was also quick to respond with any questions that we had.

This location is great. Close enough to LSU to get back and forth easily, but away from all the chaos.The house is great and beautifully furnished. Owner was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Only negative is that the front room didn’t seem to get air circulation from the air conditioner. The layout of the home is very good, we had a party of 6 adults and an infant. There is a grocery store about 5 minute drive away. If you are going to the area around LSU, it is about a 20 minute drive, but the safety and quiet neighborhood is worth the drive.

The property was perfect for my family and I. Close to restaurants and shopping and to LSU. We loved it and will come back again. Great TV's with options, kitchen appliances all new and clean. Nice little deck to sit out in the morning with coffee and look out over the water, lots of birds on the little canal. Mike was always accessible and very attentive. Even checked in with us after we left and asked for any suggestions to make our stay better, I had none! Used the pool once, very nice too. We will be back!

Beautiful and comfortable home located in a safe friendly neighborhood. Large space to fit a family of 7 without compromise. Patio relaxing with small fire pit available. Kitchen perfect for home meals. Yet restaurants and shopping less than a mile away if needed.

It was perfect for our family of 8 for Thanksgiving; everything we needed in the kitchen was there and the layout of the bedrooms was great for everyone to be together but also have their own retreat. Loved the small den near the front where the teens could game, while the adults were cooking and watching football. Highly recommend.

We were there for long weekend. Room for grandma and grandpa and aunt and uncle. Very clean and everyone had their own bathroom. Quiet neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen. About 25-35 minute drive to LSU. Depending on traffic.
