We had a great time at Blue Skies Calista at Palisades Legends. The house fit our family well. We loved the private patio area and gas fire pit. We used it every evening and most mornings. We also loved the pool area, using that every night too. While we didn’t bring our dog on this trip the subdivision was very dog friendly. Dogs are even allowed in the pool area!We would recommend Blue Skies Calista to anyone visiting western Colorado.

We have stayed here before and will again. It is great value and just a short drive from anything you might want to do

The place was clean, quiet and well appointed. The area feels rural, but you are very close to Palisade, Clifton and Grand Junction so nice restaurants, groceries and other amenities are close by. The complex has a nice path (about 1/2 mile?) around the area so a good place to walk dogs (if you travel with your dog, thank you for cleaning up after them so we can all enjoy our animals when traveling). It was wet wintery weather, so we didn't get to enjoy the nice back yard firepit or grill, but it looked lovely.

Beautiful home, well equipped. Awesome patio with grill and fireplace. Only annoyance was the water heater in the twin beds room which could be loud when hot water is being used (minor concern). Also, wish instead of two twin beds it was a bunk bed with a full bottom and twin top (just a suggestion)

This place has the right idea with the proximity to palisade and amenities like the pool/playground which we utilized and kids enjoyed, and our stay was fine, but not great. There was a lot of road noise, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, the cleanliness was livable but some gross areas. Also, the floor is polished concrete and is extremely slippery and there isn’t a single rug in the bathroom making it dangerous getting out of the shower, especially with kids. In fairness, we didn’t alert mgmt about these issues during our stay as it was short and most are not quick fixes. Hopefully they address these for the next visitor. I doubt we would stay again.
