Great, quirky, colorful place to stay up in Charlestown. Bar downstairs is fun and a great way to unwind after a long day. Would note: it can be noisy at night with the fun people are having downstairs.

We had a group of 12 and everyone loved it. There were enough beds for more people too. The unit was nice looking, clean, and well stocked with everything. We played pool, darts, and ping pong in the unit. The owners were very responsive before and during our stay. The unit is over a tavern as the ad states. The bartenders were ready to help us with anything we needed. We didn't really need anything but ice though. Everyone working at the Tavern was very nice. When we would go down to eat or drink, they always asked if we needed anything upstairs. We left there with new friends. The location is fantastic. A short walk to the T. Only a 10 minute ride to downtown. Dunkin across the street. Food and drinks downstairs. A liquor store next door. We walked to a wonderful place for brunch on Sunday for Mothers Day, called The Tradesman. The Tavern also had a great brunch Saturday and Sunday. There is a casino that is a short bus ride away. You can see it from the unit. There is no way we could have found a better place for our large group. We celebrated a graduation, two birthdays, and Mother Day. We can't wait to go back!

Large group in town for a bachelor party and place was perfect. Enough space for everyone, awesome living/common area to hang out, play pool etc. Owners were helpful and check in/out process was super easy. Great location too. Would highly recommend

Great property for a guys reunion. Bar with good food below, liquor store next door , pot dispensary behind , and DunkinDonuts across the street. Draw back is lots of noise from the bar, loud music and cackling women smoking outside under the windows.

Group of 13 men staying in Boston for the weekend. The apartment was perfect. Bedrooms were ideal and the pool table, juke box and darts provided plenty of fun. The staff downstairs at the bar could not have been more helpful and we ended up spending most evenings in the bar till close! Would highly recommend to a group looking for a fun weekend in Boston!

Couldn’t be happier with our booking, we had 13 guys for a bachelor trip, and it was perfect! There is everything you need close by, and a two minute walk to the train that takes you downtown. Smooth process of working with the owner, and tavern at the end of the world bar right below us was a crowd favorite! they had live music on Thursday night, so that is the only time you could really hear the bar from the space above. Would definitely return with a larger group to this spot!

Our whole family (12 adults ages 20-77) stayed here and it was perfect for our purpose. Check-in was easy as host was available and accommodating and everything we needed was in the rental. Host arranged for parking and we found the bar downstairs perfect for dinner and celebrating UConn’s win at Fenway.

There was a group of 10 of us and it was the perfect stay! Everyone had their own bed. Everything in the apartment was stocked with so much extra supplies. It was super clean!! The host was so great, helped us with what we needed, and answered fast. Bar downstairs was AWESOME

This was the perfect spot for my bachelorette party!! The bar below helped with anything we needed and when I let the owner know the current coffee machine was not working, a new one was at the bottom of the steps not even 2 hours later. The house has SO many extra supplies which some rentals do not (towels, paper plates, sheets, toilet paper etc). There was no worrying about being quiet because we were on top of a bar and we were so close to the T line which helped us get around all weekend. I definitely recommend for a fun filled weekend!!

The staff was great and the food and service at the bar were great. The hospitality and communication were also excellent. There was enough room for our group of 8, and overall we found it had everything we needed. There is also a Dunkin Donuts and liquor store right across the street. The apartment is slightly dated, but considering it’s above a bar and you have checked the reviews, I feel like you know what your getting. Again, its above a bar that stays open until 2:00 A.M. every night. It was great for us, but if you are a light sleeper, earplugs would be advised. I brought them for the group, and some used them and others not. No complaints. We used Uber so didn’t explore the transit system. Overall, we were conveniently in every place we wanted to be in the city with no problems. Again, its above a great bar with great staff and great food. It’s a little loud at night, but as long as you know the bar disclaimer, then book this place for a great time and great place to congregate after exploring Boston!

From the minute we walked in and met Paul we were off to a good start. The place was stocked well, clean & spacious. The staff downstairs at bar was MORE than accommodating to everyone that stayed in the house. Easy commute nearby - comfortable neighborhood to walk around in (We're from Philly). 10 out of 10. The live music can be heard through apartment, but we were there for that so NO Complaints here! Thank you everyone that we interacted with. You made our stay that much more enjoyable and Again, Special Shout Out to Paul! We'll be back to wreck his head again. :)

We had a wonderful stay for my bachelorette weekend! Paul was an incredibly attentive host and made sure we had anything and everything we needed for the weekend. Great for a big group of adults and super close to everything in the city. We also had a great time when we hung out at the bar below!

Lots of individual beds for a group of friends. About a five minute walk to the Orange line so really easy to get downtown. It's over a bar so there is noise into the early morning until it closes but the listing made it clear it was over a bar so it was expected from our group. Plus, they had earplugs in the cabinet just in case you needed them. Overall, a good stay with friends.

It was a perfect spot for our recent trip to Boston. It was exactly as advertised and worked perfectly for our bachelor party. The host made check-in seamless and was very accommodating for any request we had. The proximity to the tavern below train was also a major plus.

Perfect spot to check out Boston and drink Guinness. The host was awesome and super accommodating! Very chill guy! Would definitely book again or recommend to anyone wanting to bring a group of friends to Boston

Group of 13 men staying in Boston for the weekend. The apartment was perfect. Bedrooms were ideal and the pool table, juke box and darts provided plenty of fun. The staff downstairs at the bar could not have been more helpful and we ended up spending most evenings in the bar till close! Would highly recommend to a group looking for a fun weekend in Boston!

We had a wonderful stay for my bachelorette weekend! Paul was an incredibly attentive host and made sure we had anything and everything we needed for the weekend. Great for a big group of adults and super close to everything in the city. We also had a great time when we hung out at the bar below!

We had a group of 12 and everyone loved it. There were enough beds for more people too. The unit was nice looking, clean, and well stocked with everything. We played pool, darts, and ping pong in the unit. The owners were very responsive before and during our stay. The unit is over a tavern as the ad states. The bartenders were ready to help us with anything we needed. We didn't really need anything but ice though. Everyone working at the Tavern was very nice. When we would go down to eat or drink, they always asked if we needed anything upstairs. We left there with new friends. The location is fantastic. A short walk to the T. Only a 10 minute ride to downtown. Dunkin across the street. Food and drinks downstairs. A liquor store next door. We walked to a wonderful place for brunch on Sunday for Mothers Day, called The Tradesman. The Tavern also had a great brunch Saturday and Sunday. There is a casino that is a short bus ride away. You can see it from the unit. There is no way we could have found a better place for our large group. We celebrated a graduation, two birthdays, and Mother Day. We can't wait to go back!

My friends and I had an amazing weekend staying at the Top of the World! It is located very well, with easy access to everything you could ever want. The host was very welcoming and took care of everything I could need. I would gladly stay there again!

It was a perfect spot for our recent trip to Boston. It was exactly as advertised and worked perfectly for our bachelor party. The host made check-in seamless and was very accommodating for any request we had. The proximity to the tavern below train was also a major plus.

Lots of individual beds for a group of friends. About a five minute walk to the Orange line so really easy to get downtown. It's over a bar so there is noise into the early morning until it closes but the listing made it clear it was over a bar so it was expected from our group. Plus, they had earplugs in the cabinet just in case you needed them. Overall, a good stay with friends.

From the minute we walked in and met Paul we were off to a good start. The place was stocked well, clean & spacious. The staff downstairs at bar was MORE than accommodating to everyone that stayed in the house. Easy commute nearby - comfortable neighborhood to walk around in (We're from Philly). 10 out of 10. The live music can be heard through apartment, but we were there for that so NO Complaints here! Thank you everyone that we interacted with. You made our stay that much more enjoyable and Again, Special Shout Out to Paul! We'll be back to wreck his head again. :)

Would definitely return with a larger group to this spot!

Our whole family (12 adults ages 20-77) stayed here and it was perfect for our purpose. Check-in was easy as host was available and accommodating and everything we needed was in the rental. Host arranged for parking and we found the bar downstairs perfect for dinner and celebrating UConn’s win at Fenway.

The staff was great and the food and service at the bar were great. The hospitality and communication were also excellent. There was enough room for our group of 8, and overall we found it had everything we needed. There is also a Dunkin Donuts and liquor store right across the street. The apartment is slightly dated, but considering it’s above a bar and you have checked the reviews, I feel like you know what your getting. Again, its above a bar that stays open until 2:00 A.M. every night. It was great for us, but if you are a light sleeper, earplugs would be advised. I brought them for the group, and some used them and others not. No complaints. We used Uber so didn’t explore the transit system. Overall, we were conveniently in every place we wanted to be in the city with no problems. Again, its above a great bar with great staff and great food. It’s a little loud at night, but as long as you know the bar disclaimer, then book this place for a great time and great place to congregate after exploring Boston!

We really enjoyed our stay here! We had 11 stay for 3 nights and no complaints. It was nice to find a place where we were all able to hang out together. The fact that we could stay up late play music, shoot pool and throw darts was great. The T was closer than I thought. We parked our cars when we got there and didn’t need them until we had to pack up to go home. Communication was great! What more can you ask for!
