A very intentionally lovely home with the best view. We wanted to spend more time exploring the area and some islands, but wound up coming home early most days just because the home was such a huge part of the vacation experience and relaxing watching porpoises and sunsets :-D Thank you!

The hosts were wonderful and greeted us when we arrived and were there for any needs. The deck overlooking the water provides an amazing view of the Salish Sea! It was so nice to watch a sunset and listen to the water.

We sat out on the deck or patio every morning and evening enjoying the view and sound of the water. We saw seals in the water from the deck. Our daughter enjoyed the swings. Close to downtown Anacortes or Deception Pass.

The unobstructed views from the lovely deck on this property ranks at the top of our list. Even though the road noise was evident, it was easy to dismiss it when concentrating on the view. The comfortable home makes you feel right at home. We especially appreciated the more than adequate kitchen supplies AND the fresh coffee, butter, honey and spices that were available. The bed was especially comfortable and all the bedding and linens were lovely. For our purposes, the location was perfect as we were looking for nature outings. We would definitely return if we didn't live so far away and have to fly.

With two of us staying, it was a perfect place for us. The view from the house and the deck was spectacular. We got to watch the beautiful sunsets every night. Close to all areas. The hosts were great with communication. For 2 or 3 adults or for a family with kids, this is perfect. There is a main bedroom and then bunk beds in the back as well as an extra bed in an alcove. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely return.

The roads or “traffic” is not as bad as some say. We brought 2 cars with 7 family members and had no problems at all. The house was very neat, clean and equipped with all cooking necessities. The view is just breathtaking. Very nice home owners too. Thank you!

Our stay at Shyna and Michael’s beautiful cliff-side home was perfect. The house is clean and comfortable with everything well appointed. We spent a lovely late afternoon/ evening taking in the panorama and gorgeous sunset. Our host prepared a special Indian dinner - really authentic and scrumptious.

My friends and I stayed at Shyni and Michael's property for a mini high school reunion, and it was absolutely perfect! The home is beautifully updated, spotless, and offers a breathtaking view of Puget Sound. Shyni and Michael were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home, always available if we needed anything. They even offer to cook meals upon request — we didn’t take them up on it, but we could smell it from upstairs, and it smelled amazing! I’ve already recommended this rental to friends, and the next time I’m in Anacortes, I’ll definitely be staying here again.

A couple old buddies and I went fishing up in Anacortes and stayed at this awesome property. It slept all 5 of us comfortably and was a great retreat after a day on the water. I could see going back with just my fiancé for another weekend. That's the kind of versatility this property has.

We booked our stay here last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. We have a newborn and two dogs and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating with allowing us early checkin! The views are otherworldly and absolutely breathtaking. Some things to note that may bother other people but didn't bother us: * Due to the fireplace being propane you must keep the kitchen windows open at all times. Because of this it is very loud inside the unit from all of the road sounds. Also if its cold then you'll definitely feel it while doing dishes or cooking. * The backyard and the deck are not fully enclosed/ fenced so if you have dogs or children with you MUST be very careful as the house is on a main road. If we stay here again we plan on bringing a popup baby gate! * There is no central heat/ furnace but the hosts provides two space heaters and for us they did warm the unit very well combined with the fireplace. They also provide many blankets and towels. We really did enjoy our time here as the view was just breathtaking. The kitchen is nicely stocked and there is also a garden across the street where you can buy seasonal produce and smell the gorgeous flowers. Great water pressure in the shower but be careful as the water gets VERY hot very fast! There are many great restaurants nearby as well. HIGHLY recommend dad's bbq.

We had a great trip to Anacortes! The views at this property are amazing! The kitchen was well equipped! And we ordered the homemade Indian dinner, which was well worth it! A lot of food and amazing tastes.

We booked our stay here last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. We have a newborn and two dogs and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating with allowing us early checkin! The views are otherworldly and absolutely breathtaking. Some things to note that may bother other people but didn't bother us: * Due to the fireplace being propane you must keep the kitchen windows open at all times. Because of this it is very loud inside the unit from all of the road sounds. Also if its cold then you'll definitely feel it while doing dishes or cooking. * The backyard and the deck are not fully enclosed/ fenced so if you have dogs or children with you MUST be very careful as the house is on a main road. If we stay here again we plan on bringing a popup baby gate! * There is no central heat/ furnace but the hosts provides two space heaters and for us they did warm the unit very well combined with the fireplace. They also provide many blankets and towels. We really did enjoy our time here as the view was just breathtaking. The kitchen is nicely stocked and there is also a garden across the street where you can buy seasonal produce and smell the gorgeous flowers. Great water pressure in the shower but be careful as the water gets VERY hot very fast! There are many great restaurants nearby as well. HIGHLY recommend dad's bbq.

Our stay at Shyna and Michael’s beautiful cliff-side home was perfect. The house is clean and comfortable with everything well appointed. We spent a lovely late afternoon/ evening taking in the panorama and gorgeous sunset. Our host prepared a special Indian dinner - really authentic and scrumptious.

My friends and I stayed at Shyni and Michael's property for a mini high school reunion, and it was absolutely perfect! The home is beautifully updated, spotless, and offers a breathtaking view of Puget Sound. Shyni and Michael were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home, always available if we needed anything. They even offer to cook meals upon request — we didn’t take them up on it, but we could smell it from upstairs, and it smelled amazing! I’ve already recommended this rental to friends, and the next time I’m in Anacortes, I’ll definitely be staying here again.
