This home was way above our expectations. Great tri-level floor plan. The main floor contained the kitchen that accommodated 10 people with a sitting area. Fully stocked kitchen, very nice coffee bar. The den was down a level with a TV and fireplace, laundry and half bath. The bedrooms were up one level with two baths. We walked to Starbucks, donut shop, and grocery store. This location is centrally located, quite neighborhood. Nathan was so responsive to us and accommodating. He even retrieved a back pad I had left in the house and sent it to me. Above and beyond!!!!

Our family had a wonderful stay in Centennial, Colorado. This house is beautiful and is decorated beautifully. The neighborhood was equally nice and is very quiet, and our daughter-in-law was so happy Starbucks was just a 3-minute walk. We cannot say enough about this house! To say it was fully equipped is so slight it. The owners wanted to be sure we had everything we needed, and little things like toys and books for our toddler granddaughter were greatly appreciated. There was even a playhouse in the backyard for our granddaughter! We travel a lot and have rented with VBRO frequently. This is the best place we have rented! Thank you to the owner, too, for arranging a spring snowstorm. Our grandaughter had never seen snow before, and she had so much fun playing in it. Our daughter-in-law from Florida was equally pleased as she loves snow! We were pleased that the owner reached out to us soon after our arrival to ask if there were any problems. We will be back to Centennial House the next time we travel to Denver. It is truly a hidden GEM!

Clean, peaceful, spacious. Best stocked rental we’ve ever had including amazing coffee bar. So kid friendly and loved the child books. Beds were comfy in those we used. High water press showers were. The BR next to master didn’t feel like air flow was working.

I cannot imagine this lovely house ever getting less than a 5 star review. It is beautifully decorated with comfortable, quality furniture in the bedrooms and living areas, and two separate areas for the family to gather. All the appliances work perfectly and you can see that a lot of attention has been given to guests having an exceptionally good stay. The house has a wonderful, fully gated garden with a bbq and picnic table. Also a two car garage that makes parking in the winter so much easier. Management was excellent, checking in to see if we needed anything. This is the model vrbo home - it doesn't get any better than this.

we rented this beautiful home to see the Sting concert at red rocks. This house was immaculate and beautiful. The beds were comfortable. Decorated beautifully. We loved the coffee bar and sitting by the fireplace in the evenings and in the mornings. We will definitely be back. A highly recommended.

From the moment we walked in, we were blown away. The home was even better than described—spacious, spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. 5 stars are not enough to show how excellent this home is. From the start Nathan was wonderful to deal with and he seemed genuinely excited for my husband and I to host our d, son in law and boyfriend who all live in CO for Christmas. Nice touch was a lovely Christmas tree. The property looked exactly like the photos and it was exceptionally clean, neat and organized in the kitchen. Coffee bar and milk foamer were on a separate counter with sugar available. The kitchen is modern and refrigerated is big. All the cabinets are labeled. Dinning area was a nice size too. Beds and pillows were comfortable, towels were plush and plentiful. Master bath shower is very nice with two shower heads (one is a wand). There was a hair dryer and hair straightener too. The master bath shower also had soap, hair shampoo and conditioner on the wall. Laundry room off the downstairs sitting area. The sitting area has a fireplace that gives off heat. Within walking dishes to a shopping center with grocery store and a Starbucks. Close to highways and restaurants. On a quiet cul de sac with driveway parking and street parking. My husband I would definitely stay here again and thank you Nathan for all your communication and for keeping your property so beautiful!

The place was very clean and had lots of amenities. Very quiet neighborhood and was peaceful. We stayed a week for my sister’s wedding and it was nice having the big space for our family. They had a nice patio area as well. The only thing I did not like was the beds had lots of dips in them so it was hard to get comfortable. I would stay here again though if I ever came back to CO. They even had a crib for use for people with babies which I thought was a nice touch. The property manager was easy to get a hold of and was friendly.

The property was just as pictured/described. The space was super clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Nathan was very accommodating and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Being right next to Starbucks & a grocery store was a plus. We'd definitely stay again!

House was clean, however, the beds were so hard and uncomfortable. One of the beds was so very hard and had big lumps, was not possible to sleep on. One of our group of 4 had to sleep on the couch, the reason for choosing a 4 bedroom was so each would have our on room. Was very disappointing.

This home is decorated beautifully, the beds/bedding so comfortable and the home was spotless. We loved hanging out in the living room area downstairs, visiting and watching football. The house was beautiful and had split levels. The kitchen and conversation living room are on the ground floor. The entertainment living room and teen hang-out area were down a few stairs. All the bedrooms were upstairs, but they were large enough and provided adequate space. It was a quiet cul-de-sac and close walking distance to Starbucks, grocery stores, and other restaurants. We enjoyed the ease of access to significant points of interest. Any communication that was needed was met with a prompt and helpful response. We have a son going to college in the area, so anytime we head back, we will book here again!

The Centennial Home was perfect for our family wedding weekend. The location was good, we liked being within walking range to the grocery store. The home was stocked with everything we needed; coffee, tea and other cooking items. Little things were nice such as luggage racks and extra blankets. The layout of the home is great! Nathan was extremely helpful and quick to respond. My only note is that the king beds are extra firm. We would stay here again!

This house was PERFECT!! We used it for hair and make up prior to our wedding and it was the best space we could have asked for. Aside from what we used it for, it would be perfect for a family stay with many lounging areas and rooms. Backyard was excellent especially with the sun out. Would look here again for a staycation!!

This home was way above our expectations. Great tri-level floor plan. The main floor contained the kitchen that accommodated 10 people with a sitting area. Fully stocked kitchen, very nice coffee bar. The den was down a level with a TV and fireplace, laundry and half bath. The bedrooms were up one level with two baths. We walked to Starbucks, donut shop, and grocery store. This location is centrally located, quite neighborhood. Nathan was so responsive to us and accommodating. He even retrieved a back pad I had left in the house and sent it to me. Above and beyond!!!!

The place was very clean and had lots of amenities. Very quiet neighborhood and was peaceful. We stayed a week for my sister’s wedding and it was nice having the big space for our family. They had a nice patio area as well. The only thing I did not like was the beds had lots of dips in them so it was hard to get comfortable. I would stay here again though if I ever came back to CO. They even had a crib for use for people with babies which I thought was a nice touch. The property manager was easy to get a hold of and was friendly.

The inside was perfect for our family. The place was clean and fully equipped. Extra chairs out back would have been nice but we made it work. Grill should be cleaned after each stay. Our family was in Denver for Christmas and Nathan's home was a perfect place for our overflow family to stay. Clean and appropriately stocked, it was what we needed. There was a challenge with the gas fireplace, and Nathan communicated and did all he could to find a work-around solution. Couldn't ask for more. Great place and we would stay there again.

5 stars are not enough to show how excellent this home is. From the start Nathan was wonderful to deal with and he seemed genuinely excited for my husband and I to host our d, son in law and boyfriend who all live in CO for Christmas. Nice touch was a lovely Christmas tree. The property looked exactly like the photos and it was exceptionally clean, neat and organized in the kitchen. Coffee bar and milk foamer were on a separate counter with sugar available. The kitchen is modern and refrigerated is big. All the cabinets are labeled. Dinning area was a nice size too. Beds and pillows were comfortable, towels were plush and plentiful. Master bath shower is very nice with two shower heads (one is a wand). There was a hair dryer and hair straightener too. The master bath shower also had soap, hair shampoo and conditioner on the wall. Laundry room off the downstairs sitting area. The sitting area has a fireplace that gives off heat. Within walking dishes to a shopping center with grocery store and a Starbucks. Close to highways and restaurants. On a quiet cul de sac with driveway parking and street parking. My husband I would definitely stay here again and thank you Nathan for all your communication and for keeping your property so beautiful!

My family and I came to Denver to see relatives this week. The night of our arrival was the beginning of a major snowstorm that lasted for two days. Property was a welcome destination. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and wished we didn’t have to leave. Communication with the owner was perfect and everything was A+.

My parents and I stayed at Centennial House for a week. Great location, restaurants and grocery store near by. Had a few minor issues in check in, the host Nathan remedied immediately. House was very comfortable, enjoyable for eveyone!

I booked a 8-day stay for my surgery, and my fiancé and parents graciously stayed with me to take care of me. A nurse was also there to visit me throughout the day for the entire week, and the host was incredibly accommodating. Brian was super friendly and helped me change my check-in date. Overall, it was a fantastic location, and I’d definitely stay here again!

We needed a quiet and calm place to stay during the anniversary of a family tragedy. This house was perfect. There was enough space if one of us needed to retreat and the neighborhood is so, so quiet. Almost everything we planned on seeing or doing was within a half hour. We felt very comfortable here.

We stayed at this charming 5-star, 4-bedroom home recently to attend a family wedding. The location of this home was perfect for us (bonus, there’s a Starbucks and a grocery store within walking distance). This home is decorated beautifully, the beds/bedding so comfortable and the home was spotless. We loved hanging out in the living room area downstairs, visiting and watching football. Our host, Nathan was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this home for your Colorado visit.
